Best of luck pal.
Will patrol with you soon, will see your skills back again :cop:
However, I recommend you adding more details into the patrol reports. Not very necessary, it'll just look better and professional.
Again, good luck!

Nim.

:ps: How can I forget?! :donut: :donut: :donut:
How shall i add more details, when there werent "real" Situations? But i will try to write more, Nim!
Anyways, Thank you and we WILL patrol, I'd like to see if you have aimbot or real skill as you told me

Sorry for no activity reports in the last two days.
Today i just had no real patrol, Either it was too short, or i was allone or nothing happened.
Yesterday, there was too much lag and stuff.
I try to post a Activity report tomorrow!

Arrest Report

Arresting Officer(s): Padres. - Megamidget
Date of Arrest: 31/10/2012
Time: Arround 17:00(/time)

Name: Tom_Genovese
Arrested for: Ordering Heroin,
Evading from a L.E.O., Heavy Insulting,
Lieing to a Police Officer, Refusing to Comply

Description of Arrest:
I was patrolling in Los Santos,
as i saw this man, waiting near the East LS Heroin Spot.
I approached him and talked to him, as i watched my back for the heroin.
We talked and he admitted that he wanted to order, as he i tried to frisk him,
he jumped and ran to the appearing Heroin Package,
then i suspected him and he walked up the Stairs(near the Hero Spot) and ran.
I entered my Cruiser and drove to his current location, which he ran.
Called one was not far, but he also surrendered. I interrogated him inside the car, asking him to hand over the heroin.
We discussed alot, but we did not come to the point i wanted. I reported to the radio my status and drove him to Mordor.
I jailed him there for 20 minutes, but it has been exceeded for 5 minutes for Heavy Insulting.
4 Minutes after that, Officer Megamidget arrived to check the suspect's status.
With him i made him hand over the heroin after arround 20 additional minutes.
The Suspect has been released, but he is still under my direct View of Heroin Orderer.

Incident Report - Contracted Person

Attending Officer(s): Padres., Sushi, Alex_Smith, Pixy, Vince_Jones
Leading Officer(s): Sushi (First Lead), Pixy (Second Lead)
Date of Incident: 01/11/2012
Time: 10:00 - 12:00 am(/time)

Contracted Person: Joker. ALIVE / departured to UK, London
Hitmen/Asassins:
1. Jacs_LucianoT Status: DEAD
2. Unkown Kidnapper Status: UNKNOWN
Safehouse/Location of C.P.: SWAT Training Facility, Prickle Pine

Description of Incident:
Today, arround 10 past 10,
I have received a order by Sushi to join channel 9774 and to move to LSPD.
As i arrived, he threw a Armor, M4 and Combat to me.
I firstly was confused, but then he told me, that a man,
called Joker has been tried to kidnap and now getting contracted by someone.
Other men came and we went down the garage after briefing.
We brought him to the SWAT Training Facility, which was at Prickle Pine.
We secured the area, the building and then we built up a Safehouse for Joker.
He was in the Second Floor, while me and Alex were covering the door.
Pixy and sushi went Undercover and had a lookout on the building and its surrounding area.
A most likely curious man entered the house.
Me and Alex put our guns on the man fast and ordered him to leave the building.
He followed our orders and went out of Prickle Pine.
Later on, Joker left Prickle Pine though he had been ordered to wait outside
to let the kidnappers come.
He drove away with a Caddy to find his kidnapper.
He almost killed himself, but he managed to get back including the Kidnapper, name's Jacs_LucianoT.
He entered the house, and we ordered him to leave. He did not follow our orders and passed by us.
We opened fire upon him, as he fled and exited the house. Sushi waited for him outside.
He still ran but we killed him. Except that, not much happened.
Me and my team mates patrolled inside the house, while Joker either was sleeping,
just sitting inside the house, watching TV or waiting outside for a kidnapper/hitman to come.
We secured Joker for 2 days now, and we did not expect good things for the next days.
The Kidnapper was still on free feet and we did not know anything,
so we decided to send Joker to London, in UK.
Sushi contacted Interpol about Joker.
We ordered a plane for him to fly to the UK and the Police will pick him up there.
Notes:
- Equipment, worth of over $65000 in total has been used
- All Officers put alot of Effort into this Operation. We can be proud of ourselves.

Patrol Report

Patrolling Officer(s): Padres., John_Nolan
Type of Patrol: Regular Patrol in LV/BC
Date of Patrol: 03/11/2012
Time: 20:00 - 20:40(/time)

Suspects arrested: None
Suspects killed: 2 Suspects by me, Cause was Evading in both cases.
Traffic Stops: One
Involved in C30's: We had 2 little Shootouts, which were not really a Code 30.

Description of Patrol overall:
Today, I was patrolling with Officer Nolan.
We patrolled mainly in Las Ventuas area with Callsign LVPD Vulture-1.
At Whitewood Estates we had visual on 2 suspects in a vehicle, cannot remember which one,
i assume it was a.... Sultan.
However, we chased them to Red County,
as they crashed on off-road terrain.
Both suspects were fleeing in different ways.
One suspect was armed with a Combat Shotgun and he was lagging as hell.
His partner was bugged(at least in my screen),
as he was walking and laying on the ground in the same time.
As we both lost interest to the bugged man,
we chased the armed man on foot to a Village, cant remember which one.
I shot the guy down then and Officer Nolar took down the bugged one.
Arround 10 minutes later,
we received our first backup call in Palomino Creek.
2 Suspects were shooting Cops from a Roof.
Though as we arrived, one suspect has been shot down
and the other one has been arrested.
We were leaving RC and went back to LV.
There we were driving to Whitewood Estates,
as we have seen a suspicious NRG-500 driving arround at the entrance of the heroin spot hall.
We pulled him over successfully. His Papers were alright,
. His name was Olti_Soprano.
He sounded very kind, and i felt bad things in him.
I ordered him to get off his vehicle. He hesitated a second,
as he turned on his engine and tried to drive off.
Therefor that i was almost aware of that action,
I shot his tires out, he fell off the bike
and searched for a car in the next parking house.
But me and officer Nolan blocked him.
We tried to make him surrender but he even shot at us with a Combat Shotgun.
He hit me one time but his bullets couldnt break through the armor.
Officer Nolan followed the Suspect, and i ran to his bike which was his evading vehicle for now.
Fortunatelly i came right exact in time and shot him down.
After that, Officer Nolan had to go and i was allone then.
Summarizing this: It was a short, but nice Patrol.

San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0032

Date: November 05, 2012
Time: From 14.20 to 17.00 (Server Time)
Type of Operation: ORGANIZED PATROL
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader: Sergeant Def_Perry/Officer [R*]Drix

LSPD Participants:
Sergeant Def_Perry
Other Participants
SAPD Cadet Ghost
SAPD Cadet Luke_Perry
SAPD Officer [R*]Drix
ARPD Officer Padres
ARPD Officer richard_richardesson
ARPD Officer Servius
ARPD Officer Chris_Collin
ARPD Officer Karem_Collin
ARPD Officer Miller786
ARPD Officer Rydell_Downson

Operation Summary:
Well, it was started by Sergeant Def Perry, he had to log off, so he told me to continue it. I went down at LSPD Garage, re organized the units, and awaited if anyone else would like to join in then we headed into the patrol. I must say, every single officer on this list has shown an outstanding performance on the backup calls, our response was fast and determinate the communication was kept on line, and we always rushed in as a team we had no problems instructing any unit who fell back. This patrol has been a great patrol since we had  times of comedy also, everyone enjoyed it none got bored plus we did a great job.

Incidents:

1. ) Responded into a Code 30, on San Fierro two suspects, armed and dangerous. Officer downed.
2. ) Speeders, different backup requests.
3. ) Fire Incident on Market Underground Trainstation
4. ) Backup request at Rodeo, Los Santos.
5. ) Backup request on a suspect in roof. Opening fire.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
1. This time we had Def Perry on lead, we proceeded responding into a situation going down at San Fierro, HPU arrived there first, we lost both of officers there so it was our priority on those suspects, it was a long pursuit, form San Fierro to Los Santos, where they got cut off and blocked by Officer Ghost who got them off the highway, car caught on fire suspects attempted to flee away, opening fire at officers but sadly they got downed none of them surrendered.
2. Officer Def Perry had to leave, so he left me on charge, i took the units back into LSPD Garage to re organize them and await for more units incase they decided to attend the situation, after we got set the locations were given to units mostly Los Santos red spot areas, we handled down some speeders as far as i remember, but no big action, they surrendered, some traffic stops.
3. In this point, patrol starts to get abit more interesting, abit  funny to. We responded to a fire incident that was happening on Market Train station, we setted up a roadblock securing the perimeter for fireman team to proceed into the building and extinguish it, and yeah we worked as a team, everyone had they're own way of umm... covering the perimeter, i guess "monkey tactic" was necessary on a roadblock, none goes in or out. Very effective.  :D we holded positions until we got a confirmation the situation was over, as soon as it was over we decided to celebrate by dancing.. simply having fun since none was around.
4. What a fun breaker.. we had a backup call rolling up in Rodeo, so yeah, we hoped on our cruisers rolled on the situation making a roadblock, where some officers wen't in took down the suspect, while others were covering the perimeter outside. Went really smooth no casualties one suspect down.
5. We headed back to the garage and re-organized, and yeah.. we had another backup call at Las Venturas, where we rolled out pretty quick to the situation and it looked like the suspect was on a roof opening fire to officers, i was on my way to get an helicopter, but it seemed he jumped down the roof. I turned back, and i see our units blocked the suspect, he had no choice but to surrender. A great job also indeed.

San Andreas Police Department
Organized Patrol Report

Date: 11 06 2012
Time: From 19:45 to 20:00(Server Time)
Type of Operation: ORGANISED PATROL
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader: Sergeant Def Perry

SAPD Participants:
Officer Jackson Kendall
Officer Anthrax
Cadet Richie
Cadet Tomer

Other Participants
Officer Padres
Officer Ezzio
Officer Harry O' Connor
Officer Ezzio1996
Officer Miler786
Officer Sina

Operation Summary:
The operation started at the Los Santos Police Department, in the garage. At the beginning there were six officers attending. During the patrol, the ammount of officers raised. We had a peak of 10 officers patrolling around San Andreas, divided in four cruisers. The units were divived as following;

[] SAPD-Alpha [] Los Santos [] Def Perry, Harry O' Connor and Ezzio.
[] SAPD-Bravo [] Los Santos [] Jackson Kendall and Richie.
[] SAPD-Delta [] Las Venturas [] Tomer, Miler786 and Sina.
[] SAPD-Echo [] San Fierro [] Anthrax and Padres.

The units outside Los Santos checked drug spots regurarly. One SAPD per car to organise the cruiser and also to avoid policing rulebreaks.

Incidents:

1. ) Our unit in San Fierro was in need of assistance because of three men arguing at Esplanade East, San Fierro. The officers did a good job and solved the argument between them. However, two men continued arguing against the officers and refused to remove their weapons out of the public sight. When we arrived, we made a quick move and attempted to arrest them. We shouted that they were under arrest and immediately they ran away north. We opened fire at them with our handguns and later on with heavy weapons. Some of them got badly injured, but not enough to stop them from running. They entered a building in the complex at Esplanade East. At that time, another man on a bike entered the building as well. We set off the building and created a barricade with our cruisers. Some people tried to enter the complex, but with did not let that happen. Some of our units took cover and aimed at the entrance until the FBI arrived. I created a breaching team concluding four officers. Together with the FBI  we breached the building. Four agents and four officers entered the building with three suspects inside. The three men inside opened fire at the entrance, but they all got neutralized quickly. We had no casualties from our side, which is great.

2. ) All the units were back in their jurisdiction and doing their job perfectly. SAPD Delta arrested a man for dealing heroin at Bone County. Furthermore SAPD Bravo was doing checking the traffic in San Fierro and performed a couple of traffic stops. Moreover the units in Los Santos responded to an officer in danger near El Corona. A women and two men were suspected for shooting an officer who ended up in the hospital. When my unit arrived, the two men were already neutralized in a shootout with the police. The women said she was innocent, although she had a gun in her hand. She was brought to the LSPD, where other officers continued the process.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
Overall the patrol was organized and a succes. The communication was good and units sticked to their area given. However, the situation at Esplanade East could have been prevented, if we set up a plan to arrest the two suspects earlier. The bright side of the situation was that the units followed my orders. Therefore we had no casualties and no more people entered the complex.
