Why do you want join: I would like to re-join the San Andreas Police Department because I enjoyed serving and protecting the people of the state of San Andreas prior to being fired. I was previously fired for inactivity, which was due to other important commitments that I had to fulfil. However, I am now active again and would love to return to duty in the SAPD.

I think you have to create a traditional application because re-instatements are not allowed if you were removed in the lock-down.

It was not clear that I had to fill out the "traditional" one. I was not removed in the lock-down, however I was removed around 1-2 months before it (and therefore excluded from it). When I saw the 2 types of application forms though I assumed that I had to fill out the reinstatement form, as that made more sense at the time. This was until it was explained to me that the reinstatement form is to be filled out if you were removed after the lock-down.

This does not appear to be written anywhere though... at least not in the application information topic...

Details
After getting on duty I immidently got a shots fired call from Willowfield LS Police Department.
I responded immidently, as officers were in danger. The situation were dramatic and two officers were already killed on scene.
After my three minute ride from San Fierro I finally arrived seing a coatic situation. The suspect entered a black four door vehicle and moved north.
After several minutes chasing the suspects, in a dramatic shootout betwen us, with the help of the Airunit able to finally put an end to the situation.
There was a last shootout at West LV were one suspect got killed and one surrendered (Feloner Razor) the one remaining fled in hes own with hes NRG.
Deputy Chief Sushi were able to track the NRG and deadly force were issued on him. The arrested suspect were jailed at maximum sentence (18 years - 180sec)

After the dramatic another situation appeard up and were the Gvardia Mafia. As a SFPD unit I were closeby at their headquarters in my juristriction, so I responded.
Suspects were drivebying with AK-47 assault rifles and the situation was caotic. After finally putting end to the vehicle they were using, all suspect except one were killed (with the assist of the F.B.I.)
The final suspect that got away with an aider fled with hes Maverick chopper and attempts were made to stop him, but unfortantly he got away (Toto Gvardia) He might get a warrent soon.

Details
Started my daily patrol at San Fierro PD Headquarters.
Reported myself ten eight and head out to patrol in my jursitriction, the western district.
Got a backup request call for a pursuit of a sultan, the 10-80 resulted in 10-15 at LV rockshore, perfectly executed mission.
Also one more pursuit leading to an arrest later at that patrol day.

Got a C30 call from Air Unit Hess that two suspects in a sultan were opening fire and shooting at Rodeo, LS.
I responded immidently to face the situation. Had a 10-80 C30 pursuit til Montgomery intersection, one suspect killed, two arrested.
