Country of residence:
Street Address: 120 E Pershing square
                                        City: Los Santos
                                        State: San Andreas
                                        Postal Code: 10128

Are you legal citizen of Argonath[Do you have passport?]: Yes, of course.

Do you have a driving license: Yes, certainly.

Biography[If you wish you can leave this blank and feel non-rp question "Why do you want to join?"]:
I have recently graduated in the Law Enforcement College of San Andreas. I would like to continue my career as an LSPD Officer, so I decided to write an application.
I have been working as an ARPD officer in Los Santos, so in my view I have reached enough experience and professionalism to apply. I hope I can be part of a hard-working, organized, friendly team.
NON RP part:
90% of my InGame time I spend as a cop. I would like to join a nice and experienced team, and I would like to continue RPing as an officer. In my previous RP servers (and also on Argonath) I was a cop, so hopefully I got enough experience to do this job. In my view the ARPD has a nice-working, cooperative team, full with experienced members. I would like to become part of this team, and learn from the high ranked, senior members.

Non-RP Details

IG name: Paul_Chamber

Age IRL: 17

Playing in server since: I had been playing for 2 years, but in the last one year I was inactive.

Playing as cop in server since: I have been playing as a cop for 1 month exactly. I was a cadet before I started inactivity (so about 2years ago).

Any recent punishments related to your police job: No, I don't have.

Are you able to use TS/Microphone[This question won't influence outcome of your application in anyway, its matter of information]: Yes, of course, I have a working microphone. :)

Why do you want join:
90% of my InGame time I spend as a cop. I would like to join a nice and experienced team, and I would like to continue RPing as an officer. In my previous RP servers (and also on Argonath) I was a cop, so hopefully I got enough experience to do this job. Time: Friday, Nov2, 2012

Location: Los Santos downtown, Red Country, Bone Country, Dillimore, Fort Carson

Cases:

-A normal Traffic stop. Pulled over a red comet for a rutine check. The car's owner was Marlon Floyd. I ran a scan in the Crime Database, found nothing. He was clear.

-I saw a person who parked his car in the middle of the road. I wanted to pull him over, and fine him for braking the traffic rules. He refused to stop his vehicle, failed to comply, so I had to suspect him. After an hour chasing we caught him. He refused to surrender, tried to flee again, so we shot him. The suspect is dead, killed with my duty weapon.

-When I was patrolling in commerce, I suddenly stopped when I saw a volunteer paramedic, who was lying in the ground. I thought that he was injured by an accident or something. Later we realised that he was under effect of drugs (type is unknown, possibly heroin). I wanted to help him. Tried to drag him to my vehicle, and bring him to hospital, but he failed to comply with us. He got in his paramedic vehicle, and drove away, so I had to suspect him for: Using drugs, driving under effect of drugs, evading. We caught him at LS Airport, but it was too late. Unfortunately he got heart attack due to the drugs, so he died.

-I was patrolling with Richie officer ((IG name: [WS_Richie] )). We have done several traffic stops, rutine checks, and we accepted backups. We were chasing a dangerous suspect in a sanchez motorcycle. We had to shoot him because he didn't comply after several warnings. He's death.

-I saw 3 guys in a tuning sultan vehicle. The driver was possibly drunk (I couldn't check it). He was driving in the left side of the road, almost caused 2 accidents. I tried to pull them over for a rutine check, but they refused to stop. I suspected them. In the chasing I've lost visual of the suspects, but fortunately we could catch one of them. His name is: Ramiro Gvardia

Patrol Report - Paul Chamber ARPD Officer

Time: Monday, Nov5, 2012

Location: Los Santos mainly, country

Cases:

(1)
When I was patrolling in Idlewood, I was a civilian who stopped his car in the middle of the road, blocking the traffic on that side. I pulled him over, and fined for 100$. Everything was alright.

(2)
I continued patrolling with a partner (Officer Muzi). We saw a black sultan vehicle, which was stopped in the middle of the road (same as before). He was also fined for 100$. Everything was alright.

(3)
In front of the Transport Company's building ((that building where taxi cars can be found)) there was a huge dimensional fire. Due to the dangerus smoke, we closed the area / traffic to in favor of saving civilians health.

(4)
I responded to a backup call. In a clothing shop there was a mentally abused person who didn't comply with the other officers. I tried to use force against him. First of all, I tried to use pepper spray. Unfortunately he died because of the pepper spray. He had allergy symptoms. ((Low HP))

(5)
After taking care of the suspect, I continued patrolling with Officer Muzi. In Idlewood we caught a person who parked his car totally in the middle of the road, and blocked 2 lanes. Fortunately he was cooperative, and we could give him a ticket for 100$.

(6)
On the 4-lane road in downtown we saw a white infernus. The driver was speeding with 150km/h. We pulled him over, and the driver was fined (150$) for speeding.

(7)
When I resumed patrol in Idlewood, I caught sight of a heavily armed, dangerous suspect. I tried to catch him, but it wasn't successful ((he /q-ed))

(8)
A traffic stop again, for braking the traffic rules. Citizen was also fined.

(9)
I responded to a backup call to Market Ammunation. There was a heavily armed barricaded suspect. Finally we could catch him.

Unfortunately in the last few days I didn't really have time to play due to my exams and other activities. Despite this kind of inactivity, when I was ingame, I tried to do my best.

Patrol Report - Paul Chamber ARPD Officer

Time: Nov6-7-8, 2012

Location: Los Santos mainly, Las Venturas, San Fierro, Dillimore

Cases:

(1)
When I started to patrol, I saw a volunteer firefighter who was suspected for violence (attacked someone, if I remember right) possibly under effect of alcohol / drugs.
He gave up, and surrendered. I arrested him, and asked for an investigation. The investigation showed that his crime was valid, so I put him into the prison for 100 seconds.
(2)
I continued patrolling in LS, when officer Plam asked for a backup to Flint County. I responded to the backup call, and we were chasing the suspect until he surrendered.
The suspect was transported to DPD for investigation by other officer.
(3)
I joined to an organized patrol which was made by Plam Knight. My partners were: Plam Knight, officer Kostas.
We were heading to Back o Beyond to check the event. We suddenly saw a suspect in a painted tuning car. Fortunately we could catch him, and transport to LSPD for an investigation.

After that, we continued patrol separately. Officer Kostas requested assistance to DPD for a traffic stop. First, the driver failed to comply, and refused to pay the ticket, but after warnings we could convince him.

After lunch break, we started to patrol together again. We caught a person who stopped his vehicle (black buffalo) in the middle of the road. He blocked 2 lanes, and caused traffic jam. We tried to pull him over, but he refused to stop, and evaded us. The driver was suspected. After crashing his vehicle, he opened fire at us, so we had to render the fire. He died.
(4)
We responded to a backup call, and caught a suspect in front of DPD. He was taken for investigation.
(5)
I caught a driver speeding with over 150km/h. I pulled him over, and offered him a ticket for 100$. He turned on his engine very quickly, and tried to flee from me. I suspected him, and asked for backup. When we damaged his vehicle, and shot his tires, he jumped off from the bridge, so we opened fire. He died.
(6)
Yesterday I was patrolling together with officer Hard in SF. At Easter Bay Airport we caught sight of a heavily armed, dangerous suspect. He evaded us, so we opened fire at tim.

We responded to a backup call in LS. Caught a suspect. He was transported for investigation.

Thank you guys! I'm so surprised and happy to see these posts :O :D

In the last few days I've faced some problems with my RAM, I had to change it, so that's the reason why I couldn't play. I also had to reinstall windows, so hopefully the samp crashes were fixed now. From now I'll be active. :)
