    Overall activity:This was one of that lazy, but pretty active, ,,tactically'' days. The day started at LVPD, when all officers were informed about a possible kidnap at LS Stadium. We ran there - no suspects. Anyway, we continued our regular patrols. As I said, only a few C3s around, where we haven't lose any officer -but some were badly wounded- like at the situation at LVAP, that went to LSAP, with some Sopranos. Then, we had a quarrel between some gangs at SMB. We finished that fast, and smooth - nobody was killed/wounded. In conclusion, this day should be classified as ,,a tactical day'', with not too many situations, but hard.

   Attended a Global Patrol organised by Captain Tom Adams. Unfortunately, my internet provider shut down all connections due to some unknown issues. Thinking of changing the ISP, but not sure at the moment.

   Firstly, I have been copbanned for 5 days by Sgt. Def Perry. And I would like to.. to explain this.
   Okay so,
   It happened at Idlewood, there was a big C30. Me, Martin and Def reached the scene. There were two suspects: 1 AFK near an NRG, and 1 armed, shooting at us. I started, firstly, to shoot the AFK suspect, with a Combat. I shot 2 bullets, and realised he's AFK. Then, I started to shoot the one running, but, due to the heavy lag, I shot the AFK suspect, and he was taken down. To explain the situation better, Me, the AFK suspect and the gunner were in the same line, so, due to lag and position, I've killed the AFK suspect, while I ment to kill the runner.
   I had NO intention to kill the AFK suspect in ANY way. Ask any romanian here, that, the internet there, is the last thing you want to meet.

Def and I both saw the kill. Even a player with 1 bar connection and 175 ping could've seen that he was not AFK. Beside you stepped out of the car and inmiddiatly shot the suspect.

I don't understand a shit of this story, anyways just calm down and listen up.
You stepped out of the cruiser, shot the suspect on the NRG (Mario Soprano), and he got off. He was not AFK at all, just not moving. (he can confirm himself)
Then when he got off, you fired three combat shotgun bullets on him while he was standing still.
On my screen I saw an angry Mircea, killing a still standing suspect. It can be your internet or a mistake, but you still killed a still standing suspect. If you do not believe me, check the logs or ask Mario Soprano.
If you apology to him, personally ingame and post evidence of that on here, then I might consider a reduction of your punishment. You could also give him a compensation for this incident.

I agree with Def.
It's not the first time I see or hear about you doing that, you keep doing alot of shit while on duty and you can use excuses as your internet is bad or what ever but when a player stand and you just kill him to get this bloody 500$ its a shame. You know very well its not the first time you do it and you know very well what I'm talking about.
Even when I was a sergeant in the past you did this shit so I don't think in the past your internet was bad like its now, you just need to admit your mistakes and learn from them instead of doing them again.
In my opinion you should play as a freecop for a while, learn how to be a cop without doing shit and not being moneyhunger and then consider applying to SAPD while you've done doing those "mistakes".
