He was alone with his dad,his dad was a big Drug dealer he was the Leader of a Criminal Family.And one day after Joe passed his School and His Uni . He Discoverd that it is not  a good thing to do what his Dad is doing, he tried to stop his dad,and after a week he Decided to be one of the S.A.P.D Officers to  Stop his dad and stop his Criminal Family.
