[ARPD Report] - Abdul_Scotto
« on: December 27, 2012, 03:17:01 am »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Abdul_Ghani - After I had my car resprayed, this officer drove on the wrong side of the road, ramming my vehicle. Instead of saying "sorry", this man decided to drive away. I then proceeded to dial 911 to report the incident. An officer came to my need, but he was just confused. I then decided to drive to Market. While going there, I saw the same car behind me, following me. I then drove slowly with my car to check what he wants. What I got from him was another ram. He then told me to pullover to the side of the road, which I did. The officer then asked for my "IC", since I had no idea what an "IC" was, I decided to hand my license and passport instead. Which he then said that he saw "nothing" in it. I then told him that it was already the second time that he have rammed my vehicle. He then accused me of running over his car, which is technically impossible because I was not on a monster truck. He then decided to give me a $250 ticket for the said accusation. I then explained to him that he was the one who rammed my car, and I asked him to show his proof. He ignored me and just said, "I don't want to listen to your talking, just hand me the money". I thought he was robbing me by the tone of his speech so I asked him if he was robbing me, he then denied it and told me that It was his responsibility to keep the streets clean. I then told him that he was just interested in the money. He then says "Now you're endangering the city by exceeding the speed limit in city" out of nowhere. My car was clearly not speeding since it's already stopped. I then said "What happened huh?" "Speeding?". He then proceeded to assault me by pulling me out of my vehicle. Since I didn't want to be beaten up, I decided to give him $250. He then said "more" and asked for another $250 even though I have already paid his outrageous demand. Again, since I didn't want trouble, I gave him another $250. He then warned me that I shouldn't tell anyone about the incident or he will kill me.

Those pictures don't prove anything you say was true, all I know is that I was just trying to hold my full responsibility that is to pullover anyone who violated the traffic law.

I'd also like to add that Officer Abdul Ghani would be taken to Civil Court after your verdict.

Hello,

Thank you for creating this report and we will have a look into this, please be patient. As this report is a RolePlay Scenario, you have to come with other evidences. You should've roleplayed that you recorded the conversation instead of spamming F8. Get your witnesses here and we will look further.

There is no text shown on a picure taken from your dashboard camera and you didn't RP that.. Come with some valid evidence such as witnesses, the ticket you received from Abdul, proof that you paid this amount of money, etc.

As an eye witness of the account i would like to make my own report on this thread, explaining to you all how Abdul_Ghani violated police laws and rules, and harrased an innocent citizen just to get his greedy hands on some money.

Everything 9TH Circle says is completely true, Abdul purposely, knowingly rammed 9th circle, after coming out from pay and spray, basically a hit and run, And 9th did make a report. I then met 9th later on near city hall, where he had been pulled over, unfortunately i didn't see the second ram that Abdul did to 9th, The cop actually tried the same incident with me earlier on, and i made him pay me $1000, so he did so. The fact is, Abdul knew he was in the wrong, yet consisted to continue arguing against the fact he was in the wrong. Abdul replied to this thread saying the screenshots prove nothing?, I'm pretty sure they prove alot, 9th paid the fine you asked for, you then asked or MORE? If 9th was in the wrong, would he really hand you over $500? He wasn't trying to get out of it, Actually if you look in the screenshots, 9th had about 4 men at his command who could have sorted out abdul and 9th could have escaped, Yet 9th still continued to do as he was told, pay the fine, and report it to higher ARPD Officers. At this point, Abdul got away with what he was doing, but if he continued this type of behavior around the city, he wouldn't get away with it as much, and the reputation of ARPD And officers would drop rapidly.
Abdul is only interested in money, and if he doesn't get it, he will force it out of them. Hes not an ARPD Officer, hes a criminal, so sort him out sooner than later :/

I wish to add something to this report as i have been watching this officer for a while. He is definatly not suitable to wear the uniform. I've seen nothing but a disgusting behaviour against the people of Argonath. He has no remorse to use his weapon against suspects that make little to no harm to him.

Thank you for your input in the situation, it is much appreciated.

From the stories that Mario had told, I would say that he can't just justify someone to have purposely ran over an innocent civilian especially for a dedicated police officer like me. And even I couldn't remember when and where did I hit or run over somebody's car. I'd been observing the motorist who currently issues a report against me  for a while and it seemed like I had to pullover him before things get worst. But instead of complying with the police, he decided to argue with him and tried as much as he could to get away from it.

You need at least a tape recorder or video cam before issuing a report against someone, or you can never prove anything. We all live in such a perfect and harmony place in Los Santos, and I won't let people like you to screw everything up with traffic violation or public terror.

Unfortunately I'll be inactive starting today so I can't post anything here for about one or two months I think. So, well Def had already asked you to come up with solid proofs and evidences before accusing someone to have been involved in corruption. We all know that without evidences or proofs, we can never convict someone with the offenses he/she has been alleged. While, the authority make a decision, I will not be here to receive any detention or punishment if you could ever prove me wrong. I put a high expectation on the authority to make the wisest and fairest decision in this case, and I believe that they would do.

From the stories that Mario had told, I would say that he can't just justify someone to have purposely ran over an innocent civilian especially for a dedicated police officer like me.
A dedicated police officer would not commit actions such as slander and physical assault. Please reply with tact, it is very rude. Mario had submitted a report as a witness and it is considered valid evidence here and in the court of law. Max Adams too, replied with disgust on behalf of your actions, how can you justify this?

"Now here's the deal, don't talk too much. Or I'm gonna bust your fake ass"

Is that what a dedicated police officer sounds like to you?

I'd been observing the motorist who currently issues a report against me  for a while
First of all, what do you mean by "issues a report against me", I was outside a Pay N' Spray, I could not see how this affects you or anyone somehow, please stop making up false stories, you are wasting everybody's time.

and it seemed like I had to pullover him before things get worst. But instead of complying with the police, he decided to argue with him and tried as much as he could to get away from it.
As stated beforehand, I was not doing that can be for the betterment or for the worse of the community at the time, I was driving my car to Market when you decided to pull me over for frivolous and absurd reasons, and I had a witness.

However, if you still decide to go on with your reason that "I have been reporting against you" even if you do not present valid evidence, it is stated in the Argonath RPG - Constitution, Section II, Ordinance VII:

"The rights of citizens shall not be denied or abridged by the nation or by any state because of race, colour, religion, criminal history, or previous lifestyles."

This gives you no right to suspect me or to pull me over for your absurd reasons whatsoever, perhaps you bear a personal grudge against me?

Furthermore, no one had started an argument with you, as a civilian, it is my right to know how an Officer justifies his accusations. I have went around and asked a few Officers regarding this and these are the results:

SAPD Officer, SWAT Cadet [WS]Janar:

FBI Cadet Chief_Hardy:

FBI Agent Conroy:

SAPD Officer, SWAT Cadet [WS]Dolfa:

The statements of these SAPD Officers and FBI Agents, and SWAT Officials says otherwise to your accusations against me. You will never have a right to carjack me or accuse me of anything without proper evidence.

You need at least a tape recorder or video cam before issuing a report against someone, or you can never prove anything. We all live in such a perfect and harmony place in Los Santos, and I won't let people like you to screw everything up with traffic violation or public terror.

I'm sorry, but you never stated any facts or evidence that I have become such a "public terror" for driving from point A to point B. Please back-up your statements before you say something, you are still wasting everyone's time.

We all know that without evidences or proofs, we can never convict someone with the offenses he/she has been alleged.
Exactly, yet you have never presented any evidence against me starting from the beginning that this report has been filed. Such hypocrisy.

Care to explain the death threats?

These all are lies, you better come up with real stories instead of making up stories.

I suggest that you do it and not me, I have provided valid evidence such as Witness reports yet you still have not present any single piece of valid evidence in this ARPD Report.

To officer Perry,

I am still showing interest in this ongoing ARPD Report.

and as an addendum,

While, the authority make a decision, I will not be here to receive any detention or punishment if you could ever prove me wrong.
You have responsibility in your actions and it is also your responsibility for receiving consequences for it. Being inactive does not hinder you or anyone for receiving punishment.

I'll be taking over this report, as Sergeant Perry is currently unavalible, and due to Abdul's absence, the conclusion of this report will be made real soon without his statment.
