[ARPD Report] [R8]Pilar and Dangerous1_Scotto
« on: December 31, 2012, 13:31:56 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. [R8]Pilar - Misuse of Authority, Police Misconduct, and Physical Assault.
2. Dangerous1_Scotto - Misuse of Authority, Police Misconduct, and Physical Assault.

Date: Monday - 31st of December, 2012
Time: 13:12 CET

At 13:12 CET of December 31st, 2012 Officer [R8]Pilar, Dangerous1_Scotto and one other officer park right behind me while I was checking out a house at Verona Beach. The Officers exit the vehicle and proceed to aim their weapons at me for no apparent reason and without any warning. I quickly turn on the dashboard camera on my vehicle and ask them what was the reason, they say it was because "I didn't stop at /m1" which was physically impossible because I have been parked for at least 1 minute. Officer Dangerous1_Scotto started punching me while Officer [R8]Pilar started to shoot me with a sub machine gun for no reason and entered their vehicle again once they saw another officer coming to the scene.

Officer Loris came to the scene and then questioned me on what was happening, I replied with my story and then told him that Officer [R8]Pilar had shot me, the other officers had agreed with it and afterwards gave me five seconds to leave the area, to which I complied immediately because of their intimidating demeanor.

I would like to take these officers to civil court afterwards your verdict.

Alright. Should I take him to court now or should I wait for the report to reach a verdict?

according to a new rule set by the president, you'll have to wait for the result of this report to come out first then you can sue him in court.

TO SAPD SARGEANT OMAR ALY:

I have further reviewed the case submitted and I have come to the verdict of including Officer Dangerous1_Scotto to the report under the same charges as Officer [R8]Pilar

Officer Dangerous1_Scotto has been notified about this ARPD Report through forum PM. Both officers will be taken to Civil court after your verdict.

Respectfully yours,

Patrick Profaci

To Officer Dangerous1 Scotto,

First off Officer; please have some tact when replying, using bigger font faces shows that you are shouting, this is in fact rude.

During the incident, I had asked you several times for proof that you officers had caught me with speeding, yet you have failed to provide one. My vehicle was parked for about a minute and in that minute, no one had apprehended me. You could have easily suspected me for Speeding during that span of time.

This image clearly shows that you indeed started to punch me for no reason at all, fortunately about only two punches had landed and the others failed to reach me. Just to clear things up, Officer [R8]Pilar shot me with a sub machine gun, not a desert eagle.

I appreciate you replying to this report.

Sincerely,

Patrick Profaci

I don't have proof but you can ask Officer Louise. and Officer Deliric1

The following pictures have documented that I have asked everyone for proof of me "speeding", yet I receive none in each attempt to ask.

Would you also like to explain why you had a sudden change of mind once Officer Loris had arrived in the scene?

It would be much appreciated if you can get Officer [R8]Pilar to join the discussion too.

Sincerely,

Patrick Profaci

Well you'll need more evidance for Officer Pilar. As the evidance don't prove the accusations.

The attached screenshots are enough evidence to prove my accusations against Officer Pilar, the other officers themselves agree to the fact that he did shoot me for no reason.

Furthermore, I would like to address to everyone that I have changed my in-game name to Patrick_Campbell

"Pilar shooted you"

This picture itself proves the fact that those officers had full knowledge and tolerated Officer Pilar's actions.

No more statements will be added from my side. As long as anyone in this report has inquiries, I shall reply.

EDIT: I forgot a statement Officer Dangerous1 Scotto said in this ARPD Report.

TO PATRICK
Pilar shooted you with deagle and me i was stopped him and about this you was driving so fast and Officer Deliric1 with me stopped him!

Again, this shows that even Officer Dangerous1_Scott himself agrees that officer Pilar did shoot me.
