Today Station 1 Firefighters Alex "Pulse" Treblin and Kenta responded to a Structural Warehouse Fire at Doherty. Kenta was suspected for a kill bug (extinguishing another fire fighter accidentally). After 5 minutes later the officers showed up. Kenta was busy maintaining a source and was unable to move so the officers came around to him and forced him to surrender. Albania Force then discharged 2 shots of "Deagle" and 5 shots of "Pump Action Shotgun". 2 Fire Trucks then came around the corner to reach the other side of the building as debris blocked the other route. With Kenta's Truck, the Police Car which shouldn't of been there obstructed Fire Trucks for 1 minute causing more debris to fall over on the other side of building.

They then removed the vehicle and after the fire was neutralised, they then attacked Kenta(who was unarmed) and in cold blood murdered him.

**On this: I ordered Kenta to surrender and he was just turning off the engine, he did not pose a threat.

We'll wait 48 hours for Officer Albania, and I'll try contacting him again myself if posible.. but other than that, can you confirm which point did he start shooting, and wiether you're related to this?

1. He started discharging when 2 fire engine units were attempting to gain access to the other side of the building;
So Picture 1 and 4 does display that he is aiming his weapon. I can only say that he discharged his weapon.
Volunteer Arbaz might be able to testify, but that's up to you.

2. I am related to this as I was the "Doherty Incident Commander". I lead all affairs regarding to on scene actions and etc.
Losing a fire fighter to some officers is definitely my concerned to me as the fire fighter was under my station company.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the January the 4th  2013, at 13:07 HOURS a report was submitted by Alex Treblin as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Aly


The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The report was successfull in providing evidance of officer Albania Froce only shooting a standing still suspect.
-- The defendants were informed about this report but failed to provide their statments.
-- It was cleared that police officers have to do their duty, with least obstruction posible to other agencies.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Albania Force has been issued a suspension from duty for one day. 

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
