Can be obtained by having a court case and paying goverment money to own land around your business. Or do make a certain limit of a business' exterior legally belong to you. Have you done that?

If I am allowed to reply, I would do it.
First of all, there is a possibility to get property ownership, as it was stated in my court case for Pershing Appartments.
Secondly, according the Supreme Court decision, and Mr.President explication, Gas Stations are declared public areas

Any place which has a clear public function can not be declared private property nor can it by declared that private property laws are valid on this place.

This includes (but is not limited to) (public) roads, gas stations, hotels, sports stadiums and business properties.
