San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0036

Date: 17th February 2013
Time: From 15:00 to 18:00 (Server Time)
Type of Operation: Organised Patrol (with weapons and armour supplied)
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader:
S. Officer Jason Bridges
Lieutenant D. Perry

LSPD Participants:
Cadet Kate McGarrett
Cadet [Rstar]Rusty

Other Participants
ARPD [ADF]Travis
ARPD George Shock
ARPD [Rstar]Hidduh
ARPD Dimos Travolta
ARPD Taseen Chowdhury
ARPD Giusseppe Morello
ARPD Chips_Alvarez
ARPD Thomas C
ARPD Fruct
ARPD Lincoln.
ARPD [DPS]M_Anderson
Cadet Celso Williams

Summary:
The purpose of this patrol was to crack down on organised crime and general firearm offences within the Los Santos area. I split the 9 participants off into 5 cars with the help of Lt. Perry and assigned them approximate areas around Los Santos to show a strong police presence across the entire city.

Officer Dimos showed his extensive knowledge of radio codes and very good communication skills. This officer regularly updates his location on the radio which is extremely useful and he would definitely be a good addition to SAPD. You don't really have to do this but the only thing I recommend is get rid of unnecessary symbols like writing "::" after each sentence in your messages just so you can communicate even quicker. Apart from that, excellent work and I hope to see you out in the field more!  :app:

Signed,

Jason Bridges

San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0039

Date: 09/03/2013
Time: From 18:10 - 19:00
Type of Operation: Traffic Monitoring
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader: LSPD Officer [Rstar]Rusty

LSPD Participants:
LSPD Officer [Rstar]Rusty
LSPD Lt. Def Perry
LSPD Cadet Hernesto

Other Participants
ARPD Officer George Shock
ARPD Officer Tritan Osami
ARPD Officer Dimos Travolta
ARPD Officer Teun
ARPD Officer [ADF]Travis

Operation Summary:
Briefing the attending unit's down in the LSPD Garage that LSPD were going hard on traffic violator's due to the increasing amount of bad press we have been getting for not doing anything about them, all attending unit's were each assigned a patrol partner and a main area of focus (found below).  With all set and each unit understoof their objective we rolled out 10-8 and set off to the assigned location's.  I may also add that Lt.Perry and Cadet Hernesto were the OP's "roaming" unit that would provide back-up on any stop's made and respond to urgent call-outs if other officer's needed assistance.

PC1 - LSPD Officer Rusty & ARPD Officer Tritan Osami   | Idlewood/Little Mexico
PC2 - ARPD Officer George Shock & ARPD Officer[ADF]Travis   | Mulholland Int/Temple
PC3 - ARPD Officer Teun & ARPD Officer Dimos Travolta   | Market
PC4 - Lt Def Perry & LSPD Cadet Hernesto   | Roaming Unit

Myself and Officer Osami headed out to Idlewood/Little Mexico stationing just south of the LS Museum to watch out for any speeder's coming through the area, fair to say it was pretty quiet so we moved off into Idlewood where we clocked a towtruck towing LSPD Vehicle's and dumping them into the LS storm-drain.  He wasn't stopped for that but his erratic driving and nearly smashing right into two oncoming vehicles and just missing a man cross the road.  Managing to pull him over round the Idlewood PnS we had a little chat about his driving ability and him dumping LSPD cruiser's instead of taking them back to LSPD.  I issued out a heavy fine of $250 to the man and cautioned him.

Shortly after the first stop we decided to head back into Little Mexico and set-up our speed trap once again hoping to get more lucky though then be have it like god heard our prayers a farmer thought he was back in Flint County came whizzing through in his truck nearly smashing into a lamp-post.  Officer Tritan initiated a pull-over but he was refusing to stop the first two time's we asked, on the third he pulled over just shy of Idlewood Pizza Stack.  Myself questioned the farmer while Officer Tritan called the pull-over in, turns out the man was in a hurry of some sort's ... something about potatoes *haha*.  He understood his wrong-doing even though he tried to argue that his truck can't go over 100km/h yet we clocked him doing 134km/h.  Anyway this cowboy farmer was cautioned (no fine issued).

With my partner now gone and Officer Travolta's partner gone as-well we merged PC1 and PC3 into one.  Now we had two area's to cover - Idlewood & Market.
Patrolling through Market, LS we encounter ANOTHER speeder but this time we weren't the unit pulling him over, another patrol unit had been trying to pull this jerk-off over for the past 3 minutes, he eventually stopped near one of the many ZIP clothing store's we have in LS.  With myself and Officer Travolta assisting on the pull-over everything turned out good, driver was fined $250 for his actions so we headed back out.

I'll give a brief run-down of the other PC unit's.
PC2 managed to successfully perform three traffic stop's in their assigned area of operation's.
- All stops made by PC2 were on the Mulholland Int. and those violator's were people using the wrong ramp to get onto the LS-LV Highway

PC4 also managed to successfully perform three traffic stop's even though they were the roaming patrol unit assigned to provide back-up which to my knowledge wasn't needed so that's a bonus.

In all I'd say we accomplished the task that was given and did a damn good job of executing it.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements):
The traffic OP was successful in my eye's we achieved our target even if people left/went AFK.
I don't have any improvement's to say about the attending officer's as the communications between all was in tip top shape.

A copy of the work done today, hope to patrol with you for a long period next time.

From: Desk of Officer Dario Cipone
To: S.F.P.D Operation HQ Archives
Report #: 0097

Leading Officer:
SFPD Officer Dario Cipone, #P26
SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX Rosso, #H14

Officers involved:

ARPD Officer Lile Heartfield
ARPD Officer Dylan Heartfield
ARPD Officer Travis
ARPD Officer Petar
ARPD Officer Dimos Travolta (He left after almost 30 minutes of patrol)

Date: Tuesday, March 13th, 2013

Time:
Started - 22:53
Ended - 00:03

Incidents:
- Evader from a traffic stop
- Traffic stops
- Subject suspected for murder escaped from San Fierro with a Boat
- Evader from the checkpoint

Detailed report:

Today, I've used to organize a patrol and a checkpoint with SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX. Used to call all the available units over the Police Radio to meet at SFPD. After all the officers, that came to SFPD to participate, were lined up, a short briefing of the operation that we were going to do was done.
To the all officers was told the importance of the respect between officers and how much is important to show respect with a salute  to higher ranks. A trial was done and everyone responded very good.

After this briefing, the officers were assigned to the cars and to every Patrol Car were assigned an area to patrol:

  • SFPD-PC1 (South):   SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX Rosso & ARPD Officer Dimos Travolta
  • SFPD-PC2 (Center):   ARPD Officer Travis & ARPD Officer Petar
  • SFPD-PC3 (North):   SFPD Officer Dario Cipone, ARPD Officer Dylan Heartfield & ARPD Officer Lile Heartfield.
After explained all the areas to patrol, I've give instructions to every passenger for the Police Radio and MDC Usage.
Then we started.

SFPD-PC1 used to report over the Police Radio about a traffic stop. The citizen stopped, after some minutes, tried to evade over Flint County. A great work was done and the lethal force was used on him, due to the continuous attempt to escape.

After it, we've got informed through the MDC that a suspect was in Doherty, San Fierro. SFPD-PC3 and SFPD-PC2 responded, but the subject suspected for murder escaped from Easter Basin with a Boat. So, SFPD-PC3, used to change his vehicle and moved with a boat over the suspect. Meanwhile, to the others Patrol Cars, were suggested to patrol San Fierro meanwhile SFPD-PC3 was out. (SFPD-PC1 North and SFPD-PC2 South)
The subject gone after Martin Bridge, the railway between LV and Red County and gone in an unknown area, in the middle of the ocean.
After some minutes, the subject escaped. He got a fast boat and we were unable to stop him. So we went back to the patrol, using the Code 14 over the Police Radio.

After that, other Traffic stops were done. Basically with no problems.

When all the Patrol Cars were free and available, everyone was called to meet at SFPD to build the checkpoint.

Ever Patrol Car, headed to Easter Tunnel, to make a checkpoint to all the citizens that would pass to Flint County or to San Fierro.
Three Patrol Cars were stopped in the middle of the road, in the middle of the Tunnel. Almost all the officers used to signalize the checkpoint and used correctly their words. (/trafanim 1 & /s1)
SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX was called to use an HSP Unit and to give assistance if it was needed.

Four cars and five citizens were checked and one subject evaded the checkpoint. The support of SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX was really useful to stop that citizen. The situation was took under control.

No others incidents happened and everything was done in a correct way.

After that, all the officers were called to report on the SFPD and, after a coordinated salute, everyone was dismissed.

Dashboard Camera:

Finishing Notes:

Official radio channel of the SFPD (1885) & TeamSpeak was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every unit responded and communicated clearly. I would like to thank all the officers that participated and, honestly, I felt really good with them today.

Special thanks to SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX for the co-leading and the assistance provided.

Signed,

SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant

Special thanks to SFPD Senior Officer AnthraX for the co-leading and the assistance provided.
