Biography[If you wish you can leave this blank and filll non-rp question "Why do you want to join?"]:

Frank Lockwood, previously known as 'Lionel Valdes', is a veteran citizen of the United States of Argonath - Born 14th of July, Frank holds a strong personality and an over-the-limit dedication to whatever occupation he switches to. Raised by Antonio and Ashley Valdes, Frank possesses a good reputation due to his excellent education. Frank Lockwood is a former SAPD Officer twice, and an SAPD Senior Officer once, and that is the highest position in the department that he reached. Non-RP Details

IG name: Mr.Frank_Lockwood

Age IRL: 14 years old.

Playing in server since: September 9th, 2009.

Playing as cop in server since: September 9th, 2009.

Any recent punishments related to your police job: I was copbanned few times in the past for simple reasons, but I do recall my punishments in SAPD: Suspension, and official warning. Both were misunderstanding but unfortunately I couldn't prove my point.

Are you able to use TS/Microphone[This question won't influence outcome of your application in anyway, its matter of information]: Yes, I am.

Why do you want join: I find law enforcement a habit, more than simply a job. As you can see, I served the community since my first day in it, thus you can estimate or assume the skills I possess today in the field of law enforcement. I excel in paperwork. I think out of the box. I have a large imagination (The 'philosopher' of the class IRL) and I can and I do maintain professionalism all the time. I fell in the cage of mistakes countless times, but that will change as I will stay 'awake' as much as possible, and using my head first will be a necessity. I want to join because I want to maintain public safety in a more professional & organised environment, and of course, learn new experiences, and share my skills with others.

Argonath RPG Police Department
Shift Report

Name of report-filling officer: Lockwood, Frank.
Date and time of shift: Friday, January 18th of 2013 @ approximately 1900 CET.
Department: Null. (ARPD)
Jurisdiction and area(s) covered: Null (not part of SAPD) - Commerce, Unity Station, Pershing Square, Market, Idlewood, Ganton.
Officers involved in the shift: Officer Dolfa Kiedis; Officer Marcus Ferreira; Officer F. Lockwood; Officer Dimos; Officer Rusty; Officer Divine...

Description of the shift:

I started my shift at approximately 1900 CET, at Los Santos Police Precinct. Inside, I took my necessary equipment: Radio, car keys, and the duty-weapons. Immediately after signing-in for duty, I was informed of an on-going foot patrol organised by Los Santos P.D Officer, Dolfa Kiedis. Knowing that it'd increase my chances of getting accepted, I walked on foot to the Los Santos Precinct garage, where I noticed a group of law enforcers paying attention to one person only: It was Officer Kiedis. I walked towards the officer, and then I saluted it, and lined up next to the present law enforcers. Following the success of mission "Reach a number of officers to begin operation", we were briefed with our goals and assigned areas, and instructed to switch to the departmental CB channel. Officer Dimos and I were given the callsign "B-1". Officer Dimos is very full with enthusiasm! So am I!

Our assigned areas were: Unity Station, Commerce, and Market. We were given a fine sum of money to buy extra equipment, I personally bought a regular shotgun and a modern flak vest. Unity Station had potentially dangerous individuals in it, but since no felony was done, nothing could be done there but supervise on-going and out-going traffic. We quickly switched to Commerce, then Willowfield, where Officer Kiedis called for backup: The officer was in danger, and it was matter of life or death. The safety of my team-mates was a vital thing at that moment, thus we headed with lights & sirens and speed to Willowfield Ammunation. There was no sign of any officer, but multiple suspects were spotted leaving the scene, we were fired upon, but that didn't stop us from catching the suspects. All were taken down by lethal force, the last one to be taken down was (I recall) in Idlewood, escaping on foot.

To Los Santos Airport we went! Over ten (10) suspects were there, around five (5) suspects on each building roof, it was blatant that the crime was planned. We took cover near the police car, but unfortunately nothing could be done without a specialized division such as SWAT.

At approximately 2100 CET, I was informed that the operation is over, thus I signed out for duty, after writing this report at the Head Quarters.

Argonath RPG Police Department
Shift Report

Name of report-filling officer: Lockwood, Frank.
Date and time of shift: Sunday, January 20th of 2013 @ approximately 1800 CET
Department: Null. (ARPD)
Jurisdiction and area(s) covered: Null (not part of SAPD) - Commerce, Unity Station, Pershing Square, Market, Idlewood, Ganton.
Officers involved in the shift: Officer F. Lockwood; Officer Mark Hensley; Officer Jack Baker; Officer Pancher; Officer Miller...

Description of the shift:

I started my journey infront of LSPD, I asked officer Dolfa Kiedis if he is looking for a patrol partner, his answer was positive. Unfortunately, due to few real-life issues, I had to wait around ten (10) minutes for the young officer to return. More unfortunate, he wasn't available due to SWAT duties. I had to take my necessary department-issued equipment, then I bought additional weaponry from the local arms-store.

At approximately 18:00, I pulled citizen Tevin Whiteshadow for driving in the wrong side of the road.. Due to some reasons, I personally called the citizen to the Los Santos Police Precinct for questioning, it appeared that he had external issues. Resuming my patrol, I took suspect Mams in custody for being wanted, it appeared his crime was 'Reckless driving'. Due to lack of evidence, I had to request unsuspection.

One thing interesting happened during this shift: a Hostage situation! It was at Ganton, the house of the memorable 'Grove Street Family'. In one of the abandoned houses there, an individual captured an innocent civilian. FBI Agent Paco handled the negotiations, he had to make sure that this isn't a prank call, and that the hostage is safe. Minutes after the agent's entrance, the SWAT team prepared themselves for entry at once. Fortunately, suspect was arrested. This operation is indeed successful in all terms. I returned to Head Quarters to write this report.

Argonath RPG Police Department
Shift Report

Name of report-filling officer: Lockwood, Frank.
Date and time of shift: Monday, January 21 of 2013 @ approximately 1600 CET
Department: Null. (ARPD)
Jurisdiction and area(s) covered: Null (not part of SAPD) - .
Officers involved in the shift: Officer F. Lockwood; Officer Mark Hensley.

Description of the shift:

As usual, I started my patrol at the Los Santos Precinct, but this time with a terrible flu. I drank a hot cup of coffee before getting my gear and necessary equipment, and I also wore an extra pull-over. It was approximately 1600 CET, I signed in for duty and updated my status on the radio.. There was no car in the garage, except a heavily damaged cruiser. I drove directly to the Idlewood Pay and Spray, where I repaired the police car and paid for the repairs done on the vehicle. Los Santos was a bit calm, as everybody was at their houses; it was very cold, but very warm for me that I had to "refresh" my body each 30 minutes by taking my jacket off. Not only was the city calm, but the radio was not hyperactive as always as well. Nonetheless, I headed towards San Fierro, the Chicago-like city, the city of the Gvardias, and the city of the businessmen.

Suprisingly, San Fierro was peaceful.. Due to this, I returned to Head Quarters for reporting back.

I apologise if I couldn't provide more information, the shift was indeed calm and I have to state nothing but facts. I could had not wrote this report and waited for the next shift, but to prove my dedication and my hard work I should write a report in case anything happened: Wether it is bad, good, or even nothing.

Thanks for your understanding.
