[ARPD report] Junky
« on: January 19, 2013, 21:02:16 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Junky - I was driving from LV to LS, due to high speed on a turn exited to opposite (left) lane and accidentally crashed into Junky, which was driving a non-duty vehicle. As my car was on fire, I ran out and stopped in a secure place. Moments later I was suspected for "reckless" without any previous warnings, and that officer opened fire from a non-duty weapon (m4) on me, without warning. Later at LSPD during investigation I was insulted by him, being called "dumbass". As the investigation surely was not giving a result, I walked to the cells, asked other officer to jail me, instead Junky jailed me for 180 seconds.

Also, during that "investigation" officer Junky said that he was not on duty, still being on duty; after I said that rules are for everybody he said "nope mr.smartass"; also said that as ARPD he has right to shoot a suspect, even unarmed.

I would request an investigation on his behaviour, as I doubt that kind of officers can serve for ARPD.

Hello, I'll be investgating in this report, just to make it clear, a ARPD officer might have many rules diffrent than SAPD or less of regulations but when considering that weapon usage regulations ARPD officer can not use those kind of weapons on unarmed suspects. This is actaully the first rule in the ARPD regulations topic, regarding usage of force.

Anyways I'd like you to inform Junky about this report as I'd like to hear his statment.

Good Night,

In First, i would to Ask to Mr.S1mon where is the evidence of the car i were driving.
In Second i will explain what happened, i were driving a 10-76 to North of LV where Air Div is supposed to meet for a patroll, and when i was driving Mr.S1mon, crashed into to me, i said him to stop running (he didn't) i shoot him with 1-2 Bullet's, of My M4 , reason: in my side of view he was evading, since he didn't rped i /sued him for reckless driving, he stopped when i shot him and he started to act like a smart guy, with words like "Im Inocent i did nothing wrong, i want a investigation; you cant shoot me; you were speeding" i think who drives on wrong side of road and crash into another car isn't inocent.
So I Acted like i did, where you can see in Pictures.
Third, he said "officer Junky said that he was not on duty "10-6 - Out of service, but available for emergency calls
10-7 - Out of service, and unavailable for emergency calls" i was on a 10-6.

Also Mr.S1mon have no right's about "asked other officer to jail me" in my previous lesson's when i was cadet / officer , "Suspect's have no right to choose who to investigate them, or no rights to choose who jail them."

Now a Question to Mr.S1mon , if you didn't rped any time, why you are reporting IC like you Rped all the time ?

Signed,
Leonardo Torres

i said him to stop running
Did you? I had NOTHING about to stop.

Running from a car in flames

You said that "[23:31:49] Junky(99) says: no i wasn't on duty"
Quote

Not before a warning. And specially not with a m4. Also, I have not showed any weapon, there was noany car in sight, so it was overusing of non-duty weapon.
