Are you the same sandisk from VCMP i know?

EDIT : It appears you are.. Now.. Lets take a look. You were fired from SAPD, VCPD, banned multiple times.. Havent seen you in a while, and thought your attitude has changed, but from what i saw today, your attitude is still nothing but a bad luck to any departament. I dont think you're ready to join us yet..
I wasn't in VCPD, and SAPD I resigned, so don't make bullshit up.

You reply just proves my point - your attitude is not ready for SAPD.
Besides, you WERE fired from SAPD, i clearly recall you being fired by the Academy Manager Steven_Jeffrery for unsuitable attitude

I want to thank you for your partecipation and I think that you've a potential but you must fix your attitude. You need to take yourself under control.

From: Desk of Officer Dario Cipone #P26
To: S.F.P.D Operation HQ Archives
Report #: 0030

Training Leader: SFPD Officer Dario Cipone #P26

Officers involved:
ARPD Officer Bradley
SAPD Cadet Aca Nolan
ARPD Officer Sandisk
ARPD Officer Skalleper Svensson
ARPD Officer Nisse
ARPD Officer Katie
ARPD Officer John Svensson

Date: February 14th, 2013

Time:
Started - 19.50
Ended - 21.00

Training Note:

Today I've organized a training about shooting and criminals barricated situations.
I've used the radio channel of the SFPD (2721) and officers who were interested in participating entered in it.
When they reached the SFPD they were asked to line up.

The training began with a short brief about the shooting and about what we were next to do.
After that the training was explained, we set up two different teams and to make it we used two differents skins: Sheriffs and Officers skins.
When everything was explained SMG was given to everyone and we used two Police Cars to move to the Queens Ammunation to get an armour.
After Ammunation, we stopped to the San Fierro Hospital and then, there, a short brief was told for the barricated situations and how to work in those cases.
The command /storm was explained, also, how to move inside a building in certain cases. Finally some rules was given to the officers about the training (For example that when the armour was down, they were out of the scene).

When all was set up, I've sent the sheriffs team to take a position, as criminals, inside the hospital and the officers team was outside. Once both teams were ready the officer team would entered.
After this operation, both teams stopped at Ammunation, to get back another armour and to be prepared for another operation. (Cadet Aca Nolan left the training after this)

In the last operation, the teams switched and the sheriffs team were outside, getting ready.

After those operations, we headed to the SFPD to line up again.

When reached the SFPD, each partecipant got the chance to share his or her opinion to the training done.
A question was made: What you learned today, honestly?
Different answers were given:

Quote
[20:45:53] Skalleper_Svensson(78) says: I have learned today, that officers need team-play in order to achive sucess in a mission
[20:46:02] Skalleper_Svensson(78) says: It was pretty hard when we gor split up

Quote
[20:48:48] [AFS]John_Svensson(33) says: that the team work can save a life or if its bad, take out a life

Quote
[20:52:34] Sandisk(14) says: I learned how to handle a situation with a lot of criminals inside it, such as kidnaps
[20:52:47] Sandisk(14) says: and learned some tactics, taking covers.
[20:53:06] Sandisk(14) says: and also to do not be a hero and rush alone
[20:53:17] Sandisk(14) says: and work with the team together

Training leader's notes:

I've really appreciated how many officers partecipate in the training and I saw it really usefull for everyone, also for me. As I said to the partecipants that asked, I'll do another training like this to improve our skills. It was really satisfatory to see everyone focusing to the training. Everyone heard me and their attitude was really great.

Thank you.

San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0037

Date: 18th February 2013
Time: From 15:30 to 17:15 (Server Time)
Type of Operation: Organised Patrol
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader:
Snr. Officer Jason Bridges
Overviewed By:
Lieutenant Def Perry
Assisted By:
Snr. Officer [WS]Janar

Participants
ARPD Ziad.
ARPD Barrack Obama
ARPD Alberto DeLuca
ARPD Chips Alvarez
ARPD George Shock
ARPD Dynamo Scotto
ARPD Katie.
ARPD [Rstar]Hidduh
ARPD Taseen_Chowdry
ARPD Sandisk

Briefing:
The purpose of this patrol was to crack down on organised crime and general firearm offences within the Los Santos area. This time, we had 9 participants and 3 assistants so I split us into 4 vehicles of 3. They were given an approximate patrolling location (North, South etc) and half the patrol cars were told to monitor traffic in their specific areas whilst the other half just surveyed.

Officer Sandisk is an able police officer, has a good knowledge of codes and procedures etc but there are some underline issues with his behaviour. I first noticed this when you 'partially' attended the first patrol, you were trolling a bit and you continued this today by passing unnecessary comments and not taking the patrol seriously at times. The biggest issue however was when you decided to leave your assigned area because a civilian had offered you $3000 to give them a ride around LS, despite me specifically telling him and you not to do that on my patrol. You and I both know you should not have done that and I really hope you make an improvement to your attitude next time I see you. This comment isn't an excuse for me to shit on your or witch-hunt you, I am pointing it out here so you are shocked by your behaviour and put a lot of effort into making sure you have the right attitude for an SAPD officer in the future. I hope to see you out in the field again and best of luck, Sandisk.

Jason Bridges

Hello there!

After a lot hours of patroling with you, I would like to say that you have impressed me with your shooting, driving and radio communication abilities. We've taken down many C30 suspects, but we also had several RolePlays in which you have acted very mature and professional. I've heard people talking about your bad attitude, but I cannot agree with them after a long time spent with you. They obviously never met you as good as I did so they sometimes get you wrong.
I wish you all the best in your SAPD application and I hope to patrol with you again as soon as we meet each other!

Cheers,
Your partner.

Patrol Report #006

Patrolling Officer:
SAPD Applicant Sandisk

Time and date of patrol:
11:00 - 13:00 Server Time - 22/02/2013

Patrol partners:
Lieutenant Def Perry

Incidents:
1.) Me and LSPD Lieutenant Perry were patrolling around all LS, while we passed by Mulholland Int. we noticed a fireman driving the wrong ramp and the wrong lane, We warned him to pull over many times, after like 5 times he did so, and he got of the car without any permission, I told him to get back in the car and he went in it and drove away so we suspected him and he evaded, once we got him surrendered in our car we transported him to DPD, and gave him an investigation as requested by him. After discussing we've obtained results to pay a $250 ticket for an unsuspection, he did so and got unsuspected. (click) (click) (click)

2.) Once again, me and Lieutenant Perry patrolled, this time this incident occured at the Idlewood Pizza Stack.
There were two officers which constanly broken traffic rules and Ignored Perry's orders to pull over, however, one officer got copbanned and one was just warned. The suspect at the Idlewood Pizza Stack was the one who got copbanned, he was assaulting our police car so we suspected him and he refused to surrender, so we had to use force and take him down, not really a big incident. (click)

3.) This time we got up to an extremely traffic rules breaker and huge speeder, we barely got him to pull over but we did so in the end, We've had a long and fun roleplay and in the end the civillans were free to go but I don't remember if the civillans were issued warning(s) or a ticket. (click)

4.) Was just a suspect escaping the police with a fast sports car, In the end we caught him by P.I.T. maneuvering him, he surrendered, and was escorted safely to the DPD jail. (click)

Patrol evaluation:
I patrolled today with LSPD Lieutenant Perry in the areas of South-West and heart of Los Santos, and took care of Suspects, watched for Reckless drivers / traffic breakers and did alot of traffic stops and arrests. Also assisted in several Backup requests / C30's and were pretty active on the police radio, Also several incidents occured as stated above.

OPERATION REPORT

Operation 'Wrong Ramp'
Mulholland Intersection, Los Santos

Intention of the operation
The intention of this operation was to make the citizens of the State of Argonath more aware of the dangers of using the wrong ramp when entering or exiting a highway. By doing so, we hope to decrease the amount of 'wrongrampers', which would most likely lead to a steep decline in traffic deaths on the roads of San Andreas. This operation was held at Mulholland Intersection. Our main target were civilians entering the Los Santos-Las Venturas highway on the wrong ramp; in particular those drivers heading from Temple to Las Venturas.

Procedure
We had a biker unit announcing any oncoming traffic from Temple, at the base of the ramp. He would report the traffic in, into our citizen broadband (CB) channel, to keep the regular police radio clear of operational chatter. An air unit was hovering above the intersection to keep eyes on the situation. On the highway itself, we had one police cruiser in the median strip to tell the 'wrongrampers' to pull over. There was one additional cruiser in the right roadside, along with two Buffalo's to assist in pulling drivers over.

Involved units   Vehicle
SAPD Applicant Thomas_C   Police cruiser
SAPD Applicant Veronmaksja   Police bike
SAPD Applicant Ragdoll.   Buffalo
SAPD Applicant Sandisk   Buffalo
SAPD Applicant Lincoln.   Police Helicopter
ARPD Officer Malik_Coleman   Police cruiser

Duration
The operation lasted for about 45 minutes. After that, several units engaged in diffirent pursuits and a few others went off duty to see their families [[went offline]].

Detailed report
The first vehicle we pulled over was a Blista Compact, with one occupant. ARPD Officer Veronmaksja took this car and the two Buffalo's parked up behind, to aid the officer and as a show of force. ARPD Officer Thomas_C returned to his position to the median strip. There were some issues with this driver. He was fined $250 for reckless driving (using the wrong ramp), but he refused to pay it at first and he claimed to be a law enforcement officer (LEO). However, this claim was found fake shortly after it was made. The officers attempted to arrest the man, which failed. He ran and was taken down after a swift pursuit. Sadly, lethal force had been used. It is unknown as to which officer fired the fatal shot.
Meanwhile, a second car had approached the highway using the wrong ramp. This vehicle was pulled over by ARPD Officer Thomas_C with the help of ARPD Officer Malik_Coleman. Also, ARPD Officer Ragdoll. assisted them and pointed ARPD Officer to his broken tail lights. The man was co-operative and paid his $200 ticket without making a scene. He has been given a warning for the broken tail lights.
A third car approached the highway using the wrong ramp, but refused to pull over. After pursuing the driver for a short while, he stopped his car at the LV Strip, where he got out and started shooting the present officers. He injured ARPD Officer Thomas_C almost fatally, but he made a quick recovery. Finally, ARPD Ragdoll. succeeded into sending the suspect on the run again. He was pursued but it is unsure if he was captured, killed or is still on the loose.

Footage
There were four pictures made during this operation.
Spoiler (Click to expand)

Summary and results
One ticket issued by ARPD Officer Veronmaksja -- $250 -- not paid
One ticket issued by ARPD Officer Thomas_C -- $200 -- paid
One warning issued by ARPD Officer Thomas_C
We believe we have convinced at least two drivers of their dangerous way of entering the highway. Our hopes are they will not do it again and as such, we believe to have achieved our beforementioned goal.

I'd like to thank all officers involved for their professional behaviour towards both fellow officers and the citizens of the State of Argonath.

Patrol Report #008

Patrolling Officer:
SAPD Applicant Sandisk

Time and date of patrol:
11:30 - 14:00 Server Time - 01/03/2013

Patrol partners:
ARPD Officer Lincoln

Incidents:
1.) Was patroling around Los Santos alone, noticed a civillan driving on the wrong lane and recklessly, so I pulled him over, in the end he didn't even have a license, so I fined him for $200 and explained him about how he should get his license and he can't drive if he's without a license else he'll get arrested, as until he'll get a license he won't be able to use a car. (click) (click

2.) Was patrolling around Los Santos alone and noticed a suspect getting in a civillan's car, I thought the civillan was aiding him, but he did good and got out of the car, the suspect was quite armed so we had a shootout and a small foot chase at Market, in the end I took him down using force. (click)

3.) Forgot to state, in Incident 2, some civillan helped him a bit to escape, so he got suspected too, when I took the suspect in Incident 2 down, this aider suspect evaded, went to Dillimore, and entered and camped a house for like 3 minutes, I was calling for some backup so we can breach the house together was he was armed, but in the end he surrendered while being in the house, we breached, cuffed him, and escorted him to the DPD jail using the SAPD Buffalo. (click)

Patrol evaluation:
I patrolled one time with Lincoln, one time alone, while patrolling with Lincoln, we were giving assistance at the 'Wrong Ramp' operation at Mulholland Intersection, we did good, stopped and dealt with Wrong rampers.
As patrolling alone I took down and arrested several suspects, also performed some traffic stops.

Officers 10-97 already set a blockade to cover themself and shoot against the suspects as a reply to their fire. We also joined them while parked our vehicles opposite to the suspects and took shelter. We tried to escape while took an infernus, they used the rail tracks which leads the way to RC. Heavy weaponry made it possible to take their car out and avoid them escaping.

2.) As the officers were not briefed well due to C30, I called them 10-19 LVPD. I briefed them again and assigned them into different patrol cars. Later we got a C30 at Montegomery which took priority as officers were in need of an immediate backup. We reached their while saw all clear, they were taken down by other department officers. We were code 14 as the C30 was considered Code 4.

3.)Sergeant Mega got a traffic stop at northern jurisdiction of a person in vehicle, evading the traffic laws. He complied while all units were code 14, keeping an on heroin spots, marked in their jurisdiction and specially on traffic laws evaders. Sergeant went in detail to the traffic stop while it was considered as code 4. He was free to move after Sgt.Mega performed a traffic stop and came to a conclusion.
After patrolling around, I decided to check out the heroin spot of whitewood spot and got a guy with an infernus, roaming around the area inside the area where the warehouse is located. I pulled that guy over while he complied with us. I reported the situation on the radio while I got support of one PC, which stood by and waited for further signals for example: evasion, assault or even worst situations. Sgt Mega heard about it and claimed that he saw a guy in white infernus previously, driving recklessly and didn't caught him up, therefore he made his way to us to check whether the guy is same which is saw driving recklessly. One arrived, he negated that he is the same guy he saw evading the traffic law. As he did, we continued to the traffic stop and asked the guy about the reason of roaming around such a suspicious area. He acted very confused but we kept on our actions very confidently and firmly. He described the reason of staying there and it was that he was looking for the house or business whether it is unowned or not. We interrogated a bit but found him innocent. As we did, we let him go.
ARPD Officer Kelvin left the patrol due to official event of the server, and another unit, Jeffrey. joined it. Officer Denzel's partner left therefore he was assigned with sgt.Mega. We kept patrolling around the area and kept an eye on heroin spots. Due to some reasons later the patrol was ended.

Conclusion of patrol:
The main purpose of the patrol was to organize the units who were patrolling alone and who were interested in some operation which was to be done in team work. All went good in the patrol, Northern district was covered: Las Venturas, Bone County, Tierra Robbada, Bayside.

Notes:

1.) Drivers of the patrol performed well on the field while were professional with their work.

2.) Radio communicators also kept the communication high in the CB. They were mature and professional with their words in the radio while codes were used on a height.
