SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name - As I was patrolling around Rodeo LS in a cruiser, I heard on radio that Sergeant Aly was beginning an SFPD organized patrol. I personally love SF. It is a beautiful city and I believe personally the best city in SA. I was interested in the patrol and asked how much crime SF got considering I was usually was on medic duty or patrolling as an officer in LS or as a State Trooper and spent little time in SF. I knew the Gvardia gave the city trouble but I was not at all informed. Sergeant Aly replied back angrily that I should not be making "Smart" comments and to stop speaking in detest of other departments among other harsh things. I am appalled by how little this SAPD officer even thought about my words before making a nasty comment on a public frequency of the Argonath RPG Police Department. I explained on the radio that I was not being smart and it was an honest question. I believe this was partly prejudice considering the 2 recent ARPD cases against me. I believe this disgusting attitude has no room on an official radio channel.

This is the witness statement of ARPD Officer AirLiuzzi. in the report of ARPD Officer Mark Hansley vs. SAPD Sergeant Omar Aly. I hereby swear that what I have written is honest and logs are not modified.

I, ARPD Officer AirLiuzzi., hereby confirms that this is correct and I have witnessed this in the radio as well.

It was very unpleasent to see such behaviour towards other, extremely motivated, officers by an SAPD Sergeant.
I can imagine it's very demotivating for Officer Mark Hansley to get such words thrown against his head, Omar Aly is supposed to give the right example
and motivate possible newly applicants rather then treat them like garbage.

I dont see any evidence here at all, are you going to post it or shall I close this report straight away ?

As I do not find it necessary to post my complete chat logs with a ton of irrelevant information as well as Private Messages that are none of your business I will refrain from doing so. Like I stated before, chat logs may be checked to confirm that they are not editted by me in any way.

All I asked you was to join if you're interested, or just don't, the reason for the agressive tone was your past actions. I belive the statment I made on the radio was a natural reaction of what you've been doing before, and which might have got me to mistake your question ask provokation, (If that's what you're saying.)

As a Officer that has recently dealt with a report against you i find it nessacery that i make this addition to this report, i feel with your recent behavior it is understandable that people may react badly to what they feel was provocative, Looking through the logs i would like to remind yourself about ARPD Regulation #3, something you've been found guilty of breaching twice. The logs i see are not very suitable for a officer and i feel you may have breached the rule again. As you well know you cannot be breaching this rule, and i feel because of this rule breach you got a slightly hostile welcome when you were seen as provocative.

I was asked to post here to provide a statement. In regards to the statement given by Sergeant Aly about Officer Hansley's provocative behavior, he displays this by using the police radio to tell people that they are in the wrong uniform (which doesn't matter anyway), or, that they have done something wrong. I can completely understand why Sergeant Aly felt that the defendant was being provocaative or "smart" towards him as Officer Hansley does display similar behavior to many other people throughout the day as well. I have another statement to give but I have no evidence to justify what was said.

They are offical witness stating an important detail in this report which is Officer Hansleys behvaiour on duty all time which got me thinking he was trolling this time, as it may seem from the message, no please stop posting here unless you have some evidance to add.

Based on prior history (found through reports), I can see that Officer M. Halsey may not have the best attitude already, taking this into account; I will review as much evidence as I can regarding this.

Firstly, may I ask who this comment is referring to:
