S.A.P.D Application | Steve McGarrett [APPROVED]
« on: February 02, 2013, 14:13:20 pm »

Application

Roleplay Details

Name: Steven J. McGarrett

Age: 34

Country of residence: United States.

Are you legal citizen of Argonath[Do you have passport?]: Yes.

Do you have a driving license: Yes.

Biography[If you wish you can leave this blank and filll non-rp question "Why do you want to join?"]: To be filled.

Non-RP Details

IG name: Steve_McGarrett

Age IRL: Turning 18.

Playing in server since: September 2007. This account is from June 2010.

Playing as cop in server since: I've been going on and off cop duty, but I've spent most time on duty.

Any recent punishments related to your police job: None.

Are you able to use TS/Microphone[This question won't influence outcome of your application in anyway, its matter of information]: Yes, I am.

Why do you want join: Well, I've been thinking about this for a little while now, and I kinda miss the old times in the SAPD, even though they will never come back, and that is not something sad is it? There are brighter times, and they will be even brighter. I feel I got quite a lot to offer SAPD, as well willing to learn new things. However, to mention. I've was in SAPD for around 2 years, mostly known as Jim Street. I was serving in the old SRU, the newer SRU and Kenny's LSPD-SWAT team. As well, I've been serving as undercover cop with former Captain Kenny.

Last time I was in SAPD was in June 2012 where I was dishonorably discharged by Paul himself, long time ago and I wont even go into details as he probably remember the incident. However, that was the last time I was in SAPD and I joined the SAPD latest in April 2012, which means I was in SAPD for 2 months. However, my main goal for joining SAPD then was to get LSPD back on the train rills again. It was only me and Def Perry who were the active officers in LSPD, and we managed together to develop LSPD into brighter times, getting active members again. So I feel that I can benefit SAPD positive, as well. It's long times ago and I've gained even more experience which can benefit SAPD as well. I do as well got goals within HSP division.

Time(/td): 3-4H

Patrol Information

Callsign:
- Hotel-1
- Sierra-1
- Adam-1

Patrol partner(s):
- Milano Alvarez
- Suke

Patrol area: San Andreas

Incidents:

1.) 207 in Tierra Robada
        - Alvarez, Suke and I were just heading on patrol when we received a 207 call, and we responded immediately to provide sniper support. We gained visual of the situation, and decided to take cover at the southern hill from the kidnappers. However, we were first on this hill, but more officers were coming, including SWAT, so I told my squad to move quickly up to the eastern hill, which we did. We had a clear shot on the kidnappers/terrorists, and they started to open fire upon us. We did not return fire at this point, minding that FBI and SWAT were leading the situation. As we received the engage order, all the kidnappers were neutralized within 10 seconds and hostage was secured.

2.) Several fire fights, pursuits & traffic stops.
        - We were faced several shootouts, pursuits & traffic stops. I got out of count as patrol time was quite long, however. As far as I remember, every situation was a victory from ours. Every criminal whom opened fire upon us, were either neutralized or apprehended. When it comes to the traffic stops, I remember one particular where they started obstructing the peace, and we told them to step out. Without any signal, the passenger started drive-bying and the driver ran off, we returned fire and started a pursuit. Both suspects were neutralized in this case.

3.) Civilian committing incorrect ramp usage at Mullholland Intersection.
        - At this point, I was unpartnered. I was patrolling around in the Temple/Vinewood area, when I gained visual of a civilian who ran up in the incorrect ramp in fast speed. He was taken into custody and jailed at LSPD.

Patrol Information

Callsign:
Sector-1

Patrol partner(s):
Milano_Alvarez

Patrol area: San Andreas

Incidents:

1.) Traffic & Felony Stop at Idlewood
        - I started patrolling unpartnered under Sector-1. I went to Idlewood where I get eyes on a Traffic Stop, I stopped by and asked Lieutenant Perry if he needed any assistance. He told me to stay and I obeyed. However, we were more units on scene and the driver was not complying and was suspected by Lieutenant Perry for "failure to pay fine" and the other one was suspected for "aiding". Suspects were taken into custody as far as I remember.

2.) Riot in Idlewood
        - I went back on patrol, yet still alone. I gained visual of several civilians, blocking off the roads, holding a riot. More units arrived and the area got locked down. However, many of the civilians refused to comply, some even started to open fire upon us and one was fighting and such, so we did neutralize them as they did not comply.

3.) Civilian misusing 911 call, leading to full shootout in Idlewood
        - I was patrolling, finally partnered with an officer under the name Milano Alvarez. However, we received a 911 call where a suspect orders pizza out of all, so I responded to the call and suspected the caller for "Misusage of 911 Emergency", he started running and opened fire upon me, he was neutralized. Another one attempted to harbor him, but failed and was suspected and evaded. We took up the chase and he was boxed in a approximately 50 yards away, where he decided not to surrender. He ordered a hitman contract on me, and hitmen were coming. However, he decided to resist the arrest(Run away on foot) and was neutralized. There were more shooters in Idlewood and, Alvarez and I responded.

4.) Hitman Contract & Imprisonment at Mordor - Maximum Security Facility
        - Officer Alvarez and I returned back to Idlewood where a fire fight was held and we assisted. However, we gained visual of two particular suspects who did not endanger any other police officer than myself. I assumed this was the hitman which was proven correct. Suspect surrendered and was taken to Mordor. However, we were only 2 cars(4 officers) at Mordor when we gain visual of 2 four door vehicles filled with armed civilians and one bike. SWAT and many other units responded. Suspect was held in prison for approximately 1 hour before he was released, and the hitman contract was dropped(Or basically, I died by drowning under mordor cause of the /exit bug)

- HSP-Alpha
- LSPD-3

Patrol partner(s):
Kate McGarrett
Def Perry
Anthrax
Eric Luciano
Max Adams

Patrol area: San Andreas

Incidents:

1.) Kidnapping Situation in Bone County
        - I started the day patrolling with Officer Max Adams. We received a message about a 207 and we started searching around in the Bone County area. We gained visual of the kidnappers south of AREA 69, we set up a perimeter around 50 meters from the kidnappers. They were equipped with Sniper Rifles and did not start the situation with negotiation, but furthermore with opening fire upon us with their sniper rifles. We gave a couple of warning shots back with our rifles to tell them to back off until we got in touch with them. According to the CCTV cameras in the areas, I managed to get a face recognition of one of the kidnappers and from previous record, I got his phone number and gave him a ring. Even though I told him to tell his men to cease fire, they opened fire upon us regularly. However, as they were barricaded inside a circle with a huge fence around, so it was basically impossible for us to breach without the hostage being neutralized. So I told the units to standby whilst Senior Officer Anthrax was checking the condition on the hostage and went in alone. Meanwhile, I went to grab a maverick so we could come from above. But things did not go exactly as planned or expected. The kidnappers started shooting at Senior Officer Anthrax and an officer gave the engage order without having a tactic present, when I arrived with the maverick, there was chaos and I couldn't get anyone with me, as I saw some cops already in the box and I decided to attack from above alone, however. Several officers were neutralized and the rest had to pull back, the suspects escaped, but was later neutralized in a motel at Montgomery.

2.) Participating in LSPD Organized Patrol
        - I participated to LSPD Organized Patrol and was assigned to LSPD-3 with Senior Officer Anthrax and Officer Eric Luciano. I had to be absent(AFK; because of some issues IRL) for a little while, but managed to observe many of the situations as well, assist my other colleagues in the shootouts and pursuits. As well the traffic stops.

3.) Regular Patrol
        - I was patrolling with a couple of other officers, including here was patrolling with Lieutenant Perry during one situation, and patrolling for the most with Kate McGarrett and Max Adams, however, we responded to several pursuits and shootouts, and all situations were solved properly for the police.
