Any recent punishments related to your police job: I had to reapply during the lockdown in the summer of 2012, never did due to exams and other things going on at the time. Prior to this I was suspended briefly for minor incidents, but this was in my earlier days as a cadet and I have learnt from these incidents.

Patrol Report #0001 Patrolling Officer: SAPD Applicant Mark Stonebridge Time and date of patrol: 12:30 - 2pm Server Time - 08/02/2012 Patrol partners: Lieutenant Def Perry ARPD Officer (I forgot his name and it's not on the screenshots I have) Main events: 1) I went on-duty at the LSPD, straight after I partnered up with Lieutenant Def Perry and we were using the call sign LSPD-1. We went to Dillimore to stock up on weapons and during this there was a Code 30 called in Palisades, San Fierro. We were en route to attend this and it was called Code 4 so we decided to patrol various areas of Los Santos. 2) We were then called to a Code 30 at Gas Station 9, which again was called Code 4 before arrival so we carried on patrolling Los Santos. We then got word of a suspect in Las Venturas and travelled up there to try and catch the suspect, but the suspect logged off so we returned back to Los Santos. 3) News of a fire in Rodeo reached us, so we attended, found that there was no need for police assistance due to the location, and promptly left. 4) We attempted a traffic stop in Willowfield at the Ammunation, and the suspects evaded and did drive bys on us, so we declared this a rolling Code 30 and attempted to stop the suspects. During the chase we gained an ARPD officer whose name escapes my mind currently. This chase took several minutes and the suspects did sadly escape. We stopped at Angel Pine after this, and at this point I decided to leave and returned to Los Santos to return the cruiser. Patrol Report #0002 Patrolling Officer: SAPD Applicant Mark Stonebridge Time and date of patrol: 17:30 - 18:00 Server Time - 17/02/2012 Patrol partners: Lieutenant Def Perry ARPD Officer [ADF]Travis Main events: 1) I went on-duty at the LSPD, straight after I partnered up with Lieutenant Def Perry and we were using the call sign LSPD-6. As I dutied I heard on the radio about a kidnapping at the Argonath Museum, so I proceeded there with Lieutenant Perry. At the scene I was asked to watch the south perimeter. 2) Later on during the kidnapping I was asked by the LSPD Dispatcher (Jason Bridges) to join the LSPD-1 callsign team and to proceed to a suspect in the Las Venturas area. We met up with a team known as LSPD-5, and en route to the incident I crashed, and have not been able to get back on since. 3) 4) Dashcam footage: Having more issues uploading, will try and get these up ASAP. I have made the decision to withdraw my application for the time being, because I do not currently have enough time to dedicate to working as part of the SAPD due to lots of real life issues (coursework and university applications  as well as family problems are taking up all of my time currently) so I feel it is unfair for me to possibly end up taking the place of someone who has the time to dedicate. I shall reapply when I have more time, perhaps in the summer. Apologies for messing everyone around.
