San Fierro Police Department

Daily Patrol:It was a organized patrol training and we started with a line at SFPD. After that Dario.Cipone splited us up in groups(PC1,PC2 and PC3).we started to drive to ammunation in ocean flats sf and got armed. then we moved on to cluckin bell to get some fried chicken so we were ready to patrol.This was a flare traning so we drived to nearest 24/7 and bought some flares to train with. We drived around in sf and got a alarm about a suspect in kings sf. when we arrived at the sceen the situaction was already under control so we moved on, after a few minuits we got a call about a house alarm in eastern bay sf, we arrived at the sceen and talked to the people at the sceen and then we took a look inside the warehouse were the alarm camed from, and inside was a suspect. he dident want to comply so a shotout began and we took down the suspect but when we camed back outside there was more guys that was happy with the trigger and one more shotout began. swat and fbi arrived and got the situation under control. we went back to SFPD and finished the training.

Detailed report:

Today I've used to add something in a usual organized patrol. I've add "Night" and the reason is that, when is night, it's better to use flares to signalize the presence of us in the middle of the road or something else.

When all the attenders were at the SFPD, after they lined up, I've welcomed them, explained the patrol, how to handle the radio and the importance of the assistants (Officer in the passenger seat). Explained, also, the codes for reporting the status in the radio.

I've set three stops: Ammunation, Cluckin' Bell and 24/7. (After the Ammunation stop, SAPD Cadet Loris, left us for IRL reasons)
I've explained the reasons of the flares, when to put them and how to do it.

After the 24/7, using the MDC, was discovered a suspect at Foster Valley. We responded with a Code 3 and all the things explained to the radio handling were used.
The suspect moved to King's and when we reached him, he was out of his car and gone with an ARPD Officer. He surrendered and the situation gone Code 4.

After it, we resumed the patrol from King's. When reached Easter Basin, a man stopped us, shouting about a kidnapping.
We reported on the radio everything. We were in front of the Blaze HQ at Easter Bay Airport / Easter Basin for the 207 Blue.
We tried to handle the situation before an high rank came.
We got two suspects after three minutes while we were trying to talking with Blaze Family, with professionality.
One was for Breaking and Entering, the other one was for Aiming to officers. The suspect incriminated for Breaking and Entering was killed after he tried to escape from us. The other one was in custody and jailed at SFPD.

In the middle of the 207, to the attenders of the Night Organized Patrol was ordered to make a block road with their cars.
After it, the SWAT and FBI responded and the situation was handled by them. Next their handling, some of the kidnappers were jailed at SFPD and the situation went Code 4.

After the 207, all the attenders were called to report to the SFPD and they were dismissed.

Finishing Notes:
Today was not so hard to do this patrol because of the officers. They all heard me and it was easy to handle the situation. I think that they learnt something today and I hope to see them again at the SFPD.
I've something to add about their attitude because it was great and I want personally recommend them.

Patrol Report #002 | 8/2/2013
Los Santos Police Department

Daily Patrol: It started at LSPD there we all meet up and jumped into a LSPD cruiser and drived away. It was not so much to do in the start but after 5-10min we got a call about 1 suspect at Gas Station 5 in San Fierro. So we answer that call and drived away in high speed with sirens and flashlights on. We arrived to Gas Station 5 and saw the criminal and 3 other guys. 2 of the other guys leaved when we arrived and the last guy was a family member to the criminal. He helped the criminal and we suspected him and he gave up. The other criminal started to shoot at me and ernst and we answered with fire. We got some hits and he gave up. After that we took the 2 criminals to San Fierro Police Department and the put one in jail because he had killed a man. The outher guy got a investigation and in the end he got unsupected.

Daily Patrol: We started at LSPD and drived of to Ammunation in market to get armed and ready for duty. when we all got armed we drived around in ls and pulled over around 2-3 people and talked with them. After that we meet a suspect that we hunted for like 10 miniuts when lustig appeard with hes stuntplane and helped us to find the suspect and take him down. we continued to patrol around san andreas and with lustig in a plane over us it became very easy. we drived on Lv-Ls highway on our way to Ls when a citizent drived on the wrong lane and crashed into us. we went out of the car and checked if everyone was okey. everyone was okey so we started to check the citizents car and checked if he was on drugs or alcohole. he wasent on drugs or anything, he was just tired after a long night at work so we let him off with a warning. we continued to patrol around san andreas when we got a call about 2 criminals in idlewood, so we put the sirens on and drived away to idlewood. when we arrived it was a shotout and we took down one criminal and the other one runned inside a house. we breathed the house and when we came inside the criminal stod with a bomb in hes hands and screamed: "one more step and i will blow idlewood into pieces". so we made a call and took a shot. officer skalleper__svensson hit the head and he died directly. we secured the bomb and left the sceen. after that we just went back to normal patroling and gave some tickets and after 1 hour we all went home for the day.

Daily Patrol:Me and Officer al svensson and skalleper svensson was just out and patroling when we meet some suspects and we started to hunt them around san andreas. it ended with we had hunted them all around san andreas and when we finally was close to take them our car got some technicals problem and drived down a little edge. we dident get hurted or something and ew got a long walk from tierra robada.

Daily Report: i was out and patroling like any other day when i got a call about a suspect running away from the other units. i went there and started to pursuit the criminal. we drived on ls-lv highway on our way to ls when he started to drive in the wrong lane and crashed down from the highway and falled 20 meters down from the highway. me and the 2 other units drived around and down to the suspect that layed on the ground outside hes car. the was hurt and i took him to commerce hospital. when we arrived to the hospital i took him inside and layed him on a bed. just when i was about to call and medic, the hospital got stormed by 5 people. the people was about to save they leader witch was the hurted man. they tied me up in ropes and pushed me into another room. they were talking with the hurted man when i escaped. when i came outside i tied up the roaps and called for backup. after 3min, 10 officers had arrived and we breathed the hospital. when we came inside, a massive shotout started and 2 officers was killed. we took down the 5 criminals and secured the hospital. after that i went back to normal patroling and nothing special happend.

Daily Patrol: Today when i went on duty, i started with checking the car so all the equipment was there. it was so i started my daily patrol. i drived around in ls and then, when i was on my way to lv  i saw some officers in a pursuit with 2 suspects. so i put on the sirens and joined the pursuit. the suspects drived into the little village mountgomery and crashed the car into a little house. the car broke down. the suspect started to escape on foot and i started to follow. they runned up on a roof and tried to hide, but i found one of them and aimed weapon against him. he puted his hands in the air and said:"dont shoot! i give up". i cuffed him and went down from the roof and puted him in a car with 2 officers in it and the other criminal. they went to the police station and jailed the 2 criminals. after that i went back to my patrol when i got a call about a suspect in san fierro. i drived there as fast as possible and tried to find him, but when i was just about to find him he escaped and i went back to ls.

Daily Patrol: I went to  LSPD garage to get my patrol car. when i was in my car i started up the computer and the police radio and report that i was on duty and in service. i drived out from the garage and started my patrol. i had just drived about 5 min when i decided to pull over a biker and just check that he had license and registration. so i stopped him and started to talk to him and asked about his documents. when i got the document i went inside the police car and runned the documents in the computer. everything was fine but hes license was about to go out of date so when i went back to the biker and gave him back the documents, i informed him about the license and told him to go get a new one soon. he said that he was going to get a new one when he had time so i let him go. after that i patroled for 15min when a speeder drived past me in very high speed. i pulled him over and when i was about to give him a ticket he started the engine and drived away. i suspected him but i couldent get him because he had a very fast car. after that i got sad for the criminal that escaped so i ended my patrol to get some rest.

Daily Report: we started in lspd garage and started up our patrol bike. we drived away and patroled for awhile. after 30min we went to get some dounats and coffie. the dounats was chocolate taste and the coffie was hot. after 15min of chating and dounats we went back to patrol, we drived from the dounat shop in market to lsch when we meet a speeder. we pulled him over and he was a little wierd. i tried to talk to the driver but he answered very slow and not so good. i gave him a ticket on 150$ for speeding and reckless driving. he paid his ticket and drived away but this time safe and slow. shortly after that we meet a suspect in lsch again and he gave up. he wanted a investigation so we took him in to lspd and did a investigation. he said that he was abused and the cop who suspected him came there to and we started to argue. the officer said he attacked him with a gun but he had no evidence, so i requested a unsuspection on him. after that we started to patrol again and after 5min we got a call about a suspect in sf. we drived there and took out hes car and started to run after him. officer hampus got a shoot in his cheast and he died. on our way back to ls we meet another suspect and i warned him but he dident listen. we shooted his car down and he jumped into the water and started to swim. we started to shoot and i got a killing shoot so i took it. he died and we returned to lspd to end our patrol.

Training Note:

Today I've organized a training about shooting and criminals barricated situations.
I've used the radio channel of the SFPD (2721) and officers who were interested in participating entered in it.
When they reached the SFPD they were asked to line up.

The training began with a short brief about the shooting and about what we were next to do.
After that the training was explained, we set up two different teams and to make it we used two differents skins: Sheriffs and Officers skins.
When everything was explained SMG was given to everyone and we used two Police Cars to move to the Queens Ammunation to get an armour.
After Ammunation, we stopped to the San Fierro Hospital and then, there, a short brief was told for the barricated situations and how to work in those cases.
The command /storm was explained, also, how to move inside a building in certain cases. Finally some rules was given to the officers about the training (For example that when the armour was down, they were out of the scene).

When all was set up, I've sent the sheriffs team to take a position, as criminals, inside the hospital and the officers team was outside. Once both teams were ready the officer team would entered.
After this operation, both teams stopped at Ammunation, to get back another armour and to be prepared for another operation. (Cadet Aca Nolan left the training after this)

In the last operation, the teams switched and the sheriffs team were outside, getting ready.

After those operations, we headed to the SFPD to line up again.

When reached the SFPD, each partecipant got the chance to share his or her opinion to the training done.
A question was made: What you learned today, honestly?
Different answers were given:

Training leader's notes:

I've really appreciated how many officers partecipate in the training and I saw it really usefull for everyone, also for me. As I said to the partecipants that asked, I'll do another training like this to improve our skills. It was really satisfatory to see everyone focusing to the training. Everyone heard me and their attitude was really great.
