Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. GeorgeF - He jailed me (James_Colombo) and Gravity_Colombo when we clearly asked for an investigation. Officer [AAF]Bradley is our witness he was with us when i asked it. I also informed [WS]Omar_Aly about this. I got some SS but i think they don't prove much. I also got the chat-logs which maybe helps. I actually really depend on [AAF]Bradley to help me.
2. Officer's Department - Don't know, he logged off after this soon.

I am Sgt mega and i will handle this report. Can you ask your witness to provide a more detailed statement and can you ask the accused officer if he could post his story.

I also have one question, a screenshot shows you asking to be investigated while in the jail cell yet the logs say you said this before you were jailed. I am a little confused i would like some clarification please

Dear Sgt mega, first of all i want to thank you for handling this report. I have looked for GeorgeF in game but i couldn't find him after the incident. I will ask my witness to provide a more detailed statement. About your question: I made the SS when i was jailed but it were the chatlogs from before i got jailed, because i couldn't know that i would be jailed so my only hope was to make a SS of the moment when he told this to me. However you can ask Bradley if GeorgeF was with us at the moment. He was for me and normally Bradley can confirm that.

Witness Statement: [AAF]Bradley

After responding to a backup call, James and Gravity were suspects in bayside. They surrendered as I approached them so I cuffed them and took them back to El Quebrados PD, upon arriving GeorgeF had landed his helicopter and came over to assist. James stopped and asked if I could investigate him and I said "Ill see what I can do". So he followed me into the police station, but as I /entered, I crashed, upon logging back in James was unhappy to have been jailed without an investigation. I couldn't do anything else except be slightly annoyed that someone stole my suspects.

Later on GeorgeF Pmed me saying "on your patrol report later add two extra suspects because I jailed yours".

WIll answer any questions.

I can't find him in game, i also asked other people if they saw him but they didn't. I hope i will find him soon.

Hello.My name is GeorgeF.
Just before a few minutes I was messaged in game by someone named James_Colombo.The purpose of his message was clear.He wanted me to reply here in a report carrying my name.At first I did not realise what was it about but after reading posts here I remembered the situation.Well as I know the SWAT got suspects at Bayside arrested.I did not pay much attention but I headed to EQ sherriff office for a new bike since my old one was damaged.When I arrived I saw an ARPD officer with 2 suspects,both surrendered.
At the scene was a civilian part of known criminal group.Just in case I stayed there to observe because you never know.He could have killed the officer.When I walked there one of the 2 suspects was standing still.I told him to follow the officer in a polite way. He indeed moved. Then I followed him inside the station.Everything good so far.I was inside.However I could not see the officer anywhere.I typed his area and saw he was not online.So I though he quit and instead I jailed the suspects.I left.While I was trying to arrest a suspect at Bayside officer Omar Aly asked me whether these 2 guys had requested investigation.And they hadn't.It is true.I don't know if they requested one from the other offficer but I never saw in PM or /l or any other form of chat any request.I checked my chat again.Nothing.So I just kept up my life.
Now from what I see somebody wants me punished for not giving him an investigation.You see I am not oblidged to give one if I am not asked to.You did not ask for one,no other ARPD officer requested I handled you,giving investigation.If you can proove the opposite then I will have to get punished.But since I am speaking the truth I have nothing to be afraid of. The validity of my sayings could also be confirmed by server logs on my chat.

Thank you for responding. In my eyes i see a bunch of lies. First off all, you are contradicting yourself by first saying that we surrendered ( thats true) and than saying that you stayed because we could kill the officer. = impossible if you surrendered. Secund you were clearly with us when i asked aaf benson for an investigation, you can also see that in the chatlogs. Third: You immidiatly jailed us when we entered what means that you kept the command ready before we even entered. Also you didnt had the right to jail us and if you were seeing that benson left you could atleast have waited 1 min till he could possible go back (what also happend).

And Omar: No i asked for an investigation, benson would do it,George was standing next to us and he heard everything.

By Benson I think he meant me, Bradley, and I have already made a statement although I will add, that from where I was standing, George was close enough to have heard James /say, "can you give me an investigation". (or something along those lines). But I have no proof and cannot confirm this.
