As Sergeant Omar is currently away for technical reasons, I will assist in the investigation of this report.

From what I have gathered so far, two suspects were taken to EQPD from Bayside to be processed by Officer Bradley and GeorgeF. Officer Bradley crashed and I believe that Officer George would have been near enough at the time to hear that you requested an investigation. You two, under the pretense of getting an investigation followed the officer believing he was going to investigate you, instead he jailed you just 5 seconds after entering the building.

Officer GeorgeF has yet to make a statement about being near enough to hear that you requested an investigation and it seems as though he was more concerned with jailing you than due process.

Will proceed on the 4th of March, 2013 regardless of reported officer's statement.

Exactly this, i'm looking forwards to it.

George, do you have anything to say about that?

Excuse my delay I have been away for some time.Reading the rest of the post since the last time I visited this topic I only have to add that I am being accused of not providing an investigation although I was supposed to know about it.To be honest nobody told me that this man wanted an investigation. When I arrived nobody was speaking about investigations. One suspect must have been inside the PD.The other was outside.I just went there to ensure that the proccess would be done smoothly.
I did not see any proof of James asking an investigation from me or generally asking for one while I was near.
And I believe there is no such proof because I am speaking the truth.
Signed.
Break the law-go to jail.
Kill a law enforcement officer-go to jail.
Assult-go to jail.
Shoot-go to jail.
Evade-go to jail.

You see? No need to kill every suspect if we can jail them :)

According to the other officers timeline, you had arrived at the PD already when they had asked for an investigation. Along with this, why did you think it was okay to immediately jail two suspects that were in the custody of another officer?

Were you present at the initial arrest at Bayside as well?

That is a negative. His first interaction was at EQPD as stated before.

Another question. Was officer GeorgeF within earshot when the suspects asked for an investigation?

Due to failure of the accusing side to provide response, this report is now considered invalid and closed.

No actions taken.
