[ARPD Report] Mario, Jimbo and Ricardo Johnson.
« on: February 25, 2013, 14:30:22 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Freelancer Jimbo; firstly suspected me for shooting after they rammed into me and Skerdi inside the Pay and Spray.
     - (Skerdi was inside the Pay and Spray with a Sultan and I was inside the Pay and Spray with an NRG.)
2. Freelancer Mario; probably enjoyed to double suspect me for shooting.
3. Freelancer Ricardo Johnson; as icing on the cake, he suspected me for the third time for shooting.

And without a warning or usage of the megaphone they opened fire by drive-by. And after I died, freelancer Mario found it necessary to do some provoking through PM.

 a. Evidence:

And yes I reported Mario in-game but the help you get these days is: "PM: [email protected]."

Date: February 25, 2013.
Time: 14.15 CET

Civillian(s) involved: Skerdi Soprano.

Signed,
Scott O'Reilly

As Skerdi stated. We were repairing when you rammed with high speed into the PnS.

I don't understand your English. All I understand is that you accuse me of lying. Well why would I take the time to make this report if I'm just lying? Makes no sense.

Just to clear it up, are you just repoting them for resuspecting, or for ramming?

I am reporting them for ramming, triple suspecting and provoking (Mario).

about the ramming I dont know I not was the driver.
about the triple suspecting it's was a mistake.
I know I did not do anything wrong so do not address me specifically.
If they do something that's not my problem, I'm only was in the car.

The time interval between the suspections is 1 second each, so there is no way it's meant (except first and last) but anyways, and about ramming, as far as I understand you alright shoot them for ramming you, so you can't take matter into your own hands and then report them.

That's why I didn't put "ramming" into my report in the first place. Double suspecting is not allowed, they could have unsuspected me and re-suspect me once, a simple PM would solve it.

Then about the provoking, I don't see the point of sending such PM. I don't even know him and I don't want to know him so the excuse "joke" is out of the question here.

As Omar has stated, the multiple suspections can easily be excused due to the time between each of them.

Let me get the timeline right at the moment:
You guys in the PnS > Officers ram into you > Officers suspect you > Officers shoot and kill you

or

You guys shoot at officers > Officers suspect you > Officers shoot and kill you

You have confirmed with Omar that you are reporting them for ramming, multiple suspections (which has been cleared) and provoking.

The ramming, there is currently no evidence of and the provoking could be seen as a general warning. We will ask Mario to make a statement about his comment, which could be seen as malicious.

Will proceed on the 4th of March, 2013 regardless of reported officer's statement.

As I already said, they could have re-suspected me. My /rhl increases with minutes by triple suspecting which is just script abusing. If they want to work as a team, they should make clear that officer X uses /su.

First timeline is right.

I don't see any 'warning' in such a PM. I've been playing here long enough to understand what the consequences might be if I evade. It's just a provocation.

What if they weren't a planned team and they had just gotten into the same patrol cruiser, then you happened to be shooting nearby so they all suspected you? Again, that is not a problem as they don't have the power to unsuspect you either.

Do you have any evidence of ramming at the PnS or is that the only evidence you have?

Ramming happened too fast, I don't have screens of that.

They could have used the /r to request it. No need to cover their asses.

Again, the unsuspection is not a part of their responsibility. Neither would have been an unintentional triple suspection (an officer capable of unsuspecting on scene can do it if they see it themselves, etc).

You also remember the rule of 'Abused? Then immediately surrender and request an invesgiation.' From suspection to death, I see a two minute timeframe that you could have surrendered. Please tell me what happened in those two minutes.

I had to run as officers these days do not have the knowledge of using /m1, 2, 3, before shooting.

I don't think that matters for this report.
