SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1.Simon_Rodriguez - Shooting me after /gu and making false susp on ordering heroin, when i was driving wrong to check map and got susp.
2. Officer's Department - SFPD i think since i was in bayside.(LSPD, SFPD, DPD)

 a. cant make it since i got killed
 b. log gone after talking to Admin
