Patrol Report

Date: Febuary 1-2
Patrol Partner: Dylan Heartfield and [ADF]Travis.
Arrested: 2
Neutralized: 1
Tickets: 0
Screen Shots:

My first arrest and jailing i made, Found him guilty of murder.

Traffic Stop in Glen park for reckless driving, no ticket was given, just a warning.

Another arrest of a man found guilty of murder, he complied and was put in jail.

And finally, keeping a felony secure at Mordor until released.

To conclude my first report, I think the best thing for me to do now is keep a good record of who, what, and why i jailed or neutralized someone.  My memory is terrible so in order to have a better report next time, I'm going to write down when i get something done so i can report it better next time.

Time:
Started - 20:49 CET
Ended - 22:21 CET

Incidents:

Suspicious family group at Doherty
 Assistance Call at Blueberry
 Evader from a traffic stop

Detailed report:

At the beginning of the patrol, I've introduced myself and the SF Police Department. I've included "Night", before "Organized Patrol", to train the officers to the usage of flares. So, I explained them that those flares were used to signalize our presence on the roads, especially on the busiest one, and in emergency situations, like when an helicopter is coming to rescue you or something like that.

Also, I've used to introduce the patrol with the most important things to be learnt to become a disciplined officer, the importance of a passenger in a patrol car and the usage of the radio.
I've used to assign four patrol cars per eight units to the whole San Fierro Jurisdiction, giving them a call sign.

  • SFPD-PC1 -> North of San Fierro - Me and Travis
  • SFPD-PC2 -> Center of San Fierro - Dylan and Thomas
  • SFPD-PC3 -> South of San Fierro - Zenix and Tritan/Devin
  • SFPD-PC4 -> Backup unit - Harry and Bangoh

Firstly, SFPD-PC3, used to do a traffic stop with a group of a family at Doherty and ARPD Officer Zenix worked very well and used an appropriate attitude over them. When the situation was too "warm", the backup unit (SFPD-PC4) responded and the situation was pretty handled by both of the units with a successful result.
When all the documents were checked and a structural frisk of the vehicle was done, every unit returned to their appropriate areas.

In a second time, Deputy Chief Hank Rafferty asked, trough the radio, a backup at Blueberry for a good number of multiple suspects heavy armed.
Every unit of the Organized Patrol responded and when we arrived to the scene, the situation was already Code 4.
So, every unit, came back to San Fierro Jurisdiction.

When all the San Fierro units were in their appropriate areas, SFPD-PC2 was involved in a suspect that was trying to avoid the cell, asking an investigation after he evaded when he got the suspection.

The suspect was founded guilty and jailed at the SFPD's cells for 12 years and half (125 seconds).

After this, every unit was recalled to the San Fierro Police Department and, after a group's salute, all of them were dismissed.

Finishing Notes:

Radio channel of the SFPD (2721) was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every unit responded and communicated clearly. Every unity worked very well on the field and I really appreciate that. Well done officers!

San Andreas Police Department
Organised Operation Log #0038

Date: March 5. 2013
Time: From 00:25 to 01:32 (Server Time)
Type of Operation: Organised Patrol
Operation Outcome: SUCCESSFUL

Operation Leader: Officer Tutti

LSPD Participants:
 N/A

Other Participants:
ARPD Officer [ADF]Travis.
ARPD Officer Dylan_Heartfield
ARPD Officer Skildpadde
ARPD Officer Ramiro_Rosso
ARPD Officer Bradley
ARPD Officer Devin_Rogers (Left midway through)
ARPD Officer [DPS]M_Anderson

Operation Summary:

The operation started out from the Los Santos Police Department garage at exactly 00:25. This patrol started with eight officer, including myself. This gave us the opportunity to make up four groups. I decided to have two unites be in LSPD cruisers (LSPD-1 and LSPD-2). The third was another LSPD cruiser unit, until I decided to make them HSP seeing as one of the members was already a certified HSP member (LSPD-3/HSP-3). Finally the fourth group was the Air Unit (LSPD-AU1). Each of these groups had the minimum of two officers.

Once all the units were established, the patrol started an we set off. To be honest, I was not expecting this patrol to lead to many situations, seeing as it was already a quiet night in the streets of Los Santos. Either way, we started off. The Air Unit stuck to the drug spots mostly seeing as it had the easiest access to both areas. Their hard work from the Air Unit soon paid off as they noticed a suspicious man around the drug area on the small island of the coast of Santa Marina Beach. The civilian soon after evaded after being told to stop for questioning. This led to an air chase with the air unit while I and my partner (LSPD-1) kept visual of the suspect from the ground. The suspect then landed at Los Santos International Airport and hopped into a Turismo. This did not hold us back as we still chased the suspect from Idlewood all the way to East Los Santos. Once at East Los Santos, we opened fire on the suspect and quickly took out one of his tires. This made it easier for units to box him in, which is precisely what happened. The suspect then came in peacefully and was jailed at Los Santos Police Department.

While all of this was occurring, LSPD-2 and LSPD-3 were patrolling their designated positions of Los Santos. LSPD-2 was taking care of South Los Santos while LSPD-3 was taking care of the Northern part of Los Santos. Both had many traffic stops during this time. One example would be with LSPD-3. They were around the area of Santa Marina Beach/Verona Beach when they called in a traffic stop of a Bullet that contained one occupant. They dealt with it accordingly and gave the driver of the car a warning.

Shortly after the incident with the apparent drug runner, we got a call of a man that was evading other Law Enforcement Officers. All of the units in the organised patrol responded to the call. The man headed towards Marina. We were then told that the suspect was barricaded and we prepared ourselves for a possible C30 at the scene. The suspect was barricaded inside the building of the Department of the Defense, at Marina. The suspect later came out and surrendered and was given an investigation upon request.

As soon as the situation with the evader was done, I was about to bring the Organised Patrol to an end, when we got a call on the radio from the FBI. The FBI needed out assistance in arresting a man that had the intentions to distribute illegal substances. I requested that all of the units in my operation meet up at the Los Santos FBI Headquarters, and all of them did with the exception of Officer Devin_Rogers, who had left midway through the patrol. Once we all arrived at the FBI HQ, we were briefed by Agent Conroy. He told us the name of the dealer and the location at which we would set up camp until we were to head out to apprehend the suspect. We were told to meet up by GS10 since the location of the deal was going to be The Farm in Flint County. The Officer at this operation were recognized as the assault team. We stayed at GS10 for a few minutes until ordered to begin moving towards our location. We started off slowly to make sure that we arrived at the correct time. Once we were sure that we could respond with lights and sirens we were given the "go." All of the units in this operation responded correctly, professionally, and in extreme organization. Once we arrived on the scene we tactically surrounded the suspect making sure that there was no way for him to attempt an escape. The suspect chose the smart route and quickly surrendered seeing as he was extremely outnumbered and out-powered. The FBI then apprehended the man and we all moved back towards the FBI's Los Santos HQ. There we were debriefed and thanked for our hard work and cooperation.

Soon after the operation with the FBI, I decided to call the organized patrol to an end. I asked for all of my members to report to the Los Santos Police Department garage. Once they arrived, I thanked them for their hard work. This concluded the organized patrol for the day.

Conclusion (Include possible improvements): In the end, this was a very good organized patrol. All of the members were professional and knew how to use and how to communicate correctly with their radios throughout the whole operation. They also demonstrated great teamwork and cooperation. Seeing as this was my first ever organized operation, there is a lot of room for improvement. Most of the improvement will come from experience as I do more and more operations with the Los Santos Police Department.

INCIDENT REPORT

Bomb threat
Market, Los Santos

Incident date:
6th of March, 2013

Incident time:
23:00 CET

Incident location:
Market, Los Santos

Officers involved:
SAPD Sergeant [WS]Mark
FBI Supervisory Special Agent [WS]Jacob
SAPD Officer Dario.Cipone
SAPD Officer [MA]Alejandro_Scott
SAPD Officer [Rstar]Rusty
SAPD Applicant Devin_Rogers
SAPD Applicant Llongyfarchiadau
SAPD Applicant Lile_Heartfield
SAPD Applicant Thomas_C
ARPD Officer Francis_Casartelli
ARPD Officer Luke_Stevenson

Detailed description of the incident:
A code 10 was reported on the radio, at the Market AmmuNation. I didn't respond yet, as I was awaiting confirmation. Shortly after the first call, a second unit called it in. I responded with code 3, arriving in under one minute. I believe I was the third cruiser to arrive on scene, but all cruisers were parked up on the roadside. I quickly summoned my colleagues to form roadblocks, to ensure the safety of bystanders. As quickly as I mentioned roadblocks, they were set up perfectly and more units started to arrive. The roadblocks were attended, and no further actions were taken until the FBI arrived.

As it wasn't exactly sure who planted the bomb, or where exactly it was, we took our time to gather intel. As we were doing so, several unit resumed their patrol or went after suspects. This wasn't exactly a bad thing because the entire Market strip infront of the AmmuNation was, at that time, scattered with police cars and units walking around. The response to the initial code 10 was tremendous. An SFPD unit even responded all the way to Market.

Because there were no claims for the bomb, or bombs, by any criminal group or individual, we ensured to be very careful in our approach. This was shattered to bits when suddenly, two bystanders grabbed patches of C4 from under their shirts and ran towards the FBI truck; parked closest to the AmmuNation entrance. They threw the patches onto the road -- sending any nearby units running for their lives -- and ran off again. They were summoned to halt but to no avail. Shots were fired and both suspects stopped in their tracks. One of them, the one I was after, collapsed to the earth, bleeding heavily from his leg. Supervisory Special Agent Jones covered me while I approached the man. I jumped onto him, so he couldn't move, then cuffed and quickly searched him. I called an ambulance but there was no reponse. But even if an ambulance had been dispatched, the ambulance wouldn't have made it in time. A minute after my call on the radio, we lost the man's pulse and any attempts to perform CPR were in vain. The coroner later confirmed a major artery was hit and he bled to death. It is uncertain which unit fired the fatal shot. All units were cleared from charges of excessive use of force.
[[He had very little HP and was killed by a misclick]]

Since this suspect wasn't going anywhere anymore, we quickly moved to the other suspect, about 50 metres away. He had already been cuffed and was being put in the back of the cruiser just as we stepped near. This suspect was not injured at all, although -- obviously -- faking to be in a coma. At this point, the FBI returned to their HQ. Officer Cipone took the suspect to LSPD, but he refused to speak up. He was put in a cell, awaiting his trial. A judge sentenced him to 18 years in jail without parole.
[[Jailed for 180 seconds]]

The two patches of C4, however, were still lying in the Market streets. Luckily, ARPD officer Luke Stevenson was near. He had some experience with the EOD, and volunteered to deactivate the devices. He managed to do so safely and quickly. The devices were later control-detonated off the shore of Verona Beach, Los Santos.

Footage:
Eight pictures were taken during the incident.
Spoiler (Click to expand)

Additional notes:
Although no-one was really in charge, all units knew exactly what to do and did so perfectly. Not a single officer acted wrongly.
