Howdy, I'm Sergeant Sangelo and I will be handling this report. As the charges are rather clear, have you informed Makaveli of this report so he can explain his story?

Regardless of whether he complying or not, it is not allowed to use lethal force on a still standing suspect. If it had been non-lethal like pepper spray or baton, it would have been fine. I understand that it is frustrating at times when the suspect just cares about heroin and not any actual RP, but that doesn't allow an officer to forgo server rules.

Kaslu, what Sergeant M. Sangelo means is that you have to inform Makaveli of the report on the forums; so he can come and provide his statement.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast and fast is lethal.

Yeah lethal force isn't allowed and i'm sorry i already took this up with Trane_Kiedis last night and explained to him the things that were in this video and he saw it as well and disregarded the report of his and mine.

Other than that as you can see I gave him more than multiple warnings but i'm not the only one breaking a rule here, after he died he collected the heroin by having his /spawnreset at the heroin spot.

At the end of the day yes i'm sorry for using lethal force and i won't do it again, i was highly intoxicated that night but that ain't a reason i know, i should go offline :P but other than the excuses i must say that video is pretty good quality and hope i get famous on YouTube :)

And I just registered, nice forum layout!

Thank you!

Well, i did not /spawnreset because of you were nearly, and since i cannot respawn while wanted. I just spawned there because no admins were online, and that Rivosecchi guy was following me with his weapons and tryed to kill me one time. Thats why i spawned there, not of you.
