Acting LEO is NOT allowed and it is suspectable, why didn't you warned him, he aimed with gun at other civilians, is that alright?

Husar had nothing to do with me shouting, and he did indeed tell me to stop, which I did. You don't need to suspect to stop a crime.

Also, as for the gun, I didn't aim it at civilians, that's slander, and no bullets were discharged at anyone.

Cheers.

You were reported to admins, as Trane told me you are handling it, whatever if he didn't stopped then there goes a /su for not complying or /su for acting LEO

Husar had nothing to do with me shouting, and he did indeed told me to stop, which I did. You don't need to suspect to stop a crime.

You didn't stopped as you may see there passed around 5-10min after you were in idlewood

Aiming with gun is NOT allowed unless you are LEO

Being in a passenger seat with a gun is not equal to aiming, yo.

And since you spent most of the time typing up a report, not sure how can you tell whether or not I stopped imitating /m1.

Anyway, cheers, if someone takes a look in here, I'll be sure to respond, however, no intention to argue pointlessly with you.

Alright.. clears up alot.. let me make this clear tho; Do not do off duty things on duty, this is simply not allowed (such as searching for houses, businesses or cars).

About the drive-bying part.. why did the guy decide to go in drive-by position and did he actually open fire?

My name is Sergeant Sangelo and I'll be handling the ARPD side of this report. The primary concern is the fact that your passenger was impersonating a Law Enforcement Officer as you were driving without any (visible) punishment given to him. Are there any final statements while I finalize reviewing this?

(This also needs to be moved to the ARPD reports section)

That something can be easily abused too D: Anyway, I stayed in DB position afterwards for no specific reason, other than liking the way it looks. At no point was the weapon shot at anyone (or near anyone), or intentionally aimed at anyone.

As for the visible punishment, again, don't need /su to deal with crime - I respect a friend asking me to stop it, so I did that. Had the reporter not been paused all the time, writing the report, he'd have later seen me sitting down without DB and not shouting stuff.

You were aiming at me and other ballas all the time, no matter did you shot or no, you are scaring civlians. How could I know that you won't shoot? Explain me that

It was 12:32 on the pic where I SSed you, on other pic it's 12:39, you were still aiming with gun. Wasn't 7 minutes enough for Huskar to say "Quit the drive-by position"? If you are on police duty and you see 4 door car with fully armed guys in drive-by position what would you do? Leave them to make trouble, or pullover them and explain them.

I was looking around, sure, but intentionally aiming at them? No.

As being in a driveby position isn't any less legal than just sitting with the M4 poking through my arse (Both situations a gun is visible, and that's all there is to it.), never occurred to me personally that people would make such a fuss about it - I wasn't aiding Huskar (if anything, I was slowing him down), I didn't shoot at people, I didn't verbally threaten them. And you knew I wouldn't shoot because you'd have to be an exceptionally stupid person to DM while sitting on a bike with an admin driving it, I may not always pick the smartest options there are, but I didn't think I was giving off a vibe of being that stupid. Anyway, due to all this, I stayed in DB position not thinking much of it.

However, do not accuse Huskar for not doing anything about imitating the law enforcement, 'cause he did tell me to stop, and I stopped.
