ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. TheZakjee - Mistaking SAPD Senior Officer Anthrax to get an unsuspection, while not being either the investigating officer or the suspecting officer

A C30 situation took place in Glen Park. I have been shooting the suspects present as suddenly i get incoming fire from my back, i turn around and see a citizen Ryan_Corler opening fire on me. I have suspected him for aiding and the suspect started running away. It is unclear whenever he tried to evade or hide from LEO fire.
After 2-3 minutes passed , i was returning to the Glen Park to see if the situation is still present, witnessing the suspect standing in the middle of the road surrendered. I have pulled over, cuffed him and after warning him to comply multiple times, took him to the station where he introduced his lawyer =AV=Marcel, whom started using unjustful points to proove the suspects innocence, such as my disobeyance to ARPD procedures. I indeed admit that i might have forgot to read him out his rights before taking him in, but it in no means that is no reason for an unsuspection. So we have been arguing for good 30 minutes when the accused officer called in as a witness from the c30 situation. I invited him to the station. He has started to demand evidence from me. I tried to explain him that i do not need evidence since i witnessed the crime myself, as i was TAKING FIRE from the suspect, however, the officer simply called in the radio for an unsuspection for the suspect due to "being clearly abused by me". The officer had no right to call in an unsuspection as he was not an investigating officer, noir he was even familiar with the situation. He has ruined a long 30 minute investigation, by unsuspecting the suspect without having any involvement in the situation. He has mistaken the Senior Officer Anthrax to get the investigation.

I can confirm that I unsuspected Ryan Corler for "investigated" after a request on the police radio by officer TheeZakje, that supposedly investigated him (He stated that himself on the radio)
I do not know anything further about the case. I did as usuall and did an area check on both individuals before the investigation to make sure they were inside a police station.

So however you want to bend the rules into making this some kind of non-roleplay thing, i will not allow you to. We are still in Argonath and as such you are still expected to roleplay, with everyone you encounter. If you do not wish to roleplay, then do not initiate the roleplay or go ingame.

You're once again using absurd points to proove me wrong. Beurocracy wont help here. This is not my rules i'm making up, it's ARPD's. There are two types of reports : Roleplay reports, where an officer has done something in roleplayed way, therefor roleplay evidence must be provided, lawyers can be present and stuff.
Also NON-RP : When officer has done something in a non roleplay way. Screenshots and chatlogs are taken as valid evidence.

I'm still not sure about the lawyer part though, but im pretty sure he should represent himself.

There's nothing absurd about my statement. You cannot force us to stop roleplaying because you want to win your little game by bending the rules in your favour. You can't force roleplay as much as we can't refuse to roleplay.

This is a ArgonathRPG group and you have to roleplay with anyone you encounter. That includes us and you know it. This also counts for the ARPD forums if you decide to bring a roleplay from in-game to these forums. Now stop crying like a little baby and face the fact that this report is bullocks. Then, man up to your actions, apologise for them and move on.

ROLEPLAY SCENARIO

1-1.) Was it a roleplay scenario? If yes, you must provide valid roleplay evidence and/or have credible and valid witnesses. Roleplay evidence includes (But is not limited to):
Video footage obtained legally (Personal video camera, etc)
Voice recordings obtained legally (Voice recorder, etc)

1-2.) The following, are a few examples of what is considered as valid roleplay evidence:

* Max Adams switches voice recorder on and records the situation

* Max Adams turns on video camera and films the situation

* Max Adams uses his mobile phone to film/record the situation

Witnesses can count as valid evidence, they have to submit a witness statement in the report
Spamming F8 does not count as valid roleplay evidence and will be dismissed

1-3.) You can not report someone if you died in the same roleplay

1-4.) Roleplay scenarios include, but is not limited to:
A corrupt or bent officer
Accepting bribe money
Helping aid in crimes or committing minor crimes (E.g Beating up suspects to get information)

1-5.) To file a report, follow the steps and use the following format: Report Form



NON-ROLEPLAY SCENARIO

2-1.) Read over these points before filing a non-roleplay report:
Was it a non-roleplay scenario?
Was it a breach of server rules?
You don't need roleplay evidence, if you have been abused by an officer (Abusing /su or other script commands)
If the officer was abusing their police powers (E.g suspecting and jailing friends for money), or breached basic SAPD Rules like firearms usage, then you're allowed to file a non-roleplay report

2-2.) Here are some non-roleplay examples that you can report for:
Death matching
Flaming (Out of roleplay and major)
Ramming
Other server rules

2-3.) Fill out the same form as above, but add [NON-RP] to the title

1) Who was handling the "investigation" from when he got unsuspected?
2) Is there any further evidence of the crime itself taking place?

Also, I'll need the reported to actually reply, not a lawyer since he isn't the one who supposedly breached ARPD Protocol. This is not a court case but an ARPD report.
