Additional information
The whole training was done in 3 parts, each time different students, but same program. I would like to thank all of the officers, who were interested in joining this.
All of the students have done great work, I hope you all have learned something new. Nobody died nor got injured during the whole training. I did my best to make it fun and interesting.
We occurred some interesting events aswell - a drug bust, multiple chases and trafficstops, few code 30's...Sheriff is getting old, he does not remember all.
I enjoyed the teaching part (as long as not too much typing is involved), I hope you enjoyed the studying part.

If you occur any questions in the future, do not hesitate to ask questions.

And if you hear some strange scream in the county area, it is the Sheriff doing his job!

Incidents:
1). Over the radio, I had been informed that a possible drug deal was going down, in a rather 'posh' area of the Mullholland region. I made sure to keep a low profile, and watched a group of four exit the house, driving off in a grey sultan. Two men remained at the scene, and I stepped out to greet them. The civilians were seemingly innocent, but a strange smell could be inhaled around 15m from the house. I must say, wasn't much different than that smell back at the ol' farm. After a quick word with the men, we were given acces to their (Not sure who was the owner) house. Inside, I recieved a warning slap to the ol' nostrils; Mary-Jane, me thinks. So, we go inside, all authority and everything.. We literally turn the place upside down! I mean, the residents are furious.. But I swear to god there's some drugs or somethin' still there. Mobius searches all of the guys, an' all. Still, we don't find anything, but that smell is soooo strong. We'd trashed the place, completely, and it was time to go. No drugs were found, but an educated guess says they'd been sold, transported to BlueBerry hotel, property of Wakefield. No doubt we'll see some action in the future, and possibly take action on what could be a large scale drug bust. We've notified command HQ, of the details. (Wakefield family)

Patrol Notes:
The patrol was successful, due to the teamwork involved during the drug sweeping of the house, and caution excerscised. It would not have been a good idea to intercept such a drug deal alone. I have learned to use the police radar (minimap) to not spook possible suspects, thus not evoking an action on their behalf.

Incidents:
1). Briefed at LSPD, Def Perry gave us the go-ahead to join some 'global' patrol, which I heard involved every unit in the whole PD of San Andreas. Quite a mean Feat, if you ask me. Thomas, Rusty and I were assigned to LSPD-3, and we set out, kevlar vests and all. Suddenly, a C30a is evoked, Valle Octultudo. We head out there, C3. Upon arriving, we issued three of the suspects to back down, but they would not comply. We blew out their tyres in quick succession, causing a bailout of all passengers. We had them in our sights, and they dared not run. We cuffed them all, and took them back to EQ for proccessing, where they were all jailed appropriately according to their respective crimes.

2). Turns out another suspect. wanted for 187, Is not far from us, just out on the ol' Red County patch of Bone county. The driver, Thomas, swerves, causing the suspect to flip o'er. Great manouver. I swear to god, the guy must have seen death before him! His car was wrecked entirely; Bounced into the water, I mean would you believe it.. The suspect meanwhile, trembling in our wake, practically got down on his knees, begging to be jailed. A transport unit was called for, as we cuffed him, driving off. He was reported 10-15 at LVPD. Great job, I tell ya'.

3). Back in hometown Los Santos, we return to patrol, and come across a civilian, grey jumper, white shirt, blue jeans, black sneakers. He's at the well known heroin order point of East LS. Exercising great caution, we exited our cruiser, hands on weapon. After talkin' im' down, Rusty approaches him, hastily grabbing the guys filthy addiction filler, Heroin. We saw it, right there, before us. So the civilian, he begins begging for us to give his drugs back, but we ain't givin' it, o'course. He tries to make a jump over the cruiser, falling to the ground. Banged his head he did, but he's a vicious one, this guy. We chase him down to the LS-LV highway, where Thomas makes another great P.I.T. His tyres are popped by now, no escape for this guy. He gets out, raises his hands slowly, and mutters 'I surrender'. Couldn't help but laugh.. Ya' know? Anyway, he was taken back to LSPD, where we locked im' up.

4). SFPD requested help on a suspect by the name of 'Everret Corleone'. We came out in to Flint Couny', looking for the guy. Turns out he's stranded, down in the water not far from Back o' Beyond. The driver looks for a way to get down to him, to no avail. This guy is real stuck out there, the water between us and him. He taunts us and all, and we send warnings, using the megaphone. By this time, SFPD have arrived, and they go on foot, climbing down to his location. An SFPD officer is behind the suspect, while we have our guns ready, just incase. When SFPD go to apply the cuffs, guess what the guy does.. He turns around and shoots the officer! The jaw dropped then, I gotta' say. What an act of pure injustice. The remaining officers open fire, and the guy's down, Lethal force killing him almost instantly. Turns out the bullet got trapped in the officers vest, So he's alright. The patrol ended shortly after, with myself report 10-7 at LSPD.

Patrol Notes:
The patrol was very good, demonstrating clearly the advantages of teamwork. Officers from each Department of San Andreas co-operating with each other clearly. Due to the excellent standard of communication, I'm happy to report not a single suspect was left, when I departed. I think this says enough how good the global patrol worked.

Situations:
1.) We patrolled past East Los Santos and decided to drop by the heroin spot there. We arrived and a helicopter landed on the bridge, just over the heroin spot. As soon as the pilot spotted us, it took off again. We drove around two blocks and then returned. To our surprise, the helicopter had landed again and the pilot was just walking off the stairs. I immediatly recognized the man, because I told him to holster his gun not more than an hour before this encounter. As such, I reported a possible 417 on the LSPD CB radio and asked for an additional unit. SAPD Cadet Taseen Chowdhury responded and arrived shortly thereafter. We asked the man as to why he was around this area of town, at this time of night. He said he was going to visit the carwash, to get supplements to repair his motorcycle, which he claimed to have at home. It sounded all a bit fishy so we frisked him. We found a knife on his waist, a handgun in one of the pockets of his jacket and roughly 30 grams of weed in another pocket of his jacket. All were returned to him and he was let go, because we didn't really have any reason to hold him any longer. We did a quick check under the bridge, but no signs of recent activities were found (such as cigarette butts).

2.) A while later, during our patrol, we spotted a wanted man driving a Duneride at Idlewood. Since this vehicle was much faster than our police cruiser, I asked my partner to request backup. No units responded to this so instead of following him, I saw an opening and performed a miraculously successful PIT maneuvre at Verdant Bluffs. The truck flipped onto its side, rendering it disabled. The driver got out and after several warnings to put his hands up, he decided his odds were good to make a dash for it. A total of three shots were fired, resulting in the death of the suspect. The fatal bullet is believed to have been shot by SAPD Cadet Crof. He was cleared of charges of excessive use of force.

3.) After releasing the body to the coroners, we resumed our patrol. We headed eastbound towards Unity Station. A golden Infernus passed us, obviously speeding. He crashed into a wall as a result of that. We pulled him over and was fined $150 for speeding and reckless driving.

4.) Another LSPD unit called in for backup at Gas Station 9. He was performing a traffic stop on a black Sultan, with two occupants. We responded to the scene and so did another LSPD callsign. Despite the show of force -- three police cruisers, a total of seven (7) cops -- they decided to take off. They didn't even reach the next block before their vehicle was shot so badly that it blew up. The suspects were swiftly taken down (lethal force) without any serious injuries or casualties on the police side.

5.) A call for assistence to Idlewood. No further information was provided, and as such, we responded code 3. As we arrived, two other cruisers had already arrived. A civilian was beaten up by one or more other civilians, which weren't identified and believed to have fled from the scene. The man wasn't seriously hurt so he managed to go home by himself. The situation was presumed code 4 so two of the LSPD callsigns responded to a code 30 in San Fierro, after SFPD requested LSPD backup. While driving to San Fierro, the remaining LSPD callsign at Idlewood called in a code 30; shots fired. However, this code was quickly withdrawn as the suspect had been taken down with lethal force.

6.) As said, we responded to San Fierro for a code 30. The location was constantly mentioned on both the radio and comms (Teamspeak). It lead us to Disneyland, off the coast at Angel Pine. Despite a thorough search, we didn't find any suspects or officers. The leading SFPD unit told us, the LSPD units, to head down the coastline (westbound) while the SFPD units went to board the air unit at Angel Pine PD. We spotted several suspects on a cliff, just at the bridge dividing Flint County and Whetstone. We were in for quite a surprise: the code 30 had turned into a 207 but no-one seemed to be aware of that. The officer taken hostage was quickly taken down by the hostagetakers, despite our efforts to keep them from doing so. It all happened in an instant. The three hostagetakers were taken down almost just as fast as the hostage was.

7.) A backup call was made on the radio for the East Los Santos heroin spot. The FBI responded and we did as well. We arrived as basically the same time. Two suspects were seen taking off in a greenish Sultan. We engaged in pursuit immediatly, whereas the FBI stopped and secured the package of heroin that was left under the bridge. The Sultan was destroyed by a drive-bying unit (authorized because: suspects had taken down an officer right before we engaged in pursuit). The suspects crawled out of the wreck and surrendered. Both suspects were transferred to LSPD by us and I searched and questioned them. (My partners resumed patrol as I was going to relog after finishing the questioning anyway. However, credits go to them as well.)
The first suspect was, by his ID card, known as Abraham Corleone. On him I found the following items: A wallet, several weapons (ranging from handguns to assault rifles). He, at first, refused to answer to me who he was but his ID card, found in his wallet, gave that away.
The second suspect was, by his ID card, known as John Winter. On him I found the following items: A wallet, a bag of weed (unknown quantity) which was presumed for personal use; it was one big bag rather than diffirent small packages, usually used when there's intent to sell. This suspect also refused to give his name, but he too had an ID card in his wallet.

Patrol evaluation:
Quite a busy shift, but it was made much easier by the great work of my partners: SAPD Officer Pazienza and ARPD Officer Hernesto. I believe we did very well, keeping criminals off the street and catching a speeder before he could hit and possibly kill someone by his reckless driving.

Incidents:
1.) As I reported for todays duty, a major C30 was evoked. A urgent call for all units was broadcasted via the radio, ordering all units to report to Angel Pine PD, for briefing and armoury. The briefing advised us that a man by the name of 'Steve Corleone' was wanted for 187. After the brief, Cadet Taseen and I tracked down the suspect to an infernus, in San Fierro, with our SAPD Buffalo. We came very close to cutting off the suspect, our tyres clashing together. As his vehicle swerved, he jumped out, and sprinted toward the sidewalk of the Garver Bridge. We had no time to shoot, or to intervine; he jumped. He was spotted alive and well, aboard a ship bordering SF waters. He surrendered, and was taken in by the SFPD, and after proccessing, jailed in mordor.

2). Returning from SF region to LS, we spotted a black elegant, with one occupant, whom we now know as a Mr. Rootravantje. The vehicle's behaviour was very suspicious, and he crashed into waters under FC intersection. It turns out the man was a suited, Asian male, matching clearly a suspect wanted for assault. The suspect was warned, as I approached cautiously. My partner kept watch over me, behind the cruisers tyre. As I approach, I issued an order for him to raise his arms. He did so, and I proceded to cuff him, placing him in the cruisers rear-seat. At LSPD, The suspect's data was entered into the police database, for future reference, and also frisked. Turns out the suspect was carrying a shotgun, fully loaded. His ID was also discovered, alongside a black wallet, containing little other than two dollars. The shotgun was confiscated, And due to his offences, he was jailed for 6 years (60 Seconds).

3). Idlewood.. How I love you. Passing through Idlewood, It was visible a armed balla had his firearm in hand, with no good-intentions.. Reporting 10-97, I climbed out of the cruiser, scrambling toward cover provided by it's rear. Alongside my partner, I grabbed the police megaphone, and began to talk down the suspect. My negotiating skills were to no-avail; He attempted to flee. I was left with no option, than to go for a shot, quickly flicking off the Deagle's safety, and wounding him in the shoulder. As he continued to flee, I followed up with another, effectively downing the suspect. He had no pulse, evidently dead and Coroners disposed of the body. This was a neccessary action due to the sheer amount of civilians in the area, anyone could have been injured, or even killed due to the suspect. However, the ordeal was not yet over. A Balla didn't seem to happy with our actions, and decided to shoot at a fellow officer. Taseen and I chased him through the streets, as he escaped in a dark purple trucking van. A successful pit occured, outside of Idlestack as our vehicles collided, sending the suspects vehicle into a spin-out. The vehicle toppled, it's mass slamming toward the ground and petrol began to seep out. The vehicle became ignited, probably due to friction from multiple tyres. The suspect was caught in the flames, screaming and flailing, crying and dying. We did our best to tackle him to the floor, and SDaR, but we couldn't. His skin was severed in the burn, along with his life, up in smoke.

4). A fleeing shirtless man, wearing black shorts and white sneakers sped through the region of Market. It was audible over the radio that he was wanted under suspicion of a 187. We chased him down to the region of CMHQ, Verdant Bluffs. The man bailed out of his black huntley, grabbing what is now known as a combat shotgun with him. Taseen and I took cover, but the cover did not provide shelter for my partner, who is now deceased. I called EMS, and proceded to jump out of cover, and shot the suspect once in the forehead. His brains were on the asphalt, and he was dead. Definitely dead. Taseen was pronounced dead on the scene. R.I.P. Buddy.

The patrol was very successful, teamwork clearly evident, and we managed to control a lot of crime rates inside the city. I have to credit my partner, as if he had not been there, I could have possibly died to day.

Incidents:
1.) A 911 call, tracked to idlewood, sent a message of innocence from a man under the alias 'Notes'. I approached, knowing the suspect had been raised 10-0. The man was stationary, in a Purple Savanna. He appeared around the age of 20-23, dressed in black and red, head to toe. Using the megaphone as a deterent, I warned the suspect of the consequences of what would happen, if he chose not to surrender. The suspect acknowledged, with a nod of the head placing his hands out of the window. Surrender, you could say. He stepped out slowly, and a fellow officer, Clone, had his deagle aimed on him. I applied cuffs to the suspect, and read out the miranda rights. Inside the cruiser, I questioned the suspect on what had occured. I was informed of how he had killed a man in self defence, with a baseball bat. He stated it was an act of pure self defence. With latex gloves, I retrieved the murder weapon, and took the suspect back to the station. He was taken to the processing area, where he was searched and questioned. The suspect had a few weapons on him, which he claimed were from Willowfield shooting range, which he was returning from. A wallet and ID was also recovered, revealing his true identity. I proceded to question him, asking the appearance of the victim, and why he had attacked him. The mans story matched up perfectly. The baseball bat was indeed used, and after forenzic examination, it was found that none of the mans weapons had been used. The man also described the victim, and the injuries he were to face. His explination also tied in with the suspects facial injuries, which he claimed were from punches thrown by the murdered victim. I did know that due to laws, he couldn't be released, so decided to jail him for minumum time, Which was 5 years (15 Seconds). Not once did I think that the suspect had lied.

2). Passing through Idlewood, I saw a man armed, dressed in a  purple hoodie and grey slacks. I approached cautiously, knowing of the dangers Idlewood contains. I kept my hand close to my holster, proceding to confront him. I explained to him his crime, and the actions that were to follow. I took out my cuffs, and slid them upward, noticing the suspect had moved. He hit me once over the head with the butt of his deagle, causing temporary disorientation. My vision was blurry, but I tried to stumble back toward cover. Along with noise, I could hear faint shots of what sounded like a handgun. The noise ricocheted, and I could not locate the origin. After what felt like years, but was actually 5 seconds, my vision was functional. I slid my hand into the holster, pulling hard on the police deagle. Quickly flicking off safety, I recieved a shot to the shoulder. I stumbled back again, blood beginning to seep from the wound. Pain at this point was no problem, adrenaline rushing through my system. Although my right arm was sluggish, I managed to squeeze of a shot, right in the suspects knee. Screaming could be heard, alongside numerous gunshots into the pavement. A bullet missed me by an inch, I tell you, the sound whistling through my ears. I had no choice but to follow up with a second shot. BANG. He was down for the county, on the floor. A coroner was called to the scene, and his body taken. I reported to AllSaints, using my shirt as a bandage.

Overall, I feel I did a good job. I helped bring justice to the area of Idlewood, and LS as a whole. I am now wary of being alone. I am lucky to be alive, and perhaps if a partner had been present, I wouldn't have been Injured.

Incidents:
1.) The biggest C30 so far, in my career, occured today. LSPD recieved a tip-off that the Wakefield family were about to have a gang war with the Corleone Mafia. A 10-33 was called, all LSPD, SFPD, and LVPD units regrouping and armoring for what soon became a urgent code purple. After re-arming at LSPD, three occupied cruisers, alongside Lt. Def Perry in his command vehicle, pulled up to CMHQ. I can admit that the HQ was overrun, frenzied criminals blasting on each other with various high powered weaponry. After all units arrived, many of the suspects were downed, on what was one of the most vicious firefights I'd witnessed. However, atleast 20-30 of the suspects had fled to Gvardia HQ, Queens. After a quick regrouping, LSPD arrived on scene. The C30 suspects scrambled, creating an incident that involved total lunacy. Suspects were flanking from all sides, while SFPD and LVPD arrived. We managed to push the wave of mobsters back, where they again fled, this time to the airport. It was their last stand, it seemed. A ferocious battle erupted, creating a brutal onslaught from both sides. A high number of casualties from both sides ensued, but all PD's managed to hold the line. Bodies were strewn about the forefront of the airport, remaining suspects scattered amongst the carnage. Only one suspect remained, on foot and running toward Doherty. A wave of FBI, amongst police forces were on his tail. Our cruiser was at the front, and I began to unload on the suspects vehicle with a round of M4. His tyres blew, screeching noises coming from the broken vehicle, as it flipped on it's side in defeat. The suspect was done for, surrounded by four cruisers, and at least 16 personnel. All survivors were jailed for a minumum of 18 years(180 Seconds).

2). During the night, my regular patrol was interrupted by a 911 call, traced to the region of Willowfield. The caller claimed he had kidnapped a civilian, alongside a fellow gangmember. Officer Tutti handled negotiation. After GPS tracement, the precise location of the call was a small abandoned appartment near Willowfield Cluckin' Bell. FBI were called upon, and responded. Agent Conroy was assigned to a dedicated negotiation role, while SAPD and remaining police forces cornered off the area, sealing all possible exits. It became clear that the kidnappers had demands for $100,000 ARD. Agent Conroy had by now confronted the suspects, aswell as the victim. He stated that both suspects were armed, and the civilian was at the back of the room. With the perimeter secure, SWAT were issued to the scene. They arrived, armed and armored, stacking up against the door. FBI had devised a plan, by this point. They talked of how an emtpy briefcase would be brought in, disguised as the $100,000 demand. As Conroy would lay down the brief, SWAT were to breach, securing the hostage. SWAT breached, and it went to plan. Gun fire and screaming was audible from the outside, aswell as gun flare being seen from outside the door. Agent Conroy left swiftly, as SWAT came out with one of the kidnappers, and the hostage. The hostage was debriefed, and the Kidnapper jailed. A coroner arrived to take care of the remaining body.

3). A C30 was called in the region of Glen Park. After arriving on the scene alongside Officer Taseen and Rusty, It was visible a man had a glock aimed at a crouched civilians head. After seeing our cruiser, he quickly tossed the gun to the floor, jumping behind the wheel of his black huntley. A further two men joined him, shouting insults at the cowering civilian. We chased them out to East Beach, warning them several times. One of the suspects, whom we now know to be an Sforza mobster, engaged us with a few bullets of an M4. Our tyres were punctured, and we began to spin out, but Taseen kept the cruiser under control. We returned fire, effectively disabling their vehicle and resulting in a bail from all occupants. They scrambled for cover behind a nearby tree, as we took position behind our partially disabled crusier. Sniper fire and occasional assault rifle bullets suppresed us, keeping us pinned behind the cruiser. We were able to take blind fire shots now and then, but they weren't effective. This quickly become a war of attrition, the enemy running out of bullets sharply. Officer Taseen managed to penetrate some of their armor, aswell as Rusty and I suppressing them with M4 rounds. Backup was called for, but the PD was late, failing us. Two of the suspects ran out from behind the tree, flanking both sides. Taseen recieved a shot to the head, and he fell to the floor. Rusty and I began to retreat, returning fire. However, we both took fatal shots, and were reduced to the ground. I crawled backward, popping of shots with a deagle. The suspects left us for dead, fleeing the scene. We were extracted by EMS, taken to All Saints, while SFPD responded to the heavily injured suspects.

Patrol Notes:
The patrol was successful, saving several civilians and reducing a large amount of criminal acitivty. I can say however, that communication between PD's needs to be tighter. We lost units today due to a delayed response. This needs some work.

Incidents:
1.) A suspicious civilian in the region of East Los Santos was loitering in an area of drug trafficking. Inside a cruiser, I managed to sneak up on him, signalling Officer Taseen to take aim with his desert eagle. As he stood behind the rear tyre, I managed to ambush the possible suspect, pinning him to the ground. As he lay, I unholstered my pepper spray, for good measure. Officer Taseen approached with handcuffs, successfully restraining him. Miranda rights were read, and he stated he accepted. His current charge was suspicion of ordering narcotics. We were standby, waiting on the order to arrive. A package soon arrived, and was seized by Taseen and I. His charge had now been confirmed, and he was thrown into the cruiser and detained at LSPD. The package, containing approximately 25g's of narcotics (Thought to be heroin) was destroyed. The suspect was proccessed before detainment, but no further evidence of narcotics was apparent. Only a wallet, and an ID confirming his identity as a Mr. Solomon Carlatelli.

2). Three armed suspects in a black sultan sped through the strip of Las Venturas. It was thought one of the suspects was wanted for 187. I flew overhead as an air unit, updating the forces of the C30 location. The suspects eventually fled to a roof, behind the huge pyramid. As they clambered the parking lot floors, they recieved heavy gun fire by fellow officers. A tyre blew, followed by another, resulting in a flip. The suspects crawled out and began to suppress approaching units. One suspect was downed by a deagle bullet to the torso, forcing the other criminals to back off, cowering toward the edge of the roof. By now, plenty of units had arrived, allowing the forces to flank their location. The suspects recieved many wounds, and were downed by flanking units. All suspects were pronounced dead on scene, a coroner cleaning up the mess. I returned to LV Airport for repairs on my rear rotar, which had sustained minor damage due to multiple AK47 bullets.

3). Officer Ramiro.Rosso, from SFPD requested an air unit on a fleeing suspect wanted for murder. The suspect was on the roof of the Confrence Centre, Verona. He occupied a Dodo, and I thus took the action of piloting a beagle. Officer Pazienza accomponied myself, with an MP5. The Beagle's manouvarability and build allowed us to engage. As we approached, Pazienza issued the suspect (Flight 127) to land, via pilot communications. He chose to ignore several warnings, and we engaged. Pazienza slid open the rear window, using it as a rest for the MP5. He fired off several bursts, missing at first. After steadying the beagle, Officer Pazienza managed to penetrate the Dodo's fuel tank, causing a fuel leak. His wings were also punctured, rendering his aircraft disabled. The Dodo crash landed in the Verona tunnel, quickly burning up. The suspect managed to get out, before a violent explosion, but was set alight by the flames. Screams were audible, amongst vicious explosions originating from the Dodo. I managed to land the Air Unit on the beach, running toward the suspect. It was too late, he lay scorched on the floor, dead. EMS and Firemen arrived, cornering of the AOE, but little could be done. The tunnel was shut down for maintenence.

4). Flight 117 had been advised as suspicious, an Airunit was required to guide him to landing. After requesting a landing, the flight 117 took an unexpected route, resulting in increased suspicion. Facial recognition identified the suspect as a murderer, and we tried to intercept the flight. After little success, Heavy Air Unit pilot Carl Banks was called into action. His Hydra took off from SF naval based, destined for LVAP, the area of flight 117. The suspect was given a final chance to land, but did not heed his warnings. The hydra intercepted, firing off several missiles resulting in a fatal explosion of the nevade, Flight 117. The Nevada wreckage landed over North LV's Ocean, meaning houses in Creek and its surrounding area were safe. No civilians were harmed, and CBF returned to Heavy Air base.

Incidents:
1.) I was called to Dillimore Police Department by Lt. Def Perry to carry out an investigation on a suspect who had "Failed to follow orders". The suspect was scruffy dressed, and clearly looked like someone you would find out on the street. I stated my name and rank, proceding to ask him of his account, from his own  perspective. The Suspect stated that the policeman had pulled him over, asking him to turn his engine off. Mr. John Svensson stated he was sure his engine was off, although the officer continued to warn, and proceded to shooting his car, then suspecting him. Mr Svensson claimed he had several witnesses, and that he was not a liar. Mr Hawk, a witness of the scene, was called to DPD. His statement was given, justifying Mr Svensson's statement. Another witness, a female by the name of Mama, was called out. She also told the story identical to that of Mr Svensson. Next, came officer Stabika. He claimed that Mr Svensson's engine was on, while he warned him. Stabika went on to claim that even though he warned the suspect multiple times, the engine remained on. When questioned if he shot Mr. Svensson before suspection, he replied no, contradicting that of the defendants. He claimed he went on to suspect John after the warnings were not heeded. He claimed he had witnesses, but they were not present, and unable to attend. In Stabika's favour, however.. He had evidence of Mr Svensson's engine being on.  His Dashcam footage had it logged. I now had both accounts, ready to make a verdict.  However.. I began to notice a rather aggressive attitude from Officer Stabika... He withdrew his batton, whacking a witness over the head. I began to question his responsibilities, and if he was actually capable of being on duty. This played a big role in my final verdict. Also, three witnesses weighed out one in saying he shot Mr. Svensson's car, which was indeed a wrong thing to do. My decision was completely unbiased, and based solely upon the accounts and evidence provided today. I was in favour of Mr Svensson, due to innapropriate actions from Officer Stabika, aswell as him lacking responsibility. Mr. Svensson's charges were dropped, a warning issued instead. (Most of this investigation was done out of character, and it was explained that the passanger of John's car had exited, explaining as to why the cars engine had been turned on).

I solved an ongoing disupute, successfully investigating a suspect, creating a unbiased and what I felt 'correct' decision.

Incidents:
1). Outside of LSPD, a young man, about the age of 21 crawled into my cruiser. He was dressed in blue rags, head to toe. After asking his purpose, he began to choke, followed by a violent spasm. I became scared, trying to diagnose whatever medical effects were acting upon him.  He proceded to vomit, falling out of the cruiser onto his stomach. I immediately called EMS, and they were dispatched. Waiting for EMS, He was shifted into a position in which he would not die due to choking, aswell as bandaging areas affected during the fall. He was unconscious for what seemed like forever, but came round upon EMS arrival. When questioned as to what was wrong with him, he claimed he had been drugged by a man named Elency. His words before losing consciousness were "He was one of my own..". Confused, I escorted him to hospital, and proceded to question him during recovery. He said I would find the so called 'Elency' in East Los Santos. I went looking, ofcourse, unaware of the consequences this would later bring. After finding Elency, I questioned him upon what had happened to his 'friend'. He claimed he was unaware, and wished to see him in hospital. By now, the patient we now know as Parox, was conscious, and recovering well. He had minor concussion, and was still a little woozy. Elency quickly recognising, but I could not help see a sence of hatred flash in his eyes. I knew something wasn't right.. I woke Parox, and upon recognising Elency, he rose from his hospital bed and began to throw violent punches. I shouted rather loudly, drawing his attention. He ceased the malicious behaviour, after shouting "I recognise you!" Toward Elancy. I sat down, trying to calm the storm between both sides. What I didn't see, was a syringe snagged between Parox' fingers.. He rushed toward Elancy, penetrating skin in his neck with the syringe. "Die, you heartless bastard!" Was audible. I stood up, whacking Parox over the head several times with my batton. He was knocked clean out. When they both came round, things were a lot calmer. Parox explained to me how he had killed Elancy's brother, possibly the reason of drugging. I was told to go outside, where Elancys' Boss was waiting. The boss showed assured aggression, pulling out a TEC-9 on myself and Parox. I was forced to hit down Levi, the boss. I threw his TEC-9 into the skate park nearby, where he ran and attempted escape on an NRG. I managed to coax him into surrender in Marina, where he got out of his vehicle, almost cowering. I asked him why it was he had intentions to kill Parox, of which he claimed "He killed my brother, He deserves all this and more". After this outburst, he withdrew a small arms SMG, shooting Parox several times in the head. He was killed almost instantly. A gun was placed to my head, shortly after. It was Elancy. I was told of how this was a setup, all a plot designed to aid the killing of Parox. I felt insulted, walking away from gunpoint. I prayed to Sauron, unholstering my Deagle and opening fire. In the crossfire, I was damaged severely, but I managed to take down both suspects with well placed headshots, passing out on scene. I was taken to All Saints, where I recovered.
