When we got here, we soon realized how bad it was, muggings in the streets, gang shootouts. Both of my parents were killed in a shootout. I had no money to go to college. I wanted to protect and serve, and didn't want anyone to get hurt, like my parents.

-  There was a suspect who barricaded himself in Well Stacked Pizza, i arrived as backup, the suspect tried to leave the building, but he was later shot and killed.         
- A protest on the street, police had arrived, and was trying to control the mob. ( Its where i shot the 3 suspects)

Situations:

1.) We got a backup call from LSPD-1 about multiple suspects at Idlewood, we then saw them on the roof, one of the suspects then opened fire at us, he then made a break for his car, he got lucky and managed to get into it, we then ran for our car and then began a pursuit through Jefferson and Downtown, the suspect then got out of his vehicle and was taken down by another unit.
 
2.) We then got a visual on a suspect at Pershing Square, we then saw him get into a black Sultan, we then began to give chase, after a long chase through Idlewood, Ganton, Las Collinas and parts of Red County, we then lost visual, we then got the order from the Lt to stand down and address another matter.

3.) While on patrol, we got cut off by a civilian at the Montgomery Intersection, we then stopped the civilian and began to question him, after all the details were checked he then was given a $50 fine but then decided to evade, he then made his way into LV and switched vehicle to a NRG, after a long chase through Southern and Central LV as well as parts of Bone County, the suspect then came into DB  range, we then DB'ed the suspects tires and he then gave up.

4.) We got another backup call at Idlewood for once again multiple suspects, we arrived and found three suspects, two of them gave up but the other one was accidentally shot by Jayden, I then took out the medic kit and began work on him, after applying a bandage and a shot of morphine the suspect was ready to go. Thank God I had medic training.

Patrol evaluation: The overall patrol was a huge success, Officer Jayden performed well out in the field, area's for improvement were for Officer Jayden to learn some basic Codes so he could control the radio, not me, likewise I think he's a good and dedicated ARPD Officer that would make an excellent SAPD Cadet.

Detailed report:

This organised patrol was one of the most quiet and calm that i have ever seen. We assigned the following units:
SFPD-1: SAPD Officer Dario.Cipone and ARPD Officer Olti_ilger
SFPD-2: ARPD Officer [ADF]Travis and ARPD Officer Alex._.
SFPD-3: ARPD Officer Mark and ARPD Officer Dark.
SFPD-4: SAPD Officer Ramiro Rosso (me) and ARPD Officer Nuno_Ancelotti.

SFPD-1, Was ordered to patrol the north part of San Fierro (Paradiso, Palisades, Juniper Hollow, Calton Heights, etc.)
SFPD-2, Was ordered to patrol the south area of San Fierro (Doherty, Foster Valley, Queens, Easter Basin, and the Airport).
SFPD-3: Was ordered to patrol the county area of the SF Juridstriction. (Whetstone, Angel Pine, Flint County, Back O Beyond.)
SFPD-4: Was ordered to patrol the general area also assisting other units in calls. (We patrolled around the coast with a boat, Ocean Flats, heroin ship.)

As we all got assigned areas we all came and rolled out. All units were patrolling on the assigned place and no suspects on out Juridstriction.

We were passing by the SFPD when my partner told me that he heard something about a suspect entering to SF, he switched on the sirens and i pressed my foot on the acelerator, as the suspect was on NRG, we got an HSP Unit and responded. Once we had arrived the suspect was under the Gant bridge swiming. One of the officers tried to get about and other officer went to swim with him. As the suspect got a high area under one of the bridge arms he opened fire to our officer and unfortunally ended with his life. The boat unit arrived and they opened fire to the suspect. The body of the officer was recovered of the water and he had his deserved funeral.

As i said before this organised patrol was very well organised with almost all the units comunicating via TeamSpeak also via /Citizen Band Radio. One of my first organised patrol on SAPD Also one of the most calm and relaxing one.

The SAPD applicants were given the task of conducting a brief survey on the SAPD to gain further insight into what the public thinks about SAPD.
 The questions asked were:

- What is your general opinion about SAPD and how did you form that opinion?
- What aspects of SAPD do you dislike?
- What changes do you think should be made to SAPD, if any?
- Is there anything you would like SAPD to do that you think they do not do properly?
- Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Conclusion:

There are mixed opinions on the SAPD. Some say that the SAPD aren't doing their job right and some say otherwise.
Some common opinions from this survey are:
- We should provide more training for ARPD Officers.
- We need to punish abusing cops.

Statement
Mark has proven himself to be a hard working Officer. He provided clear results of the outcome of the assignment and finished early.
