ARPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Erioni - Order heroin. I was in Air Unit and I checking heroin spot at LS, first Heroin Spot which I checked was at East LS. When I come I saw officer Erion on Heroin Spot, he was alone so thats smell weird , I land near and observe him with takenn screenshot.
He come up to me and he tried to explain what he doing there.
Said that he had killed suspect who order heroin and he wait for package becouse he want join to FBI.

Reported officer also seen shooting surrendered suspects today, after warnings to hold fire. No evidence though.
