Despite of my timezone, I was able to cope up with my respective duties as an officer in Dillimore Department under the leadership of GiacJr until it got closed (I believe the leader was Swig). I remember being in the LSPD, but transferred again in DPD. My goal is simple, to join the SAPD again and continue my duties as an SAPD Officer. I know the ARPD system has changed, but I am able to cope up with the system and hopefully improve my individual skills as I am now active. I also want to help SAPD with the tasks I am assigned to do. I want to be part of the force again mainly because of the unfinished service of my SAPD career. I wish to join the force and be inspired to create a positive change in the department.

March 27, 2013

Got into my beautiful Stafford and went to LSPD to go on duty for the first time as an SAPD applicant as of now. Weather was very rough and I couldn't see the road properly because my windshield was blurred. As usual, with my over the top driving skills, I managed to patrol some parts in Los Santos. After the storm, it was very quite. All of a sudden, I heard an Officer asking for assistance in a traffic stop. I proceeded to the scene and assisted in the traffic stop evaluation. The civilian was given a warning for something I do not remember. I returned to my normal patrol. Patrolling around Richman, I saw a suspect being chased by my fellow colleagues. I joined the chase. We managed to take down the suspect and detain him. I took a quick break after that. Sitting on my desk, I asked officer Tim Hill to patrol with me. Being a good friend mine, he accepted the invitation. As the unstoppable force we were, we managed to conduct a traffic stop and detain several suspects. One suspect was caught in an attempt to order illegal narcotics, specifically heroin. After all those things that happened, I forgot what happened next as I was sleeping in the cruiser while officer Tim was driving. When we went to our separate ways, I continued to patrol. In my patrol, I managed to chase down two suspects. After that, I went back to my desk and now here I am, making the report. There's actually much more, I have forgotten it, unfortunately.

Officer Francis Smith, 10-7.

Incident report

From: Desk of Ramiro Rosso
To: S.F.P.D Operation HQ Archives
Report #: #5

Incident reporter: Ramiro Rosso #P48

Officers involved:
SAPD Officer Dario.Cipone
SAPD Officer Taseen Chowdhury
SAPD Officer Celso Williams
FBI Agent Conroy
FBI Chief [Rstar]Fernando
FBI Agent Matrixbob
FBI Agent Mayhem
FBI Agent Jamba (Victim)
SWAT Division Leader Jack Baker (Acted as Undercover inside the kidnappers)
ARPD Officer Dylan Rosso
ARPD Officer TeaM Francis
ARPD Officer Zing_Rivosecchi
ARPD Officer [NP]Monte.Montague
ARPD Officer ZeniX

Incident log: We recieved the call that many civilians were inside a building with a Police Officer inside, all was calm when we suddenly heard some strange noises coming out of the Police Officer's radio. We checked the call and some Undercover Agents got inside, same as me. I was one of the first arriving scene so i went in. They started to shoot and as soon as i was surrendered by the suspects i gave up and they tied me. While i was tied i saw one of the most horrible things in my entire cop life. I saw how my partner was tortured slowly even with paper clips and with some sissors. I started crying and shouting while the FBI Agents outside tried to manage how to enter. One undercover guy (Jack Baker) entered and he was telling us about the situation, as i was one of the victim we were on the sound room that's when my partner got turtured. Me and my partner were laying in the floor when he suddenly pulled out a little knife that he was hiding on his knee. He stabbed the knife into one of the kidnappers eye and we took his gun, while the other aiders came in they shoot at us and we died. After that we went again to the kidnapping scene and one FBI Agent (Jamba) got inside the building and tried to talk with the kidnappers, while FBI Chief, was negociating with them. They wanted 100k in bank and a raindance helicopter. Of course we didn't wanted them to escape but we had to do it since they already had taken Jamba as a hostage. They started to torture the FBI Agent too, and they wanted what they were claiming. As soon as the FBI Chief started to negociate with this guys, we started to park the cars in 2 lines and at the end we placed the chopper. Once the kindappers got out, (With the hostage) they all went in the chopper and they started to escape. FBI And SAPD Acted quickly and we took an FBI Raindance and followed them while rescuing the hostage from the water. (As he was dropped in the water when the suspects were evading) After that the helicopter chase continued until we arrived LS, The chopper full of suspects was heading into LS and they landed on unity station. They all took state cars and we started to chase them. All the suspects splitted and as the units were arriving me and some FBI Personnel took a state car and started to chase the suspects. One by one, the suspects were took down and this was turned into a successful situation. 1 Hostage rescued all the suspects downed.

Suspects on scene:
-MarkSforza [Killed]
-IanSforza [Apprehended]
-[WS]AlSforza [Killed]
-Jason Brown [Killed]
-Jack Baker (UC) [Unsuspected]
-Tajay Kingston [Killed]
-Ale Rivosecchi [Killed]
-Alex Rivosecchi [Killed]
-Mobius [Killed]
-Tanker Drunk [Killed]
-TonyBlaze (Negociatior) [Killed]

Incident reporter's notes: Quite a successful operation, 2 hostages were downed, 1 rescued and all the suspects downed. At least we can take more suspeccts bodies than Police Bodies, good operation CB Communication was needed.

March 29, 2013

Today was a very weird day. I got out of my locker room and noticed SAPD Cadet Pulse was organizing an SAPD Global patrol (Which turned out to be an LVPD Organized patrol). I had nothing to do, so I put on my great hat and sunglasses and joined the patrol. I was with Officer Carlos Toreno. He was the one driving while I slept in the cruiser and on some occasions, woke up and reported our status in the radio. It was very quite... Until...

We stopped at Blackfield to check on the Blaze HQ, as ordered by Cadet Pulse. I saw 2-3 officers joining us. Now, folks, the next events that occured are as told by the witnesses. I took out a bottle of vodka with the help of Lord Sauron in spawning it and challenged Officer Ivan to drink it in less than 10 seconds to prove that he is Russian. I'm not sure if this is true but after he chugged it (No surprise for Russians), I ATE the whole bottle. Picture that. I got drunk (WHAT) and did some stupid actions like vomitting and pissing in public. I didn't know what happened next because the next thing I knew, I was already sober and in investigation. It was a weird day. To this day, I am still experiencing headaches from typing this activity report. I hope this won't happen it. Sergeant Mike told me I would get a warning, no surprise, I thought I was gonna get kicked from the academy and banned from applying back. As people with the SWAG cancer say, You Only Live Once. YOLO.

March 29, 2013

My stomach feels weird. What they said must be true, I had probably ate a whole bottle of Vodka. So I began my first shift after being suspended for 2 hours. I heard over the radio that Sergeant Drix and Lieutenant Def were organizing an LSPD organized patrol. As an applicant redeeming my reputation to prove that I will not get intoxicated while on duty again, I joined the organized patrol. It was a rough start. I got blamed and kicked out because of nuisance, instead of Officer Denver being kicked. It was solved, eventually. Our call sign was LSPD-1. Sergeant Drix was the driver, Officer Denver and I were the radio operator. We started patrolling and kicked a lot of butts, too many I can't even remember. Unfortunately, Officer Denver had to go for some reason. So it was Sergeant Drix and topkop Francis. Still an unstoppable force, we kicked some asses. We continued our patrol and made the crime rate low.

A blatant noise heard from the radio... There was a 207. After it was confirmed, we went to the scene. After getting briefed by a Lieutenant, we were assigned our specific tasks and duties. I was clearing all vehicles that were ought to be used by the suspects in case of an evasion. After that, I covered the road block for the sake of security. As usual, we cleared out the situation. I don't remember if it was successful or not, but I'm pretty sure the suspects had to be taken to *dun dun dun* Mordor!

I went out to patrol with Officer Tim, and then with Officer Pazienza, and finally with Officer Giuseppe. I'm pretty sure I swallowed an entire bottle of Vodka because my stomach was feeling very weird, like I'm having an internal bleeding, which I doubt because I'm a topkop. Despite my stomach problems, I managed to stay on duty for 9 straight hours. A new record for me. I thought my stomach was going to blow up, so I went back to PD and here I am, writing my activity report.

March 30, 2013

Put on my epic hat combination and went for a patrol with Officer Berkely, Hevar, Pazienza and Diveron. It was a quick patrol, about 1 to 2 hours. As usual, we took down a lot of suspects, without Pazienza as he had to go. After our patrol session, I took a quick break and ate some donuts at my desk.

I went out on the field again to patrol and kick some butts. It was so quiet. I had to think of something to do. I gave random donuts to random citizens and asked how their day was. After giving out donuts to about 10-20 citizens, the scenery was the same; a quiet Los Santos. I kept on patrolling. After that session, I took another break.

I joined Senior Officer Daniel's organized SFPD patrol but it only took for about an hour for me as I had to go (Power outage). When I came back, there was a 207. We regrouped at Angel Pine Police Department. There were about 20 units that were partaking in the 207. We were briefed, however; when it was time to do our thing, the snipers were trigger happy causing the hostage to die. They got a verbal citation by FBI Agent Dean, if I remember correctly. We lost a colleague that day. Fortunately, the suspects were then taken to custody. Some suspects died, but most of them were taken to custody. I went back to department and now I am making this activity report.

San Fierro Police Department

Organised patrol report

From: Desk of Travis Rainer
To: S.F.P.D Operation HQ Archives
Report #: #

Leading Officer: Cadet [ADF]Travis.

Officers involved:
ARPD Officer Clifton_Thomas
ARPD Officer James_River.
ARPD Officer CallumStorm
ARPD Officer TeaM_Francis
SAPD Cadet [ADF]Travis.
SAPD Cadet Dylan_Rosso
SAPD Cadet Loris.

Date: 2-04-13

Time:
Started - 10:20 CET
Ended - 11:20 CET

Incidents:
3 10-80's
1 Traffic Stop
1 Heroin capture

Detailed report:

We started off on the right foot, after a thorough discussion at the briefing. I made sure all officers knew proper procedures and regulations, along with radio work. I split us into three ground units and one air unit. The following were the units:
SFPD-1 : James and Travis(Northern City)
SFPD-2 : Dylan and Callum(Southern city)
SFPD-3 : Loris and Clifton
SFPD-AU : Francis

After about 10 minutes, we had a suspect reported as in SF. I sent SFPD-2 to go after him, in hope he would go South into whetstone/Flint county area. He failed to do as I had anticipated, and went into LV jurisdiction. Then I order the units to pull off as LV units continued the chase. We continued the patrol with normal mindsets. Soon SFPD-2 had caught a wreckless driver in hashbury. SFPD-1 had arrived for assistance on the scene, when he was suspected for non-complying. I asked the suspect to step out, so we could sort this out, as he was complying fairly well at the time. I had him unsuspected and I issued him a warning and apologized for the inconvenience. We then again carried on, as I spoke with the suspecting officer. He understood what went wrong, and will not be pointed out in this report. He later made up for it when we had a suspect evading after a heroin order. The chance that we caught an infernus was slim, but with a great team and fantastic communication, we were able to down the infernus by DBing. The suspect chose to try to run, instead of surrendering. We then gunned him down in Garcia/queens. Thus another job well done. A bit after this, a call was made to SFPD to pick up a suspect at SFAP, so we went and picked him up, no problems done. He was jailed then we returned C14. Awhile after that, SFPD-1 caught an eye on a suspect in downtown. The suspect was in a sultan, though with a great passenger (Callum at this time) he was able to nock out a tire. Thus letting me get close and PIT him once. The chase brought SFPD-3 to the scene, and we met at SFAP. We went under the runway, where the suspects car hit a pole and blew up. A gunfight erupted there, where an officer was downed, as was the suspect. Only about 5 minutes after this event, I called the patrol to an end and ordered every unit 10-19 to SFPD.

Dashboard Camera:
Sadly, due to technical difficulties, I only have the pictures from the line up. Will be working hard to figure out how to fix my Screen shots.

Finishing Notes:
-CB(1885), Police Radio, and Teamspeak were used throughout the entire patrol
-Great teamwork and communication
-All of the ARPD, as did the SAPD members, showed great potential.

Signed,
Cadet Rainer
