Stivi Luciano Vs Jack Baker
« on: March 28, 2013, 14:10:15 pm »
Directed to: SAPD authority.
SAPD Officer Policy violators: Jack_Baker

1. Officer Name - Jack_Baker. The commander of S.W.A.T was on a hydra flying on SF. As a criminal I was trying to escape on Bayside and nearby areas. When i noticed I was being chased by a hydra, I did some u-turns, tried to escape, on King's I had a orange infernus and a HSP-100 after me, and the hydra wasn't near, I took this time to get away and stepped on the gas. While climbing a hill with my NRG I noticed that the HSP-1000 was still after me. I got down trying to scare the officer, Alex Brooks, which is my witness in this case. While fightin the officer was running and shooting on low Hp, I grabed my m4 and started shooting in his direction. The hydra which was standing by, did not toook action for some seconds, and then launched the missles in my direction, which killed me.
2. Officer's Department - Possibly SFPD.

 a. Pictures.. No pictures...(died too fast to take SSs)
 b. Other evidence.. Witness..

Date: 29.3.2013
Time: 14:00

Civillian(s) involved: No civilian involved, but me. And I was the suspect ins this case.

I'd like to call, officer Alex Brooks, to give his testimony.

Signed,
Stivi Baci

Reports about possible violations that might have been committed by members of Divisions while performing duties assigned to their division role can be posted on ARPD Divisions forum in proper section.
Link: http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/divisions/index.php?board=113.0
Forums accounts from both(ARPD Forums and ARPD Divisions forums) are not connected.
Report should be also directed to ARPD Authority instead of SAPD authority.
If no connection of this topic with SAPD Authority(SAPD member committing an offence for example) will be found, it will be closed within 24 hours.

Signed,

24 hours have passed and from what information has been given, there is no correlation between the reported officer and the SAPD.

Argonath's Special Weapons and Tactics is not a part of the San Andreas Police Department.

Report closed.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast and fast is lethal.
