SAPD Officer Policy violators:

1. Officer Name Jack_Baker - Failing to read my Miranda Rights - Several Acts of Corruption - Assault against a Suspect - Failing to follow the Police Regulations - Driving on the wrong lane - Suddenly stopping in middle of the road and parking in it.
2. Officer's Department - Possibly LSPD, not sure though.

Evidence of the officer's reckless driving, probably going to injures or maybe deaths to people.

Evidence of the Officer using the road as a drift arena and stopping in middle of it.

Evidence of the Officer assaulting me after surrendering.

Evidence 4a:
Evidence of the Officer abusing his duty badge and physically assaulting me via tossing me into the water instead of processing me into the Jail.

Evidence 5a:
Evidence of the Officer failing to read my Miranda rights and instantly dragging me into their Vehicle.

These Evidence(s) will approve the unlawful acts of Officer Jack Baker;

Section I: Short title: Constitution of Argonath.

Ordinance IV:
The right of the citizens to be secure in their own belongings against unreasonable searches shall not be violated without probable cause. A citizen may neither be arrested without a legal reason. A law enforcer is allowed to question a person if he has any reasonable motive to think this person is doing a suspicious act. The law enforcer cannot force a person to be put in detention in the only goal to interrogate him. If, in any case, the law enforcer had to transport the person to another area in order to interrogate him and the person is found not guilty, it is the law enforcer responsibility to transport or pay for a transport to carry the person back to his initial location where he was when he was approached to be interrogated.

Act VI:
Threats, plotting for a criminal act or encouraging criminal act is a crime.

Act X: Parties to offence:
   Act XI.: Anyone taking part in an offence is guilty of that offence.
   Act XI.I: Anyone encouraging, helping to prepare or to commit an offence is guilty of that offence.

Act XIII: Provocation:
Provocations can be done by the purpose of blows, words or gestures. Provocation is illegal and anyone doing such act must be withering stopped or arrested.

Act XXIII:
Anyone taking part in an act of corruption is guilty.

1. Jack_Baker rights to use unmarked vehicles and so on are issued by ARPD command(SWAT in particular) reports against him can be re-considered by SWAT command(direct it to divisions forum).
He's dark blue name also is ONLY from SWAT- not SAPD rank therefore he's not member of SAPD.

2. On the 3rd screen we can clearly see that this was an RP situation so, all evidences beside properly role-played ones
( /me takes out camera and starts recording officer) are completely invalid.

- by that you have also proved that you agree for such form of Role Play as you took part into it.
Therefore this report is nothing more by words of yours- no actions will be taken against Jack as ARPD Officer if no properly role-played evidences will be posted within 24 hours.

If you wish SWAT command to re-consider this decision, post whole thing on divisions forum.
