1. Officer GiacJr - Officer GiacJr suspected the Lawyer of a surrendered Suspect in my Car, which is clearly abuse of Badge, secondly he insulted my Rank, thirdly he shot on me with a Deadly Weapon from a Distance of not even a meter, which is attempted murder

As seen in the above images, I was at the scene, Infact, although i am a prime target for most officers., i have come across many abusing officers who feel they are above the law, None of them were as shocking as Officer Giac, Going into that fact, i don't even think he deserves the tag "Officer", He was completely out of order and thought in his eyes he didn't take orders from anyone but himself, during the incident he even mentioned "I won't even take orders from the chief" Is this a man that should be enforcing the law? No, It is not.

He abused 2 Innocent civilians who weren't doing any harm and decided to suspect me and my friend for "Ignoring orders" We didn't ignore orders, We just ignored his, as we were being given orders from a higher authority (Padres if you didn't understand me) The fact to this is, I wouldn't usually stick up for an officer, But Giac's behaviour was so unlawfull and Shocking, I had to get it sorted, With all that's happened.

I believe GiacJR should:
Pay a Fine to officer Padres Rosso for GBH and Harrassment.
Have his right's as a Police officer taken away from him.
be watched very carefully for his rulebreaking and lawbreaking actions.

The consiquences are up to the officer's handling this report, But i believe this should be the MINIMUM in my oppinion.

For sake of fairness i warned the Officer yesterday again, but he kept kidding me with joke questions like "Who are you?", "Do i know you?", "Where am i reported?", etc... I answered for the questions in the first place but he never took me serious.

I guess, he doesn't give a shit about the Report.

I warned the man to exit the vehicle. He refused to follow my lawful order. I suspected him for ignoring orders. The /su is valid, regardless of your (assumedly) authoritiative decision on whether or not he is required to leave the vehicle or not.

This is not a SAPD rule break, let alone an Argonath Law or Argonath Rule break - so what point are you trying to make?

It doesn't matter whose vehicle he is or isn't in, if a police officer gives a man a lawful request, which was to search his body for weapons (as you had failed to do so), he could have shot you from the back seat and escaped with your suspect. So, as a matter of fact, you're actually reporting me for acting to potentially save your life.

If the situation was such that this would be appropriate, yes, I would do so. There is no rule, post or direction anywhere on Argonath stating that ARPD must follow orders from SAPD. If I wanted to be ordered around by you, or by Mario Rinna or Drix or Paul, I would apply to the SAPD - however, I have not applied to the SAPD and will therefore not be subject, regardless of membership, to their orders. Easy enough to understand, right? Also, you really think someone as smart as Paul would copban someone for saying not to a request of his? Now you slander your own Chief, man you are not off to a good start....

That's false. Find me anywhere on the forums where it is stated that ARPD must follow orders from SAPD. Do that, and I will concede to you on this point. Until then, you're wrong and you're flaunting your false authority on someone who is not bound by it.

I also just told you that i had no problem and full trust to the Citizen in my back.
Now a few points... You speak about Roleplay by stating that the man could've killed me(w/o Rp it would be dm), but on the other side, you never roleplayed to put him in custody, you straightly suspected him which should be the last thing you do.

Currently aswell not aware of any written Rule, but that Rule exists. The SAPD is STILL part of ARPD, but it is a higher rank. Higher ranks are giving someone more responsibility and authority, exactly you should know that.

Never accused your cat of that. I accused you for shooting me. You never stated anything ingame that your cat attacked me. Any Law Enforcer who did a missclick states that, otherwise it means for everyone that it was a shot on purpose.
If IN ANY CASE your cat attacked me, then you should avoid that, after all it is your acc.

The suspects were clearly in Cadet Padres's custody and not yours. You had no authority to order either of the men out of the vehicle, let alone suspect one who was simply driving to the station with the suspect who was presumably the lawyer. As this is the only charge we can go on since the "misclick" was not captured or recorded as evidence, ARPD Officer GiacJr will only be getting a warning for this offence. If you would like to disagree with this conclusion, please message an SAPD Deputy Chief+.
