C30 at east of ls:patrol started from DPD and move to ls streets on way see c30 on radio and speed up for 10-76 but crash and near down to streets and tell towtruck for tow car and save from down but after 5m no one come for help/come down and try to pull back car and after a few min car save from down to road and move to an spry shop.

After repair car start patrol on VB and see a nrg move and 3 cop car pursuit he start pursuit and move and move from 3 car 1 unit backed to lspd and me and more u keep pursuit su head to lv and east of that a few min later move to railroad and try to escape pursuit keeped to ls but my fuel ended and stopped
After check car tell towtruck and officer alex come and tow my car to dpd
C3 at VB:recive c3 and respond a su escaped from traffic stop and we arrest he and jaild 110s in back way accident  with a bullet and he run after warn he don’t stop and I su he and start pursuit her car crash tu side houses and he start run without car –after 2m pursuit he killed by LF use.

After 20min move to hospital and healed on there i move to LSPD but recive c3 from ganatan and 1m later recive c30 respond there and start duty and protect around and sus and we take a su to lspd from ganatan but on way opcodes cut my duty.

Patrol started from Persian sq and recive c3 on radio after arrive see pursuit and join that pursuit keep move from LS to SF and in sf su arrested by an officer.

Market operation

When I patrol near market hospital see a su on pursuit and join to that su escaped and I start shoot and her damage was 1 and on market he surrendered and arrested.

Rodeo Operation

Recive pm about rodeo c3 and after arrive and make roadblock near house and get ready for start
after a few men i ordered to stay on entry way with spray-entry team enter but all killed and swat team come to area an officer tell we they have escape
after they come out start escape and we start fire and one of them surrender and arrested and we transfer he to DPD

Heroin Order

When I patrol at lv area I see a dealer at spot and tell on radio c3 2 more officer come there and start search but he escape and we chase he and he try to escape with heli but we shoot at her wheels but accidently and with lag own wheel of pdcar blowed he move and we start db shooting and he killed at end point.

Detailed describtion of training:

The training was about Pursuit Intervention Technique. Units gather at Las Venturas Police Department and rolled out to Las Venturas Airport. There, the theory of this technique was explained via cb radio and it was showed by SAPD units. Then, under the monitor of previous mentioned units, ARPD units tried this technique over and over. Then the roles were switched. Every unit had the ability to ask questions about PIT.

Conclusion of training:
Discipline was kept, every unit was polite and did a good job on this training. Every officer suceeded at least once.

Notes:

1.) There was a nice interest, especially by the ARPD units.

2.) Slower state cars were used. Gradually, the speed of the 'evader' was being increased.

1.) As the county sides were being handled by ACSD, we were mainly concentrated on LV area. Heroin spots were mainly looked after and traffic law evaders were also caught. We communicated with the other departments well and represented the team work in SAPD.

Conclusion of patrol:
Great teamwork within SAPD was carried on by SAPD officials.

Summary:
Officer Sina showed a lot of potential during the patrol but let himself down on several aspects of police work. Applicant needs to focus more on what is going on in the CB channel and udpate situations quicker. He also needs to understand that we are not here to TAB > /area > arrest, we will not always be in pursuits, shootouts or lively situations so constantly searching for suspects is not recommended or necessary. in copbike role and recive c30 from there and responding 2 su was on roof and open fire to officers me and an officer send request for air unit but no one respond and we move to take heli and agter 2 min we arrive market and land on roof i surprise an suspect in left side of roof and kill he.
but an more suspect aider shot me from other roofs but i shoot he and he lost hp and with more shoot from cops he jump to road and escape to LV and enter plane and comeback to LS bit Tower and we chase he and he and her aiders start shoot we but when we move front they escape.

Detailed report:

1) Immediately after the Organized Patrol departure, a fire was reported in the area of Doherty, conveniently next to the known heroin spot. SFPD-2 responded to the call and began to control traffic within the area to ensure no one seeking illegal narcotics went up in flames and burned to a crisp. There were no further incidents during this traffic control and the fire was maintained shortly thereafter.

2) As SFPD-2 was patrolling the Northern area, a man was captured going 150 in an 80, resulting in a traffic stop. After questioning, the man was fined for $150 for his offences and allowed the man to leave without any problem.

Finishing Notes:

This was a very uneventful patrol, even in an hour's length, the people of San Fierro refused to cause any trouble, proving that we did our job efficiently. CB communication was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every Officer was able to communicate clearly and everyone attending did a great job.
