1. =KOs=Sam - Suspecting civilians without making any kind of warning. Suspecting afk civilians. Shoting and killing standing still suspects and without request them to give up or something like.

 b. I was pissing IRL and when I returned to game I was killed.

The same Officer stole my Buffalo today and is refusing any cooperation, i rarelly think he will reply, just incase of interest.

I would like to mention that I caught the officer doing the exact same thing (probably a different day/time) but he /q'ed before I could speak to him about anything.
