Hello ladies & gentlemen.

I am Steve McGarrett, I want to inform that I am not an officer which does not possess any previous experiences. Not at all, I've been serving LSPD for more than 2 years in this community. I've been working under quite a lot of divisions during this time. What I obtain of information of this report is that the felon, bc is trying to pull my high level of reputation down by not presenting all the facts. We did not receive any statements about why I opened fire or possible any evaluations or any assumption at all. I will now present my story.

I was on patrol, and I passed Idlewood Pizza Hut from Willowfield Train rills when I noticed bc as a suspect in a shootout with two other individuals, I geared up and returned fire immediately to these individuals. As bc starts running away, he surrenders script wisely by the /giveup function and the other individual continues shooting towards bc, whilst I suspect him. As the /gu function does not support a frozen health bar, but where you can actually continue providing damage to someone after they've surrendered, bc was killed by this other felon and PMs me in all anger "Wtf is your problem?!" or something similar. However, with assistance of Officer TeaM Pazienza, we took immediate action to the other individual which was around 40 second long shootout. During this shootout, bc returns after spawning from the death-screen and starts hitting me, and he backs off afterwards, and while I'm providing my full undivided attention to the shootout and conclude it, bc returns yet again with a handgun and opens fire on me, before he jumps onto the go-kart and I starts disabling the vehicle whilst Officer Pazienza charge the suspect for assault, he tries to evade on foot, but surrenders yet again. As I didn't notice that it was bc which returned after death, I run up to Officer Pazienza and informs him that the suspect, which is bc has returned to death and shall be dealt with by an administrator. I reported him for returning after death.

This is a shootout which happened 15 minutes before this report was filed, so I believe that bc should not hide the facts what truly happened during this situation. Perhaps we can get an administrative here to prove who's wrong and who's right.

Since both statements report that they were under fire before they had the chance to suspect the man, the verdict is rather clear. Any finishing statements from either side?

If you shot him he is free to shoot you, even if you aren't a suspect. And yes, he can shoot your vehicle if you evade.

Don't even come with such an odd excuse like "Oh! I entered the kart to listen to User Tracks". No, you rntrred the kart in all intension to evade. I did not DM as I had every reason to disable your vehicle.

Wrong, I never tried to blow you up with the kart. I was only shooting at it until it caught fire before I ran away, and gave you the same opportunity to do the same. Wrong again, you never got suspected after you surrendered. You got suspected whilst I was shooting at the kart, then you tried to make a run for it, but surrendered.

Considering BC you have been noticed as a constant copbaiter and continuesly attempted to assualt multiple SAPD/ARPD members, your reports on this matter are rather invalid.
If you wish to have right to report officers, if they did any mistakes, first learn how to behave yourself.
