Biography:
Astaroth was born in Los Santos, All saints hospital. Mother died while giving birth, father got sick, became a drug-addict and died when Astaroth was 6 years old. As he had no relatives, he was took by the Jefferson Church, served the church until he turned 18. When he did, the priest told him that the time to move on has come and he needs do find his own way from now on. So he did. He got a job at a 24/7, lived in hotels for a while right until his met his temporary neighbour. Well, all Astaroth needed back then was some real money, a job and a family to be with. He didn't see his neighbour much but, it was just enough to make him start thinking how he made so much money. So, Astaroth finally decided to knock on the guys door. He did, the door opened and Astaroth was welcomed into the guys home. But eh, Astaroth somehow got to the point that he needs money. 'The neighbor' couldn't provide money for him, but, Astaroth was offered a job that he didn't like. He really didn't have much of a choice, he was broke, living in a hotel and working at a 24/7. The job offer was to become a heroin cook.


Astaroth wasn't taught that way. All he knew was reading books and being a peaceful man. But, sadly, he accepted the job. He did know that he betrayed the church, but he didn't really care as from the first night of his work, he made more than 10,000$.
Oh well, time passed and last thing on Astaroth's mind were the police officers. But, somehow he found them knocking on his working place. Of course, Astaroth was arrested. By the time that court cases were going on, he met a police officer that showed Astaroth the state from the laws point of view. Astaroth felt remorse for what he earlier did so, after he was freed from the court because the judge knew him as a peaceful man, Astaroth found a legal job, he became a ARPD officer. He has been serving the ARPD for a while now but, it just wasn't enough for him. He found out about SAPD and when he saw how they work, he thought about joining them the same second. So, Astaroth decided to give it a try and send a letter to the SAPD staff. So he did. He sent a letter while patiently waiting for a reply.

Why do you want join: I want to get away from the criminal life, I feel like it's time for me to get serious about this job now and stick with it. Hey guys, I wanted to post a weekly patrol report since I won't be able daily.
But eh, a little PROBLEM happened for me.
Well, I lost all the screenshots. But I guess many police officers can confirm my work out there

Detailed describtion of incidents:

1.) We already worked on a C30A just before we organized this patrol so I decided to roll out in team around the state. I called for a organized patrol and some units responded. They were organized in 3 patrol cars and patrolled around LV areas as ASCD were patrolling in counties.

2.) LVPD-1: Officer Edison and Tim Hill (East LV)
LVPD-2: Officer Manaz and Astorath (West LV)
LVPD-CMD: Officer KelvinC, Mark Calaghan and Hamza (Highways)

Conclusion of patrol:
Patrol was useful and maintained criminal activity in LV areas while also kept control on drug ordering and distributions.

Well first of all, Not sure if I should but I will say it.
I failed Phase 2 for joining SWAT.

And to Marcus,
I have read all of it and I do like it, a lot!
If I make it to "officer" I'll make a final decision between the departments. Firstly I want to see how all of them work. For now, LVPD is pretty much the best :P
