Detailed describtion of incidents:

1.) A man swerving lanes, recklessly and dangerously, got ticked for doing so, on JTN, Las Venturas.

2.) Man found near the Bone County heroin spot, barricaded himself inside the little house that was in the area, Senior Officer Celso Williams and Sergeant Team Hamza, went to investigate and manage to get the suspect with out a single shot been fired, suspect released after no heroin found on him or at the sight.

3.) Responded to a C30A, LSPD was requiring assistance at Iddlewood, LVPD toke action and responded, when arrived on scene, everyone was already running away, after a small persuit two of the criminals where spoted on a roof, and  with heavy weaponary and armour they started fireing at the officers on scene, Sergeant Hamza and Officer Edison of the Las Venturas Police Department where heavly injured, Edison died due to friendly fire at the scene no one held responsable for it, in the end suspect escaped heavly injured and with fast vehicles.

Conclusion of patrol:
The patrol went great good cooperation between everyone, just on the last situation the C30, we should have been more organized.

Detailed report:

1) Immediately after the Organized Patrol departure, a fire was reported in the area of Doherty, conveniently next to the known heroin spot. SFPD-2 responded to the call and began to control traffic within the area to ensure no one seeking illegal narcotics went up in flames and burned to a crisp. There were no further incidents during this traffic control and the fire was maintained shortly thereafter.

2) As SFPD-2 was patrolling the Northern area, a man was captured going 150 in an 80, resulting in a traffic stop. After questioning, the man was fined for $150 for his offences and allowed the man to leave without any problem.

Finishing Notes:

This was a very uneventful patrol, even in an hour's length, the people of San Fierro refused to cause any trouble, proving that we did our job efficiently. CB communication was used throughout the duration of this patrol and every Officer was able to communicate clearly and everyone attending did a great job.

Responding Code 3 to a backup call: High speed pursuit with several members of the Luciano-family.
We finally took them down at Ganton (Lethal Force).

Incident 2:

Traffic Stop on plate 35 (Kaze Stracci) on LS-LV highway for wrong ramping at Mulholland Intersection.
He didn't have any documents with jim so we went to LVPD to get his identity using the computers. We took fingerprints and run them in the computer: We got his identity because he has been to jail recently.
When we got his identity he took a car and evaded but we could stop him from fleeing by using lethal force.

Detailed report:

Today, I've started to call out trough the police radio the Organized Patrol.
Once every attender arrived to the SFPD, they lined up.

I've used to prepare the officers to understand the local PD rules. Meanwhile I've used to explain them how we've to report trough the radio if they didn't know how to do so.



I've used to split units into parts to patrol.
The patrol cars were three and were the one:

• SFPD-1 :: Me and HarryOConnor
• SFPD-2 :: Tom Evans and Denis Pro
• SFPD-3 :: Anthony and Tritan Osmani

Once we splitted I've assigned areas:
SFPD-1 to the South/East
SFPD-2 to the South/West
SFPD-3 to the North

It was a quite organized patrol until two citizens were already wanted and came into the San Fierro jurisdiction. When we got the visual we used immediately to warn all the San Fierro units and, meanwhile we got a shootout at Queens with them, one of the suspects went down and the other one barricaded. Meanwhile he was barricaded, we used to call other units and we used to have a certain number of backup there. Once we arrived, I've used to set the breaching teams and the pepper spray team. When we were able to and everyone loaded their guns, we used to breach inside and used force on him but he used to escape. Once he escaped, outside, the situation went under control when he gone under fine. The subject was took down and the situation at Queens gone back to the normal.


After this, we used to patrol around again but nothing special happened. After that we used to return to the station and I've dismissed the patrolling units.

Description: We did the introduction and then assigned every unit his specific location to patrol.

SFPD-3: Dario Cipone and Jared Jefferson, The area assigned was: County area. (Flint/Whetstone)
SFPD-4: Ramiro Rosso and [ADF]Alex, We give assistance in all units, also playing as a dispatch unit.

-We assisted first to a pullover on Queens, red cheetah, Plates, SF-4542. The driver didn't wanted to drive on the road and he drov up on a public park. We stopped him and he payed the fine. Also a warning issued.
-Second suspects were traveling in a Red turismo, 10-80 Started and we had to chase them. My partner Alex, started to Drive by their car and he got 2 tires, this went useful and the suspects surrendered.
-Third call was a subject wanted for murder, we arrived to the scene and he surrendered, he told us that he had to leave the scene and to do it quickly.

Patrolling Bone County when I get visual on SU2 (Pro_M) riding on a NRG. I started pursuing him through the countryside but he was faster and I finally lost visual on him.

Incident 2:

I pulled over plate 59, N Harry Gold Parkway, he previously blocked me off so I couldn't continue pursuing SU12. He was complying and placed under arrest for "Aiding a former suspect to evade". He was takes to jail (01:12PM, LVPD jail).

Description of indicents:


1.) 09.17PM: All units are engaging on SU78 who is driving on JTN. Suspect was detained by LVPD Officer Adrian_McCoy on arrival of our units.

2.) 09.20PM: Traffic Stop on JTS on a truck. Driver was DutchSforza. Reason for the pull-over: He was driving in the incorrect lane of travel. PC-2 and SV-1 were involved. The           driver was fined 170$ for traffic law violations.

Detailed describtion of incidents:

1.) Pursuit of Armed Suspect - Las Venturas to San Fierro, Back to Las Venturas
LVPD-1, 2 & 3, County, Air Unit & Command engaged SU49 & SU38. Shortly after we received a C30. LVPD-County and Air Unit re-routed and engaged. Eventually LVPD 1, 2 & 3 stopped and killed SU49 and forced SU38 to surrender.

2.) Barricaded, Active Shooting Suspects - Market, Los Santos
LVPD-County was first reporting from LVPD to reach the area. They quickly informed over CB about situation and all units after the pursuit engaged with Code 3. We arrived on scene and removed the civilian cars and entered. The suspects had barricaded themselves inside at the Bar on the Third Floor. There was at least 7 Officer Deaths due to rambo'ing and un-organisation from those of not part of the LVPD Organised Patrol. Eventually after thinking through and that continue to fight on would result in a stalemate. I ordered all LVPD Organised Patrol Members to leave the building.

3. WaterBorne, Armed Suspect - Along the San Andreas Coast
A suspect escaped and ran from Police, we heard he was heading via boat towards LV. Me and a couple of others engaged with a CoastGuard Boat. With some assistance of a SFPD Marine Unit and a Shamal, we got him and killed him with 1 Officer Casualty.

Conclusion of patrol:
We returned to LVPD after a long shift and had a 1 minute respectful silence to those killed as a result of the Barricaded Suspects.

Notes:

1.) Those part of the lower ranks need to acknowledge those who are in charge's wishes.

2.) Good Loyalty - My Internet disconnected roughly 5 minutes out and when I returned almost nothing was different, everyone was continuing with their work.

3.) Organisation is key

Incident 1:

Traffic Stop at LS-LV highway on plate 70( [021]Frank ). The driver failed to comply (not showing license or registration) and finally drove off with the aid of plate 9 ( PeterSforza ). Later plate 0 ( JackSforza ) joined them and aided them to evade. [021]Frank and PeterSforza were taken down by using lethal force and JackSforza evaded in LSPD jurisdication where LSPD took over pursuit.

Incident 2:

Assisting FBI on takedown of Pameshwer_Scotto for shooting at civilains. Charges were dropped due to self-defense.

Operation log: Today I've requested to some ARPD Officer to make an operation with us, SFPD.
The operation was made by me, as system, to let think citizens of San Fierro that the city is really protected at all.

We started to meet at SFPD, lining up to the wall.
After welcoming all the officers and explaining them the stuffs that we were going to do, everyone get split into three cars.

• SFPD-1 :  SFPD Sergeant Dario Cipone
• SFPD-2 :  SFPD Officer Loris and Arpd Officer Alex Brooks
• SFPD-3 :  ARPD Officers Fernando and Harry OConner

After we got split, I've assigned them to patrol around San Fierro City, all the time long, with the sirens on.
Constant Code 3.

This was made due to the fact that people would see us more frequently.

Everyone did rounds around San Fierro and, if it was necessary, we stopped and proceeded as normal organized patrol.

The rules set about this operation were clear and simples.


Respecting the Local PD Rules of San Fierro Police Departments, and the usage of the constant Code 3 was something of dangerous. It was explained to drive safely even if we got the sirens on, this time.
For example, to slow down if you were going to turn. Paying attention to citizens on the roads, by slowing down. Etc.

First stop was at Bayside Ammunation, getting heavily armed for any kind of operation that we could face.
Second stop was at Gas Station 5, to re-fill the cars meanwhile SFPD-3 gone to SFPD to change their uniforms.

We got also some incidents:
- Two suspects at Flint County, Flint Range.
One suspect down, one jailed.

- 207 with the FBI Co-operation.
All the suspects downed (five or six) but two escaped and the hostage was killed.

- Two suspects at Easter Basin.
Both were the one that took part on the 207 before and escaped by the building, but in the right way we took them, jailed.

- Multiple traffic stops.
One attempted to evade and got jailed, the other went fine.




Operation leader's notes:
During the operation, the Official CB of the SFPD was used during the operation.
Everyone did a good job.
