San Fierro Police Department

Operation report

From: Desk of SAPD Officer Chris Rosso #P43
To: S.F.P.D Operation HQ Archives
Report #: #0134

Operation leader: SFPD Officer Chris Rosso
Operation Supervisor: SFPD Sergeant Dario Cipone

Officers involved:
SFPD Officer Alex Brooks
ARPD Officer Jared Jefferson
ARPD Officer GreaterAnglia
ARPD Officer Bas.

Date: 05-05-2013

Time:
Started - 01:45 CET
Ended - 02:15 CET

Operation log: We all gathered up at San Fierro Police Dept. I welcomed every officer that joined our Citizen Band Radio and also saluted them once I saw them appear at the San Fierro Police Dept Parking Lot. We had a briefing about what we were going to do today, I explained everything very detailed and then made some units.

SFG-01
SFPD Officer Alex Brooks
ARPD Officer Greater Anglia

SFG-02
SFPD Sergeant Dario Cipone
ARPD Officer Jared Jefferson

SFG-CT (SFG-00)
SFPD Officer Chris Rosso
ARPD Officer Bas.

Once the units were made, all things got reviewed one more time and I asked if there were anymore questions. Eventually we went to the Ammunation that is located in Queens, San Fierro. Once we all restocked there, we went through some simulations and Guard Changes simulations at San Fierro City Hall, when we were finished there, SFG-01 maintained position there and SFG-02 went to San Fierro Bank. SFG-CT (SFG-00) was providing assistence during guard changes, because if SFG-01 had to go to SFG-02, the City Hall would be unprotected, so SFG-00 went to the place that were left during a Guard change, it was pretty confusing but we still managed to do it perfectly. In total we did 2 Guard Changes and the whole operation took 30 minutes. It really took alot of preparation. But we managed to do it.

Operation leader's notes: 1. Great performance of all of you!
2. Great discipline
3. It seriously went perfectly, this is the best assignment I have ever had!

Incidents:
Mordor Issues.

Detailed report:

Today, I used to report trough the Police Radio about the Organized Patrol at San Fierro Police Department.
After some calls on the radio, officially, three officers were the attenders of the Organized Patrol.

When they arrived, I've used to tell them to line up to the wall. When they were ready, I've welcomed them to the department, introduced myself and told them some local PD rules.
After it, I've organized the units to patrol.

  • SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officer Dark :: County Side
  • SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officers Bas and SnakeEye :: City Side

We got no any issues in San Fierro but, after some minutes of patrolling, I was requested to take place at Mordor Prison due to some issues with ARPD Officers and the actual protectors of Mordor.

ARPD Officers was ordered to leave the Mordor Prison, with the co-operation of the FBI Special Agent Roske.

Seems that the documents signed by Chief of the Air Division CBFasi, was misunderstood by the protectors of Mordor.
So, after a chat with CBF, all the document rules were cleared about the protection. This happened, thanks to the help of the FBI Agent Steven Jeffrey.

Since I was requested there, I was not able to patrol San Fierro all the time but SFPD-2 kept patrolling around the City due to the fact that, in this way, San Fierro was covered in any way.

After it, I've heard SFPD-2 having a trouble with a suspect evading from San Fierro in an air way. Thank, also, to the help of the LVPD, the suspect was took down.

Later then we ended all the issues at Mordor and SFPD-2 got no anymore problems with the suspect in air, we met eachothers to SFPD to have a little chat.
Indeed, after thank them to kept protecting San Fierro while I was away, I've used to dismiss them all.

Dashboard Camera:

Finishing Notes:
During the whole Organized Patrol, the Official Channel 7131 of the SFPD was used.
I would like to thank all of you for having supported the SFPD. Well done.

Signed,

* Watson Collin leaves a training file on Bas's SAPD application

San Fierro Police Department

Training report
P.I.T Training

Training date:
5th May 2013

Training time:
1 hour 20 minutes

Leader(s) of training:
SFPD Officer Impulsion

Participants in training:
SFPD Officer Alex Brooks
SFPD Officer Loris
ARPD Officer David Rosso
ARPD Officer Tritan Osmani
ARPD Officer KelvinC
ARPD Officer Tom Evans
ARPD Officer Miller786
ARPD Officer Bas
ARPD Officer John Madrid

Detailed describtion of training:

Pursuit Intervention Technique is one of the most important technique used by mostly all of the officer on-duty but do they know how to avoid it or how to use it correctly? This training was eventually made today to know that how much knowledge do our ARPD/SAPD Officers have about P.I.T and how do they avoid it. I gave a brief lecture in the starting of training whereas I took a photograph of all the officers available at the training. A part from that, we sat into the PD cruisers and head to a unused area that was San Fierro Airport International. I made out two lines in which the 8 officers were divided equally. After all, when the lines were correctly made out. I explained the whole theory to the officers.

There were two phases:
> Phase I: There were two teams divided equally to the officers on-duty. 1 vs 1 officer had to P.I.T the other opponent and then notify us on the CB radio that he successfully P.I.T'ed the other officer.

Winner: Was a tie round.

> Phase II: There were two teams divided equally, one were the suspects and one were the cops (Actually both teams were on-duty but we considered each one as suspects and cops).

-Round 1: Cops (Bas, John Madrid, Alex Brooks, Tritan Osmani, KelvinC) had to P.I.T. the criminals (Impulsion, Tom Evans, Loris, David Rosso, Miller786) within a minute. In this round, the cops and criminals had a tie.

-Round 2: Criminals (Impulsion, Tom Evans, Loris, David Rosso, Miller786)  had to P.I.T. the Cops (Bas, John Madrid, Alex Brooks, Tritan Osmani, KelvinC) within a minute, though this round was won by the cops.

Congratulations onto the cops!

Conclusion of training:
The conclusion of this training was that everyone was perfect and they knew all the things they had to do perfectly. Well done guys and keep up the good work.

Notes:

1.) I had no problems with any of the officers.

2.) I think each of the officers enjoyed the training. So we should be keeping more trainings like these.

ARPD Officer Edward Mendez
ARPD Officer Bas

ARPD Officer Dark

SFPD Cadet Travis
SFPD Officer Loris
SFPD Officer Alex Brooks

Date: 07/05/2013

Time:
Started - 22:49
Ended - 23:52

Incidents:
- Fire at Whetstone
- Two suspects at Flint County.
- Traffic stop at Doherty heroin spot
- Suspect spotted at Rodeo

Detailed report:

Today I've started to organize a patrol at the San Fierro Police Department.
I've called trough the police radio all the officers that were able to attend in it.

After some minutes, all the units were lined at the SFPD Parking Wall, were we usually use to line up. Then we started.
I've welcomed them all at the San Fierro Police Department, telling them some Local PD Rules, the most importants and explained them the local PD map system that we use. Next, I've split them into units.

We were in 11 Officers, so we went trough four Patrol cars, one Police Maverik and one Police Rancher (used for the county side).

I've split the units in this way, but he still changed. So everyone could do other things and chaning his route.

  • - SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officer Dark - Global assistance
  • - SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officer Edward Mendez and SAPD Officer Loris - South of San Fierro
  • - SFPD-3 :: ARPD Officers Astaroth and Josh The Penguin - North of San Fierro
  • - SFPD-4 :: SAPD Officer Alex Brooks and ARPD Officer Bas - South of San Fierro
  • - SFPD-5 :: SAPD Cadet Travis and ARPD Officer Darius - County Side
  • - SFPD-AU :: ARPD Officer David Rosso - Global assistance

Since we started, we and SFPD-3 used to stay at Doherty due to a suspicious activity of a citizen in the Warehouse. As famous heroin spot, we checked his documents. After it, SFPD-3 confirmed us that he got the house at Doherty Warehouse, so he got the permission to stay there.

After some minutes, SFPD-5 from the county, told us about a fire incident at Whetstone. Also SFPD-AU responded to give an assistance.

SFPD-5, got some problems about an evader in an NRG-500 from Flint County. They started their chase but it wasn't enough, due to the fact that the SAPD Cadet Travis is an HSP member, we requested him for that suspect. But, sadly, he evaded going from San Fierro to Las Venturas and from Las Venturas to Los Santos.

The second incident was a suspect in Rodeo, LS. I've required SFPD-5 to call there at Flint Intersection to roadblock it. But, sadly, he gone towards Market Street.
Due to this, I've warned the LSPD but seemed that LSPD was unable to answer. Given permission to SFPD-5 to go trough Los Santos for that suspect.
While SFPD-5 was on him, SFPD-1 kept patrolling around County side avoiding to leave the county side uncovered.
SFPD-5, after some minutes, had rammed his car which caused it to explode. He died in the explosion.

Those were the mains incidents of today, other time spent was quite relaxing and without issues.
After those incidents, all the attenders were requested to report at SFPD.
When all the attenders were there, I've thank them all for their assistance and their teamwork.

Dashboard Camera:

Finishing Notes:
I would like to thank all of the officers that took place in it, that was really awesome and useful.
Hope to patrol with you all another time.
Special thanks goes to Travis for had sent me his SFPD-5 statement.

During the whole Organized Patrol, the official CB of the SFPD (7131) was used.

P.S. If you would like to add your statement you can send me a Private Message.

Signed,

SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant

I started my patrol from Bayside as i just came from the ammunition.
Shortly after that ARPD Officer Darius. Called a 207 on himself but shortly after that he left the server with /q.
After that i drove my regular round through San Fierro intill ACSD contaced SFPD about a Suspect crossing our Juridistriction.
As i was the only SFPD Unit i immediatly responded and drove to angelpine and then to Flint intersection.
On the way i found alot of officers next to the road and they called the suspect 10-15 when i arrived.
