Well firstly, you can't just post a chat log, you need to explain why you're reporting me and you need to at least provide a brief explanation of what happened. Once you've done that, I'll post my defence here.

Considering Jason has no direct superior within his department at the current point, I will handle the report towards him.

First I really need to see something more then that, because so far these chatlogs don't show anything much.
So far from what I understand you were brandashing a weapon, the officers asked you to drop it and you failed to comply with that, saying let me put in the car doesn't fit, I mean what officer would allow you to walk anywhere with that weapon and after multiple more warnings to drop your gun, you kept trying to convince them you must leave it in your car, which is incorrect. If the officers told you to drop it on the ground, you drop it on the ground.

But my understanding of those chatlogs might be wrong, so except your story I will need some more evidence to investigate.

Addressed to the executive of San Andreas Police Department.

I was driving around with my lowrider when I gained visual of several individuals at Idlewood Pizza Stack and I overheard shouting and screaming, as I knew one of the individuals on scene, I'd like to see if things got violent so I could eventually prevent that from happening. As I stepped away from my vehicle, I walked towards these individuals and Bridges arrived the same as I approached them. I had my revolver in this hand then. I was told to put my gun away, so I responded peacefully "Alright, let me walk up to my car and drop it there" with absolutely no intensions of committing any crimes, and Bridges the next second charges me with something I did not do. As my pockets were full, with wallets, screwdrivers, etc and I dropped my holster in my glovebox, I'd like to return it in the holster again. What I see out of the context is that the officers on scene did not show any patience in that and Bridges presented "[18:59:25] PM from Jason_Bridges(48): Gave you at least 3 clear warnings", but from which chatlogs Jason Bridges provided, he clearly gave me only one warning, and that's the one I accepted. Where did he want me to hide the gun? I clearly had no room for my gun on me except the holster in my impala.

I am not breaking any laws by being possessed with a hand gun, in fact a hand gun is the only allowed to gun to possess for self-defense unless that regulation has changed. By those means, if someone attacks me, I am allowed to return gun fire with my hand gun and walk freely away from the scenario with an investigation being set of course, but the same would not be allowed if I for example deceased the individual with for example an Ak47. I am not saying that what Bridges told me to is incorrect, that's why I decided to listen to his orders. I walked up to my car, but was suspected and sprayed to death by their pepper spray. That's the reason I did not want to drop my gun, I was going to drop it in the vehicle and I was in fact typing when I was sprayed to death "/me tosses the revolver into the backseat of the Savannah".

I would've peacefully gone with these officers to an eventual investigation if it was an opportunity, but it clearly weren't. I never committed any criminal acts with the hand gun, neither did I harm anyone. In fact, I did not fail to comply. I did the opposite. I didn't tell "No, f**k off, this is my gun and I want it in my hand", I presented myself in a humble behavior and said "Alright, let me drop it in the car" but that was not acceptable. You decided to ignore rule §8 which clearly says the following:
Code: [Select]
[8]. SAPD members should priorize roleplay and attempt to discuss when a situation happen. Coming with weapon drawn and aiming at everyone won't be tolerated.
What did we see in this situation? We saw you deciding to ignore to prioritize roleplay and attempt to discuss this situation. You decided to suspect me and decided to spray the shit out of me whilst Officer Taseen Chrowdhury were "Coming with weapon drawn and aiming".

I find the actions of Sergeant Bridges very offensive, he does not represent "To serve and protect" but "To suspect and decease". He did not serve me in any way. He in fact shows zero tolerance in this scenario.

Well this clearly isn't what happened, you've missed out some key details and also added some irrelevant things, so I'll just explain what actually happened.

An officer requested backup at Idlewood, stating that there were multiple civilians holding guns (as usual), I was on scene so I decided to assist him with this. When I was there, I saw at least 3 people including Abdel Banks, holding weapons in public and walking around. 3 CLEAR warnings were issued to the group of people and Abdel Banks was within earshot of these warnings.

First warning

[17:56:27] Lovro_Massini(98) says: I will please you

[17:56:33] Lovro_Massini(98) says: To remove the guns from your hands

Second warning

[17:56:40] Lovro_Massini(98) says: Please hide the gun

Third warning

[17:56:57] Lovro_Massini(98) says: Remove the gun

Fouth and final warning, by me

[17:57:10] Jason_Bridges(48) shouts megaphone): guns away, now

The first warning was issued at 17:56:27 and you were suspected at 17:57:21. This means for almost a full minute, we kept telling you and your friends to put your guns away and you clearly saw these warnings but just chose to ignore them, so I suspected you for failing to comply.

[17:57:21] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) was suspected by officer Jason_Bridges(48) for Failing to comply

You then, despite being a suspect, began to walk, still brandishing your weapon in hand, towards your car. At this point, I pulled out my pepper spray and used force to try to make you comply. You then stopped, standing next to your car, still with a weapon in hand and started talking.

Something that I tried to explain to you was that if a suspect says "alright, I'm putting my gun down". That does not count as surrendered and you could have stilled attacked or evaded, so I have no reason to say "ok" and wait for you to get into your car. Furthermore, throughout the whole encounter, you were holding your gun in your hand and criminals with guns generally have a tendency to use them at unexpected times. Because of this, I had to keep moving around and using pepper spray against you.

Whilst you were a suspect, I gave you several more warnings

[17:58:24] Jason_Bridges(48) shouts: comply now!!

[17:58:26] Jason_Bridges(48) shouts: hands up!!

You then said this:
[17:58:50] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) says: What is your rank and bage number officer?

And for obvious reasons, I did not stop and let my guard down to answer that question then...

You had so many chances to surrender, you even had enough time to walk around casually and stop to ask us questions.

Were you suspected for possessing a handgun? No, so no need to jump to your own defence on that part. You are not allowed to brandish a weapon in public and as I've just explained, you were warned a total of 4 times (once by me, 3 times by another officer on scene).

Again, you walked up to your car as a SUSPECT, what you should really have done was surrender (/hail or /gu) and ask for an investigation. If you don't want to do that, then expect to be met with force because you were a threat (a suspect brandishing a weapon in public).

Quote
[8]. SAPD members should priorize roleplay and attempt to discuss when a situation happen. Coming with weapon drawn and aiming at everyone won't be tolerated.

I prioritise roleplay whenever possibly but as I've just explained, this is not always possible since there is a growing trend in which when a cop goes to type a message, the suspect decides to shoot him off guard and kill him. Because of that, its not always possible to roleplay with people like you, so instead I have to compromise between maximising roleplay and maximising my safety in these situations. That means I issue CLEAR warnings with breaks in between them so you have time to read them, then I use none lethal force for a short period of time and allow you to recover instead of using /me all the time and making myself an easy target and also instead of running up to you instantly emptying my pepper spray and screaming /gu /gu.

Quote

I didn't ignore any roleplay, I told you to surrender, you were the one ignoring me if anything. My aim isn't to serve and protect criminals, its to arrest them, and yes, that involves showing zero tolerance to the type of crime you were committing, which is an ongoing and major issue.

I didn't take notice of Taseen aiming his weapon at you, but its slightly irrelevant anyway, since this report is about me committing a "Violation of §1.1 and §8" (I'm still unclear on what exactly this means).

So to summarise, here are some key points:

-You were warned 4 times to put your gun away
-You failed to put your gun away
-You walked towards your car in an action I perceived to be evading
-You failed to comply even after being suspected
-You were given a sufficient amount of time to surrender either using /gu or via roleplay, yet you failed to do so

P.S. Please don't reply saying that anything I've said is false or lacks evidence because it does not, its backed up either in the chat log, or can be confirmed by Taseen who was on scene with me.

To present an adequate answer to your statement, I'd like to present it this way. As I explained. My pockets where full, I am not obligated to throw my weapon away as I got every right to have a gun(Not brandished). I never questioned you about putting the gun away, I never intended to evade. If I wanted to evade, I'd create a chaos and start shooting before I entered my car, rather I walked up to my car to put the gun inside, but no. Instead you are so happy to suspect people without even giving them a proper chance to roleplay their part of the scenario. What you're thinking is "Scrolled, k, now get lost" that's what you think, you never prioritized roleplaying with me, the only thing you did was acting ridiculously unprofessional and decided to stand there spraying at me. Now what you can see if that I said before you suspected me that I would put it in my car, which means you should have let me go. I never received 3 warnings from Lovro, I arrived on scene as I mentioned. Lovro can confirm that himself as I walked towards these individuals with my gun in his hand. What he said was directed to Cyber which was already suspected after that by him. You come and you instantly suspect me, even though I said before that I would put it away. And instead of throwing the ball dead, you decided to put these matters into your own hand and make SAPD look unprofessional from my point of view.

I didn't take notice of Taseen aiming his weapon at you, but its slightly irrelevant anyway, since this report is about me committing a "Violation of §1.1 and §8" (I'm still unclear on what exactly this means).

It is not. §1.1 is violation of the weapon procedure and §8 is that roleplay rule which I presented earlier.

- Lie I was warned one time by you, not by Lovro.
- I did not. I clearly did not have any room from my gun. As you can see from the screenshot. I do not wear a shirt, and having it visible on the back of my shorts, would've been considered as brandishing anyway.
- Lie. I said "I will put it in my car" and walked before you suspected me. Do you got any proof to back it up that I didn't?
- I tried not to make anything big out of it. Which is the reason I wanted to talk with you then.
- I was only provided corruption and trigger happy cops.

I see no reason why you couldn't just have cancelsuspected me. If I walked towards my car before you suspected me, it means I had no intensions to evade as I was already not suspected, but it means I complied with what you told me. If I wanted to evade, it would seem incredible stupid to just walk away slowly, rather than running. You must honestly think I'm stupid and you're shoving your incredible stupid argument that I had intensions to evade. If I ran, I would've reached the car before you guys.

Sergeant Bridges please contact the officer, which called the C30 and ask him to post his side of the story here.

Will do if I see him in game.

You were present and clearly heard all four warnings for everyone in the area to hide their weapons. It is possible that some of Lovro's warnings were not directed specifically to you, but you still did not comply.

[17:57:20] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) says: A'ight let me put it in the car yo

[17:57:21] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) was suspected by officer Jason_Bridges(48) for Failing to comply

I clearly did not see this because you said it as I was typing this message.

Quote
I never questioned you about putting the gun away,

Whilst you were suspected, you had enough time to say this

[17:58:50] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) says: What is your rank and bage number officer?

But you did not have enough time to drop your gun or put it in your trousers.

Quote
I never intended to evade. If I wanted to evade, I'd create a chaos and start shooting before I entered my car, rather I walked up to my car to put the gun inside, but no.

I have no way of knowing this so there is no point in even telling me. The fact of the matter is, you were an armed suspect who instead of instantly dropping your gun and raising your hands. Decided to walk towards your vehicle which I perceived to be an act of evasion, so you were met with force, as I've explained already.

Quote
Instead you are so happy to suspect people without even giving them a proper chance to roleplay their part of the scenario.

Already explained above, all I saw was someone walking around holding a gun in their hand, whilst another police officer was telling them to hide their guns.

Quote
I never received 3 warnings from Lovro, I arrived on scene as I mentioned. Lovro can confirm that himself as I walked towards these individuals with my gun in his hand. What he said was directed to Cyber which was already suspected after that by him. You come and you instantly suspect me, even though I said before that I would put it away

If you're holding a gun, there are people around you holding guns and you hear a police officer saying

[17:56:27] Lovro_Massini(98) says: I will please you

[17:56:33] Lovro_Massini(98) says: To remove the guns from your hands

You should presume that it is also directed to you...

Quote
You come and you instantly suspect me, even though I said before that I would put it away

I arrived on scene and instantly suspected you did I? Do you know the meaning of the word instantly? It means straight away, without warning or any time spent waiting. My chat logs and even your chat log disproves this...

You also didn't say you'd put it away 'before' I suspected you, you said it almost at the same time (whilst I was typing) so obviously I'm not going to see it.

Quote
I see no reason why you couldn't just have cancelsuspected me. If I walked towards my car before you suspected me, it means I had no intensions to evade as I was already not suspected, but it means I complied with what you told me.

You were walking towards your car after I suspected you for failing to comply, because you still had your gun in hand and showed no signs of holstering it or complying.

Quote

I shouldn't take action because its incredibly stupid to try and evade by walking? No, but the fact is, you were moving towards your car when I told you to put your hands up, many times and you were still holding the gun.

If you think its incredibly stupid to presume that when an armed suspect walks towards a car, he is going to get inside it and evade, then you clearly know nothing about police work and I don't care how much experience you've got in SRU or LSPD or what your rank was.

As I just said
Quote
Something that I tried to explain to you was that if a suspect says "alright, I'm putting my gun down". That does not count as surrendered and you could have stilled attacked or evaded, so I have no reason to say "ok" and wait for you to get into your car. - I tried not to make anything big out of it. Which is the reason I wanted to talk with you then.
- I was only provided corruption and trigger happy cops.

-You saw all 4 warnings (as explained above)
-You didn't have any room for the gun? Where is the logic in this argument? Even if that was the case, only YOU can see that skin mod so there is no way of any other person know how much room you have in your trousers. You can make up as many RP reasons as you want to claim that you could not have hidden the gun, but that's just procrastination...
-I said I perceived your action to be evading, first you tell me that's incredibly stupid, now you're telling me that its a lie? So you can read my mind too now?
-Trying not to make a big deal is not an excuse not to comply. Bottom line is I told you to put your hands up many times and you ignored me.
-Learn the definition of the word corruption as well and then post evidence showing that I am corrupt. Also considering I did not use my weapon, show how I am trigger happy...

Firstly your argument is to say that its not against the law for you to hold a gun in public. Then when I disproved that so you moved on to another argument which was to say that you were 'about to' put the gun away, and you try to back it up with fabricated evidence and misleading statements? Steve, it seems really clear that you're just looking for any reason to try to report me now even though I've done nothing wrong. I will try to get Lovro to post his statement here and this will be my final reply until Chief Plam reaches a conclusion.

TL;DR and to summarise once more

-I saw 3 warnings had been issued, so I issue one final warning then waited 10 seconds, and then suspected Steve.
-The suspect then started walking towards his car even though I told him to put his hands up and comply.
-I told him to put his hands up once more, he still failed to listen so I used pepper spray.
-I SAW THIS to be an act of evasion because the suspect showed no signs of surrendering and still had a gun in hand.
-I used action that I thought was necessary to try to make the suspect comply and they were given more than enough time to drop the gun or raise their hands.

Please do not challenge any of these 4 points here, Steve, since they are impartially stated facts explaining the events.

You both already posted a clear statement, its pointless to go in further arguements, considering everything was already said.
Now I just require Lovro to confirm that he called C30 and a decision can be made.

He didn't call a C30, he said this:

What you said is that you didn't even see my message, as well you're saying that you're impatient and as you clearly suspected me wthout any RP at all it's just a proof of violation of rule 8, as well you're saying that you did not see it. Which means that you made a misrake and instead of correcting it, you decided to do Hitler style and gas me to death? I had walked longer than 5 meters before you suspected me and that's when I stopped. I even repeated my message twice but yet you decided not to help me but kill me. I didn't want to go to LSPD and requwst an investigation, because of your ignorance the previous situations we've been in.

Look at the situation froom.a neutral view. Cop1 arrives on scene were I1 is holding a gun. Cop1 tells i1 to put the gun away and i1 says "ok, let me put it in the car" and starts walking towards the car. Cop1 suspects i1 for not complying and i1 stops being confused saying "dude, i told you i was putting it in the car" and because he's worried of his life because some officers starts spraying him he asks for their rank and badge number but is instead ignored and killed.

I hope you see my point.

Whilst I don't want to continue arguing with you, I still need to make it clear.

You're asking me to view this from a neutral point, yet you're clearly not being neutral, by saying that I was "impatient" when waiting around a minute from when the first warning was issued and saying that I gassed you hitler style? You also need to stop twisting small details around, you were a fair distance away from the car and you only stopped to type, then you continued walking towards the car despite me saying "put your hands up" so I used force - that is justified, so stop trying to make it sound like its not.

Here is further evidence that my actions were justified

I didn't want to go to LSPD and requwst an investigation

If you think you've been abused, you surrender and ask for an investigation. If you don't want to do that, then don't complain when people try to arrest you, because you are an armed suspect refusing to cooperate.

Which means that you made a misrake and instead of correcting it,you decided to do Hitler style and gas me to death
No, its your own fault for standing still for so long without following instructions. I only saw that message when it was brought up in the chat logs here, maybe if straight away when you saw all of the police warnings you put your gun away, you wouldn't be in this situation.

Now please, don't expect another reply from me, as I'm not even supposed to reply to this statement anyway. As Plam has said, you've presented your side of the story so there's nothing else to say.

I was not even there a minute, nor were you. You were there ten seconds before you suspected me. I arrived at the same time as you did. I stood still so and say surrendered in roleplay. You keep saying that it was my fault. But I will say this one more time. I do not give a single crap if what I did after you suspected me consider as failure to comply. If anyone did that in real life, you'd be not spraying them for not complying. You will never see me surrendering scriptwisely, because I represent a tag which does not hop around with a combat shotgun or a pepper spray, but actually put effort into roleplay and try to uphold it at maximum.

As I said, I do not give a single crap about what happened after you suspected me, so don't even try to change the subject. I said BEFORE YOU SUSPECTED ME that I would scroll it away, aka. put it in my car, but you're so impatient that you can't even wait for that moment to happen, and you just got to be so happy with your /su command. I am tired of your instant ignorance, which is a great example of you failing to lead your fellow officers by example. A supervisory sergeant should especially prioritize upholding the rules(Especially §8, where RP should be prioritized), but instead you decide to do this an extremely idiotic way, which encourages your fellow officers to be lead onto a path where you are right now, and that is the report section.

Instead of throwing out pathetic accusations about how my actions are idiotic, I'm impatient or I'm just "happy with my /su command". You need to try to look at this from a police officers perspective, properly...

-Backup call at idlewood, saying there are many armed suspects
-You respond to the call, see that several warnings have been issued and two people have been suspected after the warnings.
-You proceed to issue a final warning, wait 10 seconds, then suspect anyone who still has a gun in their hand, since they've ignored the warning.
-The person you've suspected begins to move towards their car, whilst holding a gun in their hand

I do not give a single crap if what I did after you suspected me consider as failure to comply.

If you want to talk about an idiotic argument/action, this quote would be a prime example.

You try to say that you've looked at this from the cops point of view, yet you've made it clear here that you're unable to impartially look at this incident, so let me make this clear. that IS a sign of evading, whether you like it or not. If you don't care whether its a sign of evading or not, then don't complain when it results in force being used against you.

I said BEFORE YOU SUSPECTED ME that I would scroll it away

Read the chatlog... I don't know how many times I'm going to have to repeat myself before you understand this

[17:57:20] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) says: A'ight let me put it in the car yo

[17:57:21] [WS]Abdel_Banks(96) was suspected by officer Jason_Bridges(48) for Failing to comply

[17:57:20] and [17:57:21] that message appearing on my screen 1 second after mine means that its highly unlikely I will notice it...

Really Steve, its amazing how you're still going with this report when you keep jumping from point to point. Notice how I have consistency in all of my defence because I know exactly what I did and that my actions were justified, I've merely explained what I did and why I did it whereas you on the other hand have twisted the truth, provided invalid evidence and presented a series of pointless arguments starting off about how you were allowed to carry the gun in public, then something about how it didn't fit in the trousers (as shown in your picture with a modified skin), then about how you were going to walk towards your car to put it away?? Then you say I'm trying to change the subject...

Regardless of ANY argument to put forward, this will always remain a fact:

I told you at least 3 times to surrender and comply, you decided to walk towards your car instead and I perceived that to be an act of evasion. You know that if you think you've been abused, /gu and ask for an investigation, yet you decided not to and said here that you do not care.

And based on that, I have nothing else to say so please don't expect any more replies from me. If you do think about writing another reply, just be mindful of the fact that you resisted arrest and that's what lead to me using force against you - (that's an unquestionable fact).

as a verdict on the report has not been stated, I wish to lock and archive this topic. I do not intend to get Jason punished. I believe this can rather be solved by a personal discussion between me and Jason. My statements stands, but I feel it's more right that I take this with Jason now after it's gone quite a time since the situation occurred.

My statements stands, but I feel it's more right that I take this with Jason now after it's gone quite a time since the situation occurred.

Whilst I'm appreciative of the fact that you want to solve this maturely, I am curious to know what exactly you want to be 'solved'.

I've said my defence and it cannot be made any more clear than it is. My actions were justified and even after going back and fourth about 10 times, you've failed to see this from my, the police officers, point of view.

Whether you agree with this or not, it is a fact that a suspect carrying a gun is a high risk suspect who poses a danger to those around him and must be taken down by any means the arresting officer feels necessary. You should have immediately dropped the gun as soon as you were suspected and there is no debate about that. Your own failure to see how your actions were interpreted led to this outcome, Steve. Again, whether you like it or not, walking towards a car as a suspect can be seen as a sign of evading. You did that, in addition to being armed meant I was well within my rights to use force against you.

I told you at least 3 times to surrender and comply, you decided to walk towards your car instead and I perceived that to be an act of evasion. You know that if you think you've been abused, /gu and ask for an investigation, yet you decided not to and said here that you do not care.

I have no way of knowing this so there is no point in even telling me. The fact of the matter is, you were an armed suspect who instead of instantly dropping your gun and raising your hands. Decided to walk towards your vehicle which I perceived to be an act of evasion, so you were met with force, as I've explained already.

You were walking towards your car after I suspected you for failing to comply, because you still had your gun in hand and showed no signs of holstering it or complying.

In light of all of that, I'll ask you again, what exactly did you want to solve?

I can understand why you were upset about my blunt approach to the matter, but that's just from previous experience of similar situations and if you want this to change, then maybe you and your friends should engage in more civil (legal) role playing instead of constantly walking around holding weapons out, and then being surprised when cops try to arrest you...

I am more than happy to role play and I always prioritise role playing in as many situations as it is possible, but you need to understand at the same time I have to make a compromise between pure role playing and pure 'shouting at suspects /gu /gu and using pepper spray'. What you were subject to was the more forceful end of the spectrum, for obvious reasons which I've just explained above.

Apart from this, I really don't know what else to say to you, Steve.

Per your request Steve, I will archive this report. But still that being said, I will obtain the whole information about the case for the simple fact of us have information about our command.

I hope you solve whatever you found wrong in first place with Jason.
