First of all: You broke the law, we didn't.

Second of all: Matty and i handled what we needed to do and what probably every cop would do.

Third of all: You failed to comply in our process to take you in as a suspect.

And if you feel abused: why didn't you talk to us? 
If i would sue every single time i felt abused, the whole topic section would be full of sues from me.
Sometimes when you feel abused, its not always the case.

Of course so you suspected me for evade whilst I was standing in one place, niiiiceee. And whats with the knife? You attempted to slice my throat in the second I was suspected to get $1,000 while I was typing. I know your tactics. You can see all in the evidence which is provided. I was telling you to stop punching me (physical attack), and why did you ran me over (vehicular attack)? Please... do not lie... just, please.... Cops' job is to arrest, not to kill. Arresting is the main goal, and your goal is obviously to kill and get the money.

Although I was standing in one place, and you were beating me up for no reason.


And an answer to your facts:

1. I never broke the law in any way. I've been SAPD two times, awaiting my third time aswell as waiting for SWAT's decision to accept me into the academy. I know much more than you do. I'm here since 2010, and you're since 2012. You have no experience, so please do not make up stuff, I should know alot more than you. I broke NO law at all.

2. You and Matty did it how trolls and banevaders would. Suspect and kill straight away without any roleplay, just to get the money. Officers are obliged to ROLEPLAY with suspects / civilians, not to suspect and kill them with a deagle or knife instantly.

3. I did not fail to comply. You kept attacking me for no reason, while I wasn't even fighting back. You did vehicular, physical and verbal attack on me.

Even that you're from 2010, that dosn't mean that you don't break the law and you know all the rules, anyway, we didn't try to kill you, as you see, we just did our job by telling surrender (gu) to get invistigation but you didn't, no one told you to ecap to lose 1k for the death.
As fare as i see, requesting high punishment or money fees is unable cause you was can /gu immidiatly and ask invistigation and if none want do it just /report.

By the way, ARPD Officers are only bound by server rules so they can use all the weapons that they want to.

Even if you were suspected by Afrojack for evading (that you weren't), you've to surrend immediately and ask for an investigation or your crime would be valid.

That cannot be seen as deathmatching also, there was a RP in it.

Remember, next time, to surrender immediately and ask for an investigation.
Even if you have to go, surrender and tell them that you've to leave, then you may exits.

He said I've broken the law. In what way? First of all, he did not even talk to me properly - officer to civilian - he suspected me for evade, or Matty, I do not remember but one of them did, I did not even move from the spot. That is clear abuse, how did I break any law? By being assaulted verbally and physically and not moving?...

One word, I drive, I rarely leave my police vehicle, and as you may know in server I have now left, I love how it's just ''EHMARGARD PROFACI DEY FAGS'' but to be quite honest, I may of had a tag but I was roleplaying POLICE duty, not personal vendettas from the family side of it, and yeah, I rarely leave my vehicle as I drive so i'm never the first one out of car.

Ah I see, I was really high that night  yeah, that's called a bit of fun, maybe if he could take it we'd be fine, as you can see he never was killed or died, and at first we pulled him over for a valid reason, but then obv we was high and wanted to make something funny with it, all im going to say is, ban me, sue me, whatever you think is justice, harhar. but I can tell you when I want to roleplay and act normal I can be very experienced with roleplay, so go ahead and ban or sue me, im not really fussed

Why lie? You never asked me if I wanted a food restaurant or medical help. I never hid any comments, and these pictures were the whole that were taken at the time.. And would really that satisfy me? A medic or restaurant? Nope.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 5th of May, at 00:34 CET a report was submitted by Zlatan as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Dario Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

First of all, Zlatan failed to surrender after being suspected even if it wasn't valid.
Second, I can see that there's a lot of violence in the screenshots posted that's really weird from a police officer and, indeed, the invalid suspection.
Okay, you didn't killed him, but still tried to kill him from behind with a knife, that's really a threat.

In all of that, I see a misunderstanding between all of you.
The expression "Cocky" isn't a verbal assault.

Both parts are mistaken. Now, in what can I see is a peaceful and learning lesson for everybody.

-- In conclusion,
To Afrojack and Matty: Be more gentle with the people around you, if you'll fail in this again, actions will be taken, seriously.
To Zlatan: Next time, I suggest you to surrender and ask for an investigation or, if you don't have enough time, warn them about it and leave the server.
To iKhm: Nothing was seen by him in the evidences.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to me to a Deputy Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
