SAPD Officer Policy violators:Unfairly copban me

1. Jack_Baker -Okay so i just got logged in and i was patroling as normal for few minutes,then i saw SWAT blocking city hall,than some suspect was driving through them and few cops was chasing him and SWAT told us to not engage him and when he reach airport to take a plane we rammed him off the bike,i was aiming at him to make him surrender and some other cop was shooting him and as i saw there is 3 cops got copbanned for"Refusing swat orders",the person who i report is not police officer and as i understand he is SWAT Commander and admin told me this is the right place to report him but im sorry if its the wrong place.
2. Officer's Department - Which department he/she works for (LSPD, SFPD, DPD)SWAT
