ARPD Patrol Report

Date: 10th may 2013

Suspects killed: 3, C30 call, There already was a shootout going on, we got a backup call and got to the scene.
Suspects arrested: 3, shooting, evading, verbal assault.

Civilians stopped: (# And reason for being stopped.)
Civilians ticketed: (# And fine price/ reason for ticket.)

Patrol partners: Tritan_Osmani, Bas., [Rstar]Rusty.
Patrol time: 3,5 hours.

Incidents:
-There was a backup call from an officer with a C30 call, go got to the scene, there were 6 Luciano's and some profaci's, heavy armed, finaly it ended in a shootout, few of them evaded and some got in costudy, I took one luciano in costudy and jailed him for 180 seconds because of his crime, it was murder.  2 officers died in combat.           
- We had an patrol in SF and we got a call that a suspect entered our juridsection, the air unit flew to it and gave us the location, we got to the suspect with Code 3, we followed him 15 minutes till he fell off his bike, into the water, he evaded on foot and finaly got shot by another officer from the LVPD who was called for backup.
- We had an organised SFPD patrol, we got a call that a suspect entered out juridsection through Red Country, we rushed to the suspect and finaly blocked the Red country/SF tunnel and bocked him, the got taken in costudy
and got jailed for 180 seconds because of his crime, murder.
Conclusion: Enjoyed my day, I'm looking forward to tomorrow, It was pretty quiet today, not many suspects at our Juridsection, just peacefull.

Detailed report:

11th May 2013, right after my shift was announced. I took out my radio and announced that I am hosting a Bike organised patrol in which I'd invite all the officers on-duty. At first seven people joined in but later on it increased to 10. After a opening statement, I asked all of them to take single bikes and refuel them. They went and took their bikers skin and took a bike from SFPD. Unfortunately there were less bikes but later on we managed more bikes from Los Santos. The main purpose of this patrol was to make all the units understand that how do you drive a bike and what are the requirements. We responded to many areas of San Fierro such as all the heroin spots. The best part was that we all drove together beside each other, leaded by me.

The call signs were:

We also caught a criminal at the heroin spot (He was ordering). He saw us and dragged off into the water but he was later shot down by us. We used a boat for that.

We also responded to the C30 at LV and caught the suspects there.

We did the introduction and then assigned every unit his specific location to patrol.

-SFPD-County3: Savior_Kovalski and Dark, The area assigned was, Random county area

After the 10-8 the units split on the area assigned, shortly after more suspects enter on San Fierro area, all SFPD-County units engage him, once in view of the suspects they started shooting at us. Later some suspect are take down and 1 surrender. After this all SFPD-County units are back on area assigned. but after a short time there was another shootout where he died an officer, once arrived at the scene there was a small shooting, but the suspect surrendered. After this I called all the units at the SFPD to end the orgnized patrol.

Suspects arrested: 3, 102 sec. for aiding, 80 sec. for Verry! dangerous driving, hitting 3 lightpoles and then 3 walls after that. , and 180 for murder.

Civilians stopped: 3, Just normal trafficstops to check if they got the right papers etc.
Civilians ticketed: 1, Wreckless driving, 150$

Patrol time: 4 Hours

Incidents:
- We got a C30 call from an officer on foot, his car was taken down by heavy armed suspects, we rushed to the scene and found 3 heavy armed suspects, 2 of them were killed and 1 of them was taken in costudy and jailed for 18 years, (180 seconds).           
-I was just patrolling around, when i saw a man in his car, i think he was drunk, hitting 3 poles on the street and hitting some walls afterwards. He got suspected for Verry! dangerous driving and got taken in costudy.
- We were patrolling the heroin spots in LS and saw 1 man at a spot, though he was already being handled, we just wanted to check what was going on, he got taken by the FBI later i thought. It was C4 so we drove away.

Conclusion: The State seems quiet so far, there are not much suspects left, we did a great job. Looking forward to my next patrol! (when the server is online)

Description of indicents:


1.) 09.17PM: All units are engaging on SU78 who is driving on JTN. Suspect was detained by LVPD Officer Adrian_McCoy on arrival of our units.

2.) 09.20PM: Traffic Stop on JTS on a truck. Driver was DutchSforza. Reason for the pull-over: He was driving in the incorrect lane of travel. PC-2 and SV-1 were involved. The           driver was fined 170$ for traffic law violations.

Detailed report:

Today I've started to organize a patrol at the San Fierro Police Department.
I've called trough the police radio all the officers that were able to attend in it.

After some minutes, all the units were lined at the SFPD Parking Wall, were we usually use to line up. Then we started.
I've welcomed them all at the San Fierro Police Department, telling them some Local PD Rules, the most importants and explained them the local PD map system that we use. Next, I've split them into units.

We were in 15 Officers, so we went trough five Patrol cars and one Police Rancher (used for the county side).

I've split the units in this way, but he still changed. So everyone could do other things and chaning his route.

• - SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officers Mario Williams and Kenny - Global assistance
• - SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officers Kelvin Argonath and Dark - North of San Fierro
• - SFPD-3 :: ARPD Officers James River and Leon Arallian - South of San Fierro
• - SFPD-4 :: ARPD Officers  Mac Oflagan and LlanaLuthor - North of San Fierro
• - SFPD-5 :: ARPD Officers Patrick John and KelvinC - South of San Fierro
• - SFPD-6 :: SAPD Cadet Jimbo and ARPD Officer Savior Kowalski - Rancher in the County Side

At the beginning those were the units that started to patrol San Fierro after that I've used to explain them how to use properly a radio and who should do that.
After all the units reported trough the radio their status, we used to stop at Bayside for the ammunation.
We use to stop there avoiding the one in Queens, owned by the Gvardia Family. Due to their usage of money, we try to don't give them a found.

After we officially started the patrol, every unit took place in the sides that were assigned.
The SFPD-6, county side, due to his Rancher, was permitted to go around the offroads checking that everything was all right.
In like 10 minutes, also SFPD Officer Loris, Alex Brooks, Impulsion joined to the patrol and with them ARPD Officer Mario Williams.
They were split in other units. We got like three people per car and was much useful to keep the situation under control without any issue.

In some minutes, the whole SFPD focused on two suspects at San Fierro.
We got at least three units going for them and the SFPD-6 joined to assist us from the county side (For example locking the road)
In the same time, another suspect spotted from Foster Valley, due to this we splitter between those suspects and, due to the bad handling of a car, three units feel off from the Easter Bay Airport to the water.
The mission failed due to this but, thanks to the others three units, the situation was handled pretty good even if the suspect left and escaped from the Easter Bay Airport with an heavily damaged Dodo.

Meanwhile, the three police cars that feel off, took some states cars to get to the SFPD getting other vehicles.
While this three units went off from the SFPD, LVPD warned us about a suspect that was entering the jurisdiction from Bayside so, SFPD-1 and SFPD-2, handled a perfect roadblock with the assistance of another SFPD unit.

The situation went Code 4 and we kept patrolling for other fifteen minutes but switching the positions assigned (from the South to the North and vice versa).
After that, every unit was recalled to report to the SFPD and all of them were thank for their job and for their assistance that given to the SFPD that day.

A short de briefing was given and I hope only that everyone enjoyed the patrol and was useful for someone too.

- We got a call from the FBI that there was backup needed at the Argobank in Los Santos because of a kidnap, we rushed to it, prepaired for breaching, breached and finaly took out all kidnappers, 2 got taken in costudy.

- We stopped some random guys due a normal trafficstop, we told them clearly to turn the engine off, the guy "Accidently" Jumped off his bike and jumped on it again, he evaded, another guy aided him, they finaly took out 4 officers and evaded.

Conclusion: Exiting day, the persuit on 2 heavy armed suspects was like 30 minutes of chasing. Looking forward to more patrols.

-  We got a 207 call at Idlewood pizza stack, we rushed to the scene and we found 15 officers and 2 suspects inside, one came out and surrendered, the other guy was shot down and we secured the area.       
- Officer Osmani and I were patrolling at Santa Marina beach, when we saw 2 heavy armed suspects in a green infernus, we rammed them, but we crashed into the water by that. We were under heavy fire and nearly died. We took cover behind the bridge at the Flint intersection, shot their armor, and they finaly got taken down by other officers who came for backup.
