Detailed report:

We did the introduction and then assigned every unit his specific location to patrol.

-SFPD-1, Patrick_John and Loris, The area assigned was, North part of SF
-SFPD-2, [WS]Mike and JohnyV, The area assigned was, South part of SF
-SFPD-3, [ADF]Bas_Brooks and [ADF]Ben_Vanneste, The area assigned was, County area of SF

After the 10-8 the units split on the area assigned, me and officer Patrick we have identified a suspect in downtown, but has surrendered immediately when he was blocked. SFPD-2 he chased the su106 and is blocked at Calton Heights, the suspect surrander immidiatly. After a few minutes, we have identified a suspect at Easter bay airport 5, but when we was on scene the suspect was busy with an admin, after this the suspect escaped from SF, 2 min later was shot down by other units. Once we back on patrol we have found 2 suspect on SF, once we blocked him there was a shootout, im was downed, but other officers were able to kill him. After we  was a short chasing, the suspects are being blocked in Ocean Flats and then killed. Some min later we was another chasing on su95, after the chasing the suspect lost the car at bayside, and started a shoot out, i was downed but other officer have killed him. After this i have called back all units at the SFPD for end the OP.

Detailed description of operation:
The operation was about checking the Whitewood Estates, Bone County and Bayside heroin spots. On behalf of this, there were two stationary units at Pilson Intersection, ready to roll out to the heroin spot. The location was chosen due to the fact is on no more than 20 secs from both Whitewood Estates and Bone County spots. One unit was stationary at Bayside tunnel, monitoring the heroin spot down there. Air unit was the one to report if any civilian is approaching or is already on the spot. In case of evading, we also had a high speed pursuit units available and it was on the move from Valle Occultado to Bone County heroin spot.

Conclusion of operation:
The operation went well and we managed to seize some disallowed substances from the field. Beside that, we issued one warning and one ticket for reckless driving and put one suspect into custody.

Notes:

1.) Teamspeak was used for better cooperation.

2.) Officer Mike_Campania did not show interest and left soon after the operation began. He was replaced by Officer Geechi.

Detailed describtion of training:

Training was about how you have to deal with emergency situations. Fire mission was taken as an example, location was Greem Palms (Oil factory) at Bone County. I've seen units in interest being interested in P.I.T, shooting trainings. I wanted to do something different and related to roleplay was so this training was my option. Everyone was thought about the priorities such as civilian security, securing the perimeter e.t.c was explained in detail. This training proved that the cop duty is not limited to carrying guns, killing and arresting suspect. It is about your imagination and one of the examples were present infront of them.

Conclusion of training:
I guess everyone understood what I told them and they delivered great amount of communcation and discipline.

Notes:

1.) Many of the officers left in between or even before starting the training so I was a bit disappointed seeing that.

   Short Story of the duty line: The first officer that joined my car was Louise at LSPD. We then moved onto a call to LSAP, after we chased some suspects around LS, RC and LV. There, we met Patrick and Ben, who joined our ride after the shootout. We then started chasing suspects all over Los Santos, afterwards finding ourselves in middle of Flint County, chasing on foot with... another 10 officers 5 suspects that were shooting us heavily trough the woods. We finally managed to take them all down, then moved to the announced Code Purple at Las Venturas. In the woods, our team has been dismissed. But we still enjoyed the patrol. These guys, Louise, Patrick and Ben are definitely SAPD material. Good luck!

1.) Very well, it was the best OP I have ever led. Units were organized in different 6 patrol cars and rolled out. We mainly stayed in LV area and with the help of 6 units, we were able to cover each and every area of the LV. Heroin spots were clear and no one even dared to visit them due to our activity on the field.

Detailed describtion of training:

It was a training about how you deal with situations in which a cop or a civilian has been injured and the EMS is not on scene. They were trained to the basic first aid to deal with the matter of life & death. The training was most of the time theory, infact SAPD Cadet Geechi performed as the victim. I and ARPD Mircea Niko as my volunteer demonstrated the training and gave the experience to all other officers

Conclusion of training:
Everyone understood it very well, they participated the much they can. The training was successfull.
