ARPD Officer Policy violators:1. Conroy - From my wiew is aubusing authority, so this is what happened... i suspected a person id 69 for "shooting on officer" because he was shooting in tow truck tyres that i was driving, i had hooked a car abandoned on the middle of the road and attempt to take it on the parking near bus station because the car was making everybody life dificult. so this man was walking into the my direction (at pizza in idlewood) and when i turned into corner he started shooting into my tyres (he must to been standing somewhere near palm atm. so i stoped and returned, i suspected him and drove away to park a tow truck and return with a police car. in the mean time this officer Conroy unsuspected id 69 for "dont drive away if you suspect" or smth like that. so i pmed him why did he do that. and he said i shouldnt suspect the person if i dont want to deal with him... so he let loos the criminal. Infact he didnt know that i drowe away to change my car as i had hooked a car on tow truck i didnt think that is appropriate to drive suspect in, he didnt make any investigation he didnt even ask me what happend and im preety sure that he didnt even came to the scene. So i asked him what is wrong with him, why is he doing things like that and then he explained himself with words as you shouldnt suspect a man if you dont want to deal with him, so i explained to him that i ment to change the car and deal with situation properly and he was sayng some silly excuses why he unsuspect a man. What did
BOTHER ME the most is that he threated me that he will take "all my durastiction" and he started sayng stop threathing me, dude how did i threat you if i yust complayned on your desition... I said during the conversation that he madeup the most stupidest excuse i ever heard, i didnt ment this in any insoulting way but it is yust fact. You cant say that you let go criminal couse i drowe away ... get the fact straigth first than make the moves.
