I am originally from the city of Helsinki which is located in Finland and there I attended school and college. The first school I attended was an upper class school, here I studied public services, the english language and law. After leaving school I knew what I wanted to join the police force and knew I would not be accepted due to the fact I wasn't great at fitness. Therefore when leaving school I attended the sports college of Helsinki' where I took a two year course on physical education. I would work hard on myself day an night as I am from a hard working background , my father was a miner and my mother was a teacher. They taught me that If you want to get somewhere in life, you must work your very hardest to get it. So thats what I do everyday of my life, if i want something I will work at it until it's mine.

At the age of 19 I was shocked of the death of my parents through a car accident on the day of their anniversary , But the thought kept irritating me that they did not die due to a car accident as there was not much proof provided. One of my Father's dearest friends was in the police force , He came to my house one day and had a long talk with me , he told me that it was true that my parents did not die due to a car accident instead it was that some mobsters who kidnapped them, and my mother was raped through the process when they could not provide the men with money. At that very moment I was raged with anger , and he continued telling me that the Police force was Combined with the Mobs , I could not bare such injustice going on , and I dug deeper to know about these people and I found out that they were from the city of San Fierro. I moved to San Fierro two years later , to accomplish my mission in reducing the injustice happening through out the world , as that had become the goal of my life and I would go to any extent to accomplish it. I spent the another year in making myself stronger and getting to know the City better. At the age of 23 , I had decided that the time had come and now I must join the police force of the City of San Fierro in order to reduce the crimes and stop the injustice from continuing.

Why do you want join:
The reasons I want to join the police is mainly because you get to work with some wonderful people, not just co workers but also the civilians you help. I thoroughly enjoy making people happy and in my eyes the best way to do that is to help them with their problems, which is what the police are very good at doing and I really would like to become a part of that. I have been helping people all my life whether it be relatives or just random people I meet on the streets. A good example of this was when I watched an old lady get hit by a car, I immediately called the paramedics and the police. They arrived swiftly and if it wasn't for my quick thinking she may have died on the spot. Mainly, because of the crime.
What I aim to achieve as a police officer is to make the city a better place for everyone. I will do my job as a professional, work hard and enforce the law.
To sum it up, I aim to enforce the laws, help citizens, catch any criminals, and make the streets safer for everyone. I belive that this job you also will be socializing pretty much and having friends is good.I grew up in a nice place. Why can't San Fierro be like that?

We did the introduction and then assigned every unit his specific location to patrol.

-SFPD-County1: Loris and [ADF]JoshThePenguin, The area assigned was, Flint County area
-SFPD-County2: Patrick_John and Denis_Pro, The area assigned was, Whetstone area
-SFPD-County3: Savior_Kovalski and Dark, The area assigned was, Random county area

After the 10-8 the units split on the area assigned, shortly after more suspects enter on San Fierro area, all SFPD-County units engage him, once in view of the suspects they started shooting at us. Later some suspect are take down and 1 surrender. After this all SFPD-County units are back on area assigned. but after a short time there was another shootout where he died an officer, once arrived at the scene there was a small shooting, but the suspect surrendered. After this I called all the units at the SFPD to end the orgnized patrol.

2) Second,I /su'ed a civilian because he is evading from pullovering.
3) Third,the other suspect got away but when i'm still chasing the suspect i see another suspect with his car explode.
4) The another suspect /gu'ed and i /cuff him.

Conclusion of the day:

This day is just like a usual day,patrolling heroin spot,pullovered someone who break the traffic laws and chasing suspect.I'm pretty proud even i jailed 1 suspect.

1) Today I've Pull Overed 3 peoples with C4 because they break the Argonath Traffic Rules.

2) I've helped Sgt.Drix with chasing a suspect that is riding a NRG and the suspect got arrested by Officer Kelvin.

Today is a good day. Many peoples respected me because of my RP Skills with them.I also respected them too.Even though i didn't arrested or jailed any suspects i still do not give up on acting as a ARPD Officer.I'll always ready at any time or anywhere.

1) C30 at Idlewood because suddenly the Scotto's get mad of me and started shooting towards to me.

2) I still do not give up even though get shooted by Scotto's,I go to the nearest restaurant and heal myself.

3) I followed them till' they arrived at LV but their cars got explode after 2 Officers shoot their cars.

4) At LV they opened fire and i died because someone shooted me from my back and I didn't notice there is someone at my back but 2 of their man got neutralized by some officers that helped me./center]

5) 2 Suspects left and i still do not give up and i ride a helicopter to chase the 2 of the suspects.When i arrived at SF 1 of the suspect got escaped and 1 of the suspect not because he's the one who killed me so his /rhl would be longer for him.

6) I follow them with a helicopter untill they stopped at a Ammu-Nation at Fort Cartson.1 of the suspect died and 1 of the suspect ran away with Infernus.

7) I followed the suspect and the suspect drive in a Parking Lot at Whitewood Estates. The suspect have no where to escaped but he got shooted by 2 SAPD Officers.

8) After he got downed I thank you all the SAPD Officers or ARPD Officers that helped me in that chase and also shootout.

I am so happy and proud even though i didn't jailed or arrested but i helped the SAPD Officers chasing the suspects.I believe that tomorrow will be more better than this day.

This night (GMT8+) probably is such a lonely night.No one patrolled with me and no one is available for partners.I'm a bit sad this night.But I can't be sad just because of this,there is more people who is more sad than me.The pain of people who lose his father/mother.Or his brother/sister got killed.So as i am a ARPD Officer Savior.I'll make the city more peaceful and I don't want to see sad peoples face i want to see the joy of their life.

Detailed report:

Today I've started to organize a patrol at the San Fierro Police Department.
I've called trough the police radio all the officers that were able to attend in it.

After some minutes, all the units were lined at the SFPD Parking Wall, were we usually use to line up. Then we started.
I've welcomed them all at the San Fierro Police Department, telling them some Local PD Rules, the most importants and explained them the local PD map system that we use. Next, I've split them into units.

We were in 15 Officers, so we went trough five Patrol cars and one Police Rancher (used for the county side).

I've split the units in this way, but he still changed. So everyone could do other things and chaning his route.

• - SFPD-1 :: Me and ARPD Officers Mario Williams and Kenny - Global assistance
• - SFPD-2 :: ARPD Officers Kelvin Argonath and Dark - North of San Fierro
• - SFPD-3 :: ARPD Officers James River and Leon Arallian - South of San Fierro
• - SFPD-4 :: ARPD Officers  Mac Oflagan and LlanaLuthor - North of San Fierro
• - SFPD-5 :: ARPD Officers Patrick John and KelvinC - South of San Fierro
• - SFPD-6 :: SAPD Cadet Jimbo and ARPD Officer Savior Kowalski - Rancher in the County Side

At the beginning those were the units that started to patrol San Fierro after that I've used to explain them how to use properly a radio and who should do that.
After all the units reported trough the radio their status, we used to stop at Bayside for the ammunation.
We use to stop there avoiding the one in Queens, owned by the Gvardia Family. Due to their usage of money, we try to don't give them a found.

After we officially started the patrol, every unit took place in the sides that were assigned.
The SFPD-6, county side, due to his Rancher, was permitted to go around the offroads checking that everything was all right.
In like 10 minutes, also SFPD Officer Loris, Alex Brooks, Impulsion joined to the patrol and with them ARPD Officer Mario Williams.
They were split in other units. We got like three people per car and was much useful to keep the situation under control without any issue.

In some minutes, the whole SFPD focused on two suspects at San Fierro.
We got at least three units going for them and the SFPD-6 joined to assist us from the county side (For example locking the road)
In the same time, another suspect spotted from Foster Valley, due to this we splitter between those suspects and, due to the bad handling of a car, three units feel off from the Easter Bay Airport to the water.
The mission failed due to this but, thanks to the others three units, the situation was handled pretty good even if the suspect left and escaped from the Easter Bay Airport with an heavily damaged Dodo.

Meanwhile, the three police cars that feel off, took some states cars to get to the SFPD getting other vehicles.
While this three units went off from the SFPD, LVPD warned us about a suspect that was entering the jurisdiction from Bayside so, SFPD-1 and SFPD-2, handled a perfect roadblock with the assistance of another SFPD unit.

The situation went Code 4 and we kept patrolling for other fifteen minutes but switching the positions assigned (from the South to the North and vice versa).
After that, every unit was recalled to report to the SFPD and all of them were thank for their job and for their assistance that given to the SFPD that day.

A short de briefing was given and I hope only that everyone enjoyed the patrol and was useful for someone too.
