Riley didn't  wanted to follow his fathers  and join his group , so he  start studying in Police academy name'd Las Venturas Police Office ,  when he turned 18 he got into SAPD Academy. Few years on duty in SAPD , he think's : I am one lucky officer , without any bullet in me ! But after couple of day's , in his patrol , he got shooted from Police dep. brother gun , who was diversant. He was 3 month in hospital , and the last what did he remember , was silver gun with blue stripes near his chest......

The training was held at Downtown, San Fierro. First of all, the leader gave the officers some lessons of how to work on a traffic stop while you are on-duty. Then they were all tested.
