I was suspected by him for ramming, actually he rammed me. I stopped. He gave 5 seconds to leave car and 3 seconds to surrender, i didn't surrender and he started to shoot me, when i wasn't moving. He shot me twice, but thanks to admin Charlie, i got unsuspect.

4. how not obeying traffic rules?, u ramming me inst a rule that i disobeyed...

and,like 10-20mins before that, i got frozen as suspect because i tickled Jack_Stracci who whas on my car and hitting/shooting it.
about 10-20secs after i got unfrozen by charlie , u came in like a mad guy , rammed my car, and started screaming i had to surrender, i refused and tried to explain what happend, u just keep saying surrender , surrender!!
and started hitting my head inside out.
then finally i surrendered due u saying something like:surrender and we will sort this out at the PD

u asked my name, and asked why i whas suspected, i told u that
trying to explain that i got frozen but it looked like u didnt even listen.
then u said i needed to follow u to the cells, and i didt
then u jailed me and left the building.

This is unfair due i got frozen
before u came in, lionz told me i could have like 10-20 sec run away time.
then he left and u rammed in me...and everything happend like noted above

I advise spending more time learning the rules and laws of the server and region.

I believe you need more time to get an idea how SAPD operates (we the guys in dark blue!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime.  This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

I patrolled with him (for a brief moment though), and I can say he masters the theoretical stuff (like radio code's, ...). I didn't got a good change to value his RP, so I suggest you to patrol again with me, and then i'll update this post with that information.
