as you were on the source... can you give is some 'little hints' what will be new on 4.0 (for police ofc)?

New System as it is likely to be.

No Passport
Secuity Guard uniform only..
Can use Police Radio
Can use Police Cars *this might change
Is armed with Pepper Spray and 35 rounds Desert Eagle
May Jail, but only receives $200 income.
May kill suspect, receives only $150 *This may go to 0 to discourage dm cops gaining anything
Fined $200 for killing a non-suspect *This may go UP

Passport but no SAPD/FBI/SWAT rank
All Uniforms
Can use Police Radio
Can use Police Cars
Is armed with Pepper Spray and 150 rounds Desert Eagle
May Jail, but only receives $300 income.
May kill suspect, receives $150
Fined $100 for killing a non-suspect

Passport and is either SAPD or FBI cadet (all SWAT cadets have SAPD rank anyway)
All Uniforms
Can use Police Radio
Can use Police Cars
Is armed with Pepper Spray and 150 rounds Desert Eagle
May Jail, but only receives $400 income.
May kill suspect, receives $300
Fined $100 for killing a non-suspect

Passport and has a rank, above cadet
All Uniforms
Can use Police Radio
Can use Police Cars
Is armed with Pepper Spray and 300 rounds Desert Eagle
Access to SMG in all police vehicles
May Jail, receives $600 income.
May kill suspect, receives $300
Fined $100 for killing a non-suspect


The amounts for income are designed to encourage jailing and also encourage joining the organised police force.
There is still debate on arming Secuity Guards with Deagles, but reasoning so far is ability to defend themselves.

It can also be seen that cops will no longer get the Uzi issued to them.  This is due to the sheer volume of complaints, if new complaints about a different apparant advantage then it is VERY likely I will have the Uzi re-issued as it will just show that regular crminals just want to complain no matter the reason.

You will notice I have NOT listed the criminal side of financial loss on jail or surrender.  That will be detailed elsewhere in time.

Thats one... what about some more?  :D

its great yes, not all good but nothing is perfect

(think off: fine for killing non suspect, if you defense you dont got time to /su all the time, and a civillian might just die by accident)

(uniforms for all, makes difference between cops small)

SMG's will be removed from default gear, because of many abuses.

wasnt a fan of uzi anyway,
its good for in car, but as a out of car weapon it sucks,
bad accuracy and bad power, but great speed,

deagle rules on foot:
great accuracy(if you are skilled), good power, good speed

one question though, will we be still arming ourselves with shotguns? will the uzi replace the shotguns when we enter a car? or will we still get both?

Everyone who has got badges could use SWAT/FBI uniform,but only for authorised personel.
It means that if you wear it,it will be punished,as you cannot wear without permission.
