[SA:MP] A Problem here.
« on: May 27, 2013, 11:34:11 am »
Hello Officers,

today when i was patrolling in LS,i saw two ARPD officers pulled over some one when they asked him for the license he told them "i am LSDS teacher" then one of the officers said "oh sorry ""you can go"

this is abusing for DS rights .[this is not our problem]
The real problem is if any one broke the traffic law should be pulled over and be dealt with ,who ever who is him .for ARPD officers do not make companies ranks make you forgive them .every one is equal.

Regards,
Saif Rosso

Same happened before with people identifying themselves as SAPD or FBI when off duty or undercover, as an excuse. Most of the time that makes you get away with it. Shouldn't happen  :(

Well a good idea would actually be that those people get more affected by the traffic laws : FBI , SAPD , ACSD , DS Teachers

Impersonation of a Federal Agent or Law Enforcement officer isn't the problem in this case. It's the fact that actual agents or officers get away with breaking traffic law just because they are FBI, SAPD or w/e.
I've been testing it with Roske about a month ago. An officer pulled us over, we gave our licenses, documents and badge. As soon as the officer saw the badge he said, and I quote: "Sorry agents, my bad, have a nice day".

This may be because in the past, FBI agents and SAPD officers with undercover rights actually did this to get out of traffic stops.

Let this be an official warning. To the driving school members who think this is a way to get out of a traffic stop, you'll be incarcerated. For the officers off duty trying to do get out of a traffic stop, you're off duty, but if you want to try and impersonate a law enforcement officer (You are off duty and therefore not a police officer anymore, doesn't matter that you're a member of the SAPD normally) and you'll be more than just incarcerated, you'll be investigated by the SAPD and suspended if found serious enough. Also officers who have UC (there should only be a handful), why are you abusing your badges?

Topic locked. Those trying to abuse the system, you have been warned.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast and fast is lethal.
