Hi, in order for me to handle this report, could you please post the direct links or embed the evidence you've provided instead please, instead of a downloadable file (this can be done using  imageshack or tinypic).

Please also inform the officer that he is being reported.

As it stands, these screenshots show no evidence of "vicious police brutality" all it shows is him using pepper spray against you. You've also edited out the chat which probably contained information that would be relevant to this report. In order for this report to proceed, you will need to:

1) Provide an explanation of what is going on (all relevant details)
2) Provide evidence that you surrendered before this happened
3) Inform the officer he is being reported here.

It is very important to speak to the officer in game to try to resolve the issue before you resort to a forum report because this could have easily been a misunderstanding, but we do not know because you've just gone straight into reporting him instead of discussing it.

Two days given to update the report accordingly.

I was driving on the incorrect lane of Mulholland intersection, pursuing someone who had stolen something from me (RP) and I instantly became suspected for just that and stopped at instance and got carjacked instantly, See here.I then tried to notify the officer that I'd like an investigation, so he has a reason to only aim but not directly hurt me, see here. This however was ignored by him and he sprayed all over me, see here and here, where he actually hits my car using his nitestick trying to bash on me probably. I surrendered passively by standing there, trying to talk only (I hailed before but got sprayed, thus why the animation stopped). The reason, why I did not enable the chat before was because of the CB channel, I did not want to publish the number, but to heck with it. The following 'investigation' consisted of this repeating itself. So in a passive way, the officer knows that he is being reported. I have not seen him online ever since then thus why I am unable to tell him.

I still was not informed, but I will reply.

1- From the moment I suspected you to the moment I saw you passed some time when I was dealing with another infractor. More than 1 minute passed from suspection until I appeared (as visible on your first screenshot). Also, when I came I saw you were AFK (with AFK sign) so I was waiting. You were warned before I started to use force, and warned at least twice when I was using force (visible on your screenshot).

2- Only four things are counting as surrendering - /gu, /hail, entering a police car or /l I surrender. I did not see any of them, and stopped only on admin's command

3- It seems you forgot to screenshot something more from the investigation?

Nope, when I saw that I was actually suspected, I stopped at instance and waited until you came, staying on the pullover-lane and quickly pausing to modify my audio. You then carjacked me, i /hail'ed and you instantly sprayed, meanwhile forcing to surrender.

Exactly. I hailed. And if an admin was not to come, you might have sprayed me to unconsciousness.

I have screenshots of the entire investigation, but those ontain nothing but you refusing to hear my words and repeatedly saying the obvious.

Due to the fact that the accused officer has several reports against him, they will all be put on hold until a verdict is reached on his ban appeal.

Accused officer is unbanned, report will proceed now.

Did you at any point use /gu, /hail 1 or get inside the passenger seat of his vehicle?

Jason, from my view point he has not surrendered in any way - by /gu, /hail or entering the police car. I was using spray/nightstick as I am allowed to do it.
If even he used /hail - that could be unshowed on my screen, as sometimes animations are not synched well (it's useful to repeat the command second later)

I did in fact do /hail 1. As I saw that that was quickly aborted, I tried to talk him calm/involve an admin, whereas both hardly stopped him.

As a result of several ARPD complaints, Officer S1mon has been issued a 3 month cop ban therefore this report is now closed.
